Named after Elias (Ely) Shapley of Greenville, Mississippi, Ely’s was established in 2008 with an emphasis on the highest quality beef, seafood, and spirits, while featuring an extensive wine list and friendly professional service. Located upstairs overlooking the Railroad District in Old Town Ridgeland (MS), Ely’s mixes the old with the new, offering time tested dishes in a cozy, upscale, contemporary setting unlike most local steak and seafood restaurants.

    Everything was delicious as always. We had sautéed crab claws and steak, and bread pudding for dessert. Everything was amazing. When I want a nice dinner, this is always my go-to because I know it's consistently so good.

    Everything was perfect. Hard to believe that everything was that good, just fell in line like suppose to, food was better than terrific, our waitress was amazing.

    We celebrated our 30th anniversary there and it did not disappoint! Service, food and drinks were all great! First time going, but not our last.

    Another great experience with wonderful service and excellent food. We visit Ely's every year on our anniversary, and they make a special night for us every time.
