Emeril's Chop House at the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem
Service and food is outstanding. Wait staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly
Our meat was cooked to perfection but the sides were very bland.
Been a while since we were last there, but Emeril's Chop House hasn't lost its touch. My wide had the crab cake (loved the cold noodles that came with it) filet and banana cream pie. I had the barbecue shrimp, scallops and pie as well. All were perfectly prepared, promptly served, and made for a most satisfying meal.
My husband and I had onion soup which was good. Salad was fine. I had filet and I was very disappointed. I requested it medium well. It was closer to medium and the only reason I didn’t send it back was because it was very well done on the outside. I’ve eaten there before and always get filet but this time there was no taste to the meat and some was a little to rare to eat
Servers were wonderful. My wife’s chicken however was rubbery. The steaks my friend and I and all of the other food were amazing.
Place was good, atmosphere was ok, food delicious , service ok
One of our favorite restaurants! Always delicious and all the servers work together! First class restaurant!
Went for our 45th wedding anniversary. Everyone from the maître d to the servers wished us a happy occasion. They even put a plate that had Happy Anniversary written in chocolate on it on our table. And as always, the food was perfectly done.
It was our Anniversary and we wanted celebrate at a different place, so happy we made a great choice!
Food was amazing, service outstanding and atmosphere great! We will definitely go back
It wasn’t anything special for the amount of money it cost
Another great meal! Food and service were top notch.
Service was excellent and the food was perfectly prepared and delicious.
I have been to Emril's Chop House many times. The last two times were not good. I asked for my steak to be medium well. Both times it came back medium rare. I had to wait to eat until it was cooked properly. Someone who knows the diference should teach the chefs.
We have been to this restaurant before and it was exceptional (food, service, etc.), but this last visit it was a far cry from exceptional. Our waitress barely paid attention to us and paid more attention to her other tables when it was more than 2 people at a table, my guess she was working the larger groups because of the bigger tips. The shrimp cocktail was slimy and the cocktail sauce was just a decoration on the plate, hardly enough for even 1 shrimp. While my husband’s steak was good, mine was over cooked and dry. My husband ordered a cocktail and had to ask where it was so by the the time they brought it over it wasn’t cold. He ordered another cocktail during our meal but never got it. We will consider giving the restaurant another try because we loved it the first time.
Everything was just great. We’ve been there a few times over the years and are never disappointed.
I chose Emeril’s to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we were sorely disappointed. Our food was mediocre and service was inattentive. We didn’t like one of our cocktails and sent it back full yet we’re still charged $14. Overall displeased and will most likely spend our time and money elsewhere in the future.
Our dinner was AMAZING! We were celbrating my husband's 60th Birthday! The attention to detail was amazing and they even gave him dessert on the house with a candle and it in chocolate it said Happy 60th. Birthday! It was a lovelty touch and what differentiates them from other restaurants in the area.
Service was poor and all 3 meals had to be sent back to the kitchen since they were cool.
It was my fiancé’s birthday and they made it everything I expected and he was super surprised! Timba and Gloria were excellent!
On Open Table I indicated it was my friend's birthday and Emeril's did nit come out with
their usual birthday dessert. Was very disappointed.
Fabulous service .. food was prepared perfectly ..
Waiter was on point with everything
Always amazing! Great staff, great ambiance, great food!
Anniversary. Awesome ribeye!!
If Emeril only knew what was going on in this place! I ordered the Double-cut pork chop. The entire dish was so infused with salt. I could only eat one bite of the greens that came with it. Same story for the side of asparagus. The chop itself was more the consistency of a piece of chicken than a chop-house-quality chop. Others at our table had the scallops which were also ridiculously salty.
The service was very good and the rolls were fine.
Will not be visiting this place again.
Consistent is Emeril's Chop House, the food is always amazing, the service is outstanding and you always feel welcome. We have honestly not ever had a bad meal there and this is our favorite restaurant in the Lehigh Valley.
My wife and I dined for our anniversary. The cocktails, wine, apps, entree, and dessert were all fabulous. Rare you have a meal where everything is on point and nothing disappoints, but they were spot on.
Food was great. A little disappointed because I loved their Veal chop and it was taken of the menu. Besides that everything was great.
I was celebrating my graduation.
It was a nice place been trying to get there several times but was under construction sorry steaks were a little on the shy side they were good but I have had better at smaller places
We really enjoy coming here! The food is always great. The service is always friendly. We come here often and the bartender Brent is always nice and friendly. The general manager Jason is very knowledgeable about what is being served and stops by the tables to make sure everything is good. The servers also come by to make sure everything came out right and if they can get us anything else!
Requested a birthday candle on my husband’s dessert when i booked reservation. They confirmed his birthday when we checked it, ruining the surprise. All during our dinner we watched staff deliver desserts with candles to the surrounding tables. Our coffee & dessert was delivered with no candle....disappointing. And to be honest, food was over priced for what we got. Live & learn
Excellent food. Very well prepared dishes. Steaks perfectly cooked. Service was good, although it takes a long time to get your drinks when you sit at the table and order stuff from the bar. 10-15 mins is a bit too much to wait for a drink. But overall very satisfying experience.
Food was delicious as always! Temba and Tera offer OUTSTANDING service!
Always our favorite place to eat!
We always come here when at the Casino, this time though we reserved 2 seats at the Chef's Table next to the window and when we showed up the seats were occupied. Let's just say I was annoyed - we then had to wait for another table. The Hostess was very accommodating, after I complained, I mentioned to her that this has happened before. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
We were seated promptly at our reserved time. Almost immediately, the host approached us and said "Do you want to be seated in Durran's section"? We always have Durran as our server, but since I made the reservation on line, I forgot to request him. Of course, we were moved. It is so refreshing to get a server that spends a few minutes "catching up", but provides excellent, prompt service, as well. He always knows that my husband drinks Coors Light and I'm usually a Cosmo. His smile, his friendliness, his attention to detail, his service are reasons that Durran is a top notch server and would truly be missed if he decided to get elsewhere. As always, the food and service was excellent! Thanks Emeril's and Durran.
Promptly seated at our reservation time. Waiters knew the menu very well when we asked for suggestions. It was a perfect fancy dining choice for our wedding anniversary. I would recommend this to anyone. Be prepared to spend over $100 for two people.
The service was fantastic and the restaurant is very nice. Great atmosphere to enjoy dinner and conversation. We were eating there before a show at the event center. Unfortunately, my steak was terrible. Very little flavor and so tough it hurt my hand to cut it even though it was prepared medium rare. Not what I would expect for a $46 steak. The sides and dessert were good but I just can't justify spending that kind of money for a steak that couldn't even compete with your average chain restaurant.
The filet mignon and lump crabmeat were, quite simply, outstanding. The service was prompt and professional, and the banana cream pie was to die for!
Doub't very much if you can find a steak in any of your top restaurants from the east coast to the west coast as well Mr Lagasse has trained his Chefs.
