Emeril's Chop House at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem
Food was great. Price was way to much for hard working folks. For the price of the food the restroom should have been inside the restaurant, we had to go out in hallway. We were disappointed with the price.
I took my parent's to Emeril's as a gift and it was great. Food was great - Filet Mignon, Strip Steak and Salmon - and was cooked perfectly. They steaks came with 3 different sauces, which I found interesting as you normally have to pay extra for any sauce for your steak. We also got a cheese/meat plate and beef tartar to start and both were exceptional. In addition to the cheese and meats I selected for the plate, there was also mustard and pickles, toasted bread and mango puree which was a nice surprise. Our waitresses were awesome and super nice. My drink came with a cherry (not the super red maraschino cherries, but the *real* ones) and the waitress had over heard us talking about how good they are, so she brought out a few extra for the table. Would totally recommend to others and it was a wonderful experience.
The food was absolutely delicious and the service was superb!
Dana was one of the best servers I've ever encountered with. I appreciate the service all around from the chefs to the managment. Everything was excellent.
I know Emerils has no control over this but, they chose to be affiliated with the Sands so there is some culpability. There are signs posted outside the building that you must be 21 years of age to enter. I had my daughters with me, one of which is 20. We entered and before we could access the area, security officers were demanding identification. I explained that my 20 year old was with me and that we were merely there for dinner. We had to wait for a security officer to escort us to the restaurant. When my daughter wanted to use the rest room, (which there is none inside the restaurant...RIDICULOUS), she had to once again be escorted. A very poor system. I go to Atlantic City casinos a couple times a month on average. There are children running around with and without adults. Security and gaming attendants monitor their activities. I’ll not return.
Food meant to be hot served at room temp; steak over cooked , meat poor quality. Cocktails excellent !
Manager William, server Betsy always meet and exceed our expectations! They make our dining experience special. Food is always fantastic. Please bring back the original Coconut Crème Pie. The new one really falls short and is far from the original. The staff is always accommodating and helpful! A great place to dine that we always look forward to!
Always enjoy the filet mignon. I added the crab meat and asparagus which was good but cold. It also took quite a while to receive our check at the end.
Best steakhouse in the Lehigh and Berks Counties. Bested only by Keen’s in NYC.
One meal was great the other not so much. First time here so asked server for opinion on pork chop explained it was a nice size portion and even provided some sizing guidelines. when my meal came out it was quadruple the size of servers description. It was such a waste of money because I only ate 1/4 of it and did not even like it. so disappointed and served could of cared less. Not going back.
Food & service was very good!
Always great! Jason and all of the servers do a great job
Food and service was great as always! Celebrated my dads retirement and he was impressed.
Concert at the casino
We were very appreciative of the service we recieved at Emeril's Chop House. We were running very late and missed our reservation by approximately 30 minutes. They still had our table available and sat us promptly. Our server was very accommodating and attended to our needs to quickly, as we were attending a concert that evening. He took the time to help one of us formulate a special request cocktail that turned out to be delicious.
The food was excellent and perfectly prepared. The kitchen staff was very responsive to our request to be served quickly and met our needs perfectly. All in all, an A+ experience.
This restaurant was The Choice of my daughter. It was her 21st birthday and she wanted to enjoy her 1st meal in a good restaurant. As usual, the place exceeded all of our expectations. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious.
Emeril's chop house amazes me everytime with great service and food.
First of all, we LOVE the Chop House. We dine there frequently and have hosted a number of birthday parties, anniversary dinners, etc there over the years.
Our dinner there this past Friday night after a concert was a surprisingly negative experience because of poor service. The food was great, as usual, but the evening was marred by a lead server who seemed angry or somehow offended by us. She was dismissive and rude, never came to check on us after we’d been served except to explain in a very rushed and inattentive way what the steak sauces were. Although the manager on duty that night was apologetic, we were still out $105 for a meal and experience that left us feeling really bad. We felt terrible that we didn’t leave a tip (in 18 years together we’ve never done that), but we couldn’t tip a server who was so angry and rude to use specifically (and Uber friendly to the table behind us).
