It has gone down hill. The service was terrible. Wrong orders. Items showing up randomly. Took 20+ for drink orders. I understand the price increase based on inflation etc but this is a waste of money. I could have made a better steak and sides for 20% of the cost if I shopped at King Soopers and did it at home.

Steak was very good but overpriced. Sides were overcreated (au gratin potato had more onions than potatoes .... bussel sprouts were unrecognizable deep fried in batter). Service was outstanding!

Hands down the best rib eye we’ve ever had and the roast on the loaded baked potato was to die for! Service over the top and don’t forget dessert! The ding dong with vanilla ice cream as an add-on was the bomb! Will come back here for sure when we come back to Denver!!!

Great wait staff, food and drinks! Sommelier was great, they didn’t have the wine I wanted and substituted another, similar, more expensive wine, but at the lower price for the wine I initially requested. Will definitely be back! Bison ribeye was fantastic. BTW, the aces and eights cocktail is fantastic! Was so good, a couple of us had one b4 dinner and one for desert. Wish I had the recipe.

Super over priced for the quality of service. To be in the Ritz and not have the best service in town is a little off putting. The salmon was great but nothing amazing for being ($56) my friends steak was undercooked so we had to wait for it to come back out and it wasn’t great either. The ambience is very outdated, I think there’s better places to try in Denver I was disappointed.

Our dinner for 3 was extremely expensive and parts of it felt "off". There were very few people in the restaurant and perhaps the kitchen was understaffed, but it felt like some of the items were almost throw-away preparation. We have been the Elway's at Cherry Creek and downtown more than once but this will be our last time. It's a shame because it used to be a really first-class establishment. How the mighty can fall.

My sons wife asked about gluten free diet, the response from waiting staff on the desert island is this and this is gluten free.she got sick at the baseball game,this makes me very mad because of the cost of are brunch

Bait and switch. Went for Brunch and website showed a menu with pricing for various meals. No information on an Easter special. When arriving they were only offering a buffet. Was not told a price per person, nor did we ask - our mistake. Nothing special about the buffet - omelette station, prime rib, various potatoes and rice, fruit, seafood - shrimp cocktail, crab claws, oysters. SURPRISE- bill came in at $110 per person. Over priced for a buffet. I can afford it, but definitely not a value for the money. Should have been disclosed upfront by the sign, website and/or staff. Would have left and head over to the Edge Restaurant.

Elway's is perhaps our favorite steakhouse of anywhere. The hallmark steaks are superb as are the sides. The wine list is outstanding, especially the Italians. Service is unparalleled with a special shout out to Jeremy!

Jeremy our waiter was excellent. It was one of the best meals we've had in a long time. Elway's salmon with crab and shrimp was superb. We were surprised to see Basque Cheesecake on the menu and had to share a serving! Thanks for a memorable meal with our friend from Houston!

Incredible overall experience. Great food and service. Only negative was the chairs. Felt like I sunk into them like a black hole and it was hard to engage the people around me at the table. Also, thought serving drinks with a straw, especially a paper one, was ridiculous. I basically ordered a Manhattan. Who serves a Manhattan with a straw?? Not really a big deal, but my recommendation is just stop doing that. It was pretty lame.
