Tina our server was excellent. Good food and reasonably priced for a steakhouse. Filet was cooked perfect. Deviled eggs, unusual to see, but those were uniquely terrific.

Have been to Elway’s several time and always had good food. This time two of the four meals had over cooked steaks. The sides did not really serve more than two and the salads were minuscule. The oysters were good though. Disappointed. With many options in Denver it is doubtful we will return

Lovely leisurely birthday lunch for friend. Service was good and so was food. I love that they validate parking and you can make a day of shopping and eating without thinking about the stupid parking tab.

The menu left much to be desired. The staff was slow, they changed servers on us without us knowing. The food itself was nothing special and there was a family celebrating a birthday next to us.

When the main purpose of lunch date is the discussion, whether with friend or business associate, I can count on Elway’s to provide excellent food and service in a conducive atmosphere. Hasn’t let me down yet.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s usually so good. Our salads were small and the lettuce was limp. We had asked for cheddar cheese on our salads and there was barely any. My friend asked for more cheese and our waiter brought a tiny little container of cheese. It was the same thing with the dressing. The rolls that were served were like rocks. We did complain and ask for more. They were a slight improvement.
All in all I couldn’t believe this was the same Elway’s that I love! Our waiter was very nice so that helped a little. The food quality was sub par!

Elway’s is a very attractive restaurant that serves very good to excellent cuisine. The noise level is low, a rarity today among Colorado restaurants.

Oh man. For the experience we had I might as well have gone to Outback Steakhouse.
Elways holds itself to give high paying customers a wonderful experience, but other than the water fountain there wasn't much to remember.
My husband ordered the ribeye and my son a bone in NY strip. It was good... but not worth the amount paid for. Basically we could have done just as well in our backyard. Except ours would have been tender and not dry. Speaking of dry, my Elways salmon was doused in a, admittedly, delicious sauce. However, I think they intentionally went a little heavy on the sauce to give the illusion of something juicy and tender (the salmon itself was dry) and flavorful (the salmon itself was bland).
Service was OK. But this is Elways. I expect to have waitstaff go above and beyond. Take our coats, bus our tables before the main meal arrives, wipe off the crumbs from our ridiculously dry and almost unedible bread.
The sides are advertised to be "family sized"... I make my toddler eat more broccoli than what they served the three of us.
Overall, I think that I would have had a better experience at Bonefish because I would have at least gotten respectably what I paid for. Overall just not worth the money. But hey, that fountains looking good.

Been to Elways a couple of times but this time we were very disappointed. The food was not worth the price. 4 medium steaks, 1 serving of mashed potatoes, 1 serving of asparagus, 5 salads, soft drinks and water, 2 deserts (no alcohol) came to $322? We didn't even get bread plus all this was on the lunch menu. Nothing spectacular about any of the meals but the price.

Food was incredible, but service was abysmal. When we arrived a table wasn’t ready, we were offered a seat at the bar and told the bar would be quieter than the dining room, well is was almost impossible to hear.

Service was a joke. Our food, dessert, and check were all wrong. One person would come and put down a steak knife, minutes later someone would take it away, and then the steak was served with no knife. One steak was over cooked while the other wasn’t even seasoned. After the trouble over the over cooked steak, I decided to ignore the rest of the issue and just not come back.

My husband and I have been at Elway’s one other occasion. Elway’s Eggs Benedict was Awesome, and have been Raving over it since the first time we ate there. For the amount of food that you get, the price is definitely fair! This time we took our best friends who had come down from Vail! They loved it also!!!

We needed some attitude adjustments this evening.
One manager tries to be an arrogant intimidating jerk to customers! Some wait staff may think we are there choosing Elways for their convenience? Our wait staff go some things wrong. Seemed put out about our eating concerns. Also don't like the birthday prestation desert placed and table and then others order desert and it's all out of sync. I didn't even get to the strange interaction regarding tha booth that cut my arm and tore a St. John jacket

My wife and I periodically get together with a friend for lunch. We had suggested Elway's since our friend is a meat lover and has been there previously. They did not disappoint. Our friend had a club sandwich which he enjoyed very much. My wife and I opted for salads (Spinach & Chicken for her and Shrimp for me). Having never had anything other than meat at Elway's in the past, we were interested in how good the salads would be. They were great. I thought for sure that I wouldn't be able to finish mine, but I ate the entire thing and would definitely have it again. My wife, being a small eater, couldn't keep up with me. Elway's is a great place for lunch or dinner.

Visiting Colorado to celebrate the 21st anniversary of my 29th Birthday (AKA: The Big "50") and decided see what all the talk was about this place. The atmosphere, waitstaff, drinks, food was everything we expected and more. And the best part of all was getting to meet Mr. John Elway himself. We will be back on our next trip to CO.
Strongly recommend the Brussel Sprout Hash!

The service was friendly & attentive. The sommelier was knowledgeable & helpful. The food was delicious. We began with shrimp & crab cocktails & then enjoyed strip steaks with cauliflower & truffle butter, hash browns with caramelized onions & garlic aioli. So good! We would definitely go back if ever in Denver again.