We had planned to come back again for our anniversary in July, but I think we’ll skip the Chop House until this experience has time to fade.
Exceptional service from beginning to end. Food was fine, but a tad expensive. Cocktails were interestingly unique, and tasty. Everything e ordered was above average, albeit expensive. Service was truly the highlight, with everything way above average.
No real French Fries...are you guys serious..and frozen tater tots!
Everything was perfect! The food the service the atmosphere, amazing exclamation
We had an enjoyable experience at Emerils everyone was so friendly. The food was very good too

Excellent food and service. Staff very friendly ..best filet I ever had. My husbands rib eye was great also. Our 3RD time there ..will go back
Always a great dining experience!
Excellent food and atmosphere. Food is timed perfectly so you don’t feel rushed and can enjoy each course or the company you are with.
Amazing food and excellent service
My boyfriend and I have been going out to the Sands Casino regularly for over two years now to stay overnight. We ALWAYS go to Emeril’s Chop House when we go, and we ALWAYS love it!
The service/staff is prompt, patient, professional, and kind, the food is amazing, and the restaurant itself is just a beautiful and comfortable place to enjoy dinner together.
We usually opt for a filet mignon, and they’re almost always cooked perfectly, or they will fix it for you quickly! I can only think of ONE time out of the 20+ times we’ve gone that either of us was dissatisfied, and the staff was extremely apologetic and fixed the issues immediately!
It does get quite loud in the restaurant on very busy nights occasionally, which makes it difficult to talk to each other across the table/hear one another, but that’s just a minor inconvenience and is WELL worth the amazing food and service!
There aren’t many restaurants where you can 100% count on the wait staff to be professional, attentive, and kind each and every time you go, let alone get an amazing meal to go with it. Emeril’s is one of those rare restaurants!
We look forward to going back again soon!
Food was delicious as always. Temba and Tera are outstanding servers. Always a perfect evening there!
The prime rib was amazing.the crab cakes where great.service was fantastic.
Veggies and salad were wonderful! Steak a little chewy. Service excellent!! Noisy.
We will never return. Snippy waitress, appetizers were sent back because they were too dry and they didn’t take it off the bill or offer a free dessert for the inconvenience. Sea bass was served in what tasted like canned baked beans. A nice risotto would’ve been preferable. Shrimp cocktail tasted like farm raised shrimp, water sogged and chewy. Sea scallops weren’t eaten, way too salty. French onion soup was like water. Roasted veggies were dry and hard. All my guests were very disappointed! It was a special birthday for my best friend that is a Chef and she was extremely dissatisfied. For the price, we were all upset that we drove an hour there and at great expense! We should’ve gone to Oak in Easton, PA. At least we’d be happy to pay the price for fine dining and great food and service!
I won’t go back. We ordered expensive filets, cooked medium. The steaks that were delivered to our table were over cooked and were not medium. Unfortunately, no one came to see our table and ask how things were (as is customary in almost every other restaurant I’ve ever been to). Our waiter was nowhere in sight. So we ate the over cooked steaks and they did taste good, but not as good as it should have. When we were able to speak to our server. He did remove the price of the appetizer from his he bill, bur hat idea it really compensate for the expensive steaks.
Food was amazing and delicious
Very slow on the service road not what I actually expected
Good and service were great. You are seated too close to people. So when other guests are yelling and rude it is hard to enjoy your meal.
This is my 10th time eating here and I never had a bad experience! Excellent staff and servers. Food is the best - top notch! The steaks are tender and tasty. Great wine selection too!
Our first time here and the food was fabulous! Both waiters great in explaining the wine list, menu and made sure our food was perfect. It was! Mashed sweet potatoes really tasty. My 9 ounce filet cut with a butter knife before I realized I was given a steak knife.
