3 of us, all ordered different meals, and we all really felt the food was outstanding. The service was friendly though all seemed a bit tentative. Would definitely go back, so many things on the menu that we want to try.

Enticed by images of floral tortillas, our first visit to Eloisa was a dining delight. Locally and historically inspired cuisine is complemented by an impressive wine list. The waitstaff is very well trained and made our evening memorable.
This was our second visit to Eloisa. We primarily went back for the popcorn ice cream. Really, it's a real thing and quite awesome. Our entrees were grilled halibut (seasonal) and a Filet Mignon with red chili roasted potatoes. Yum! Both were prepared to perfection and we were ready for the ice cream. We were not disappointed and the manager brought us out a dessert sampler that knocked our socks off. It is now a regular stop for us.

Very interesting menu with cuisines from four different areas of the world. Our waiter was knowledgeable and helped us select several small plates and a large plate, all fabulous.
Food was good. With so much room in the restaurant, was surprised we were sat at a table looking in to the service area. Though the food was eventually good, I had ordered a steak medium rare and it arrived well done. They did cook me a new one and provided a small soup, so I could join my wife in eating, while waiting for my new steak. New steak arrived medium rare and was delicious. Good wines, good food and they did the right thing in taking care of an issue.
Our party of four enjoyed our dinner at Eloisa. It's a pleasant room, not too noisy, and the low-ceilinged, somewhat industrial look is happily relieved by white walls and ceiling. Food reviews were mixed: one loved the smoked brisket enchiladas, while another wished there were more rice in his paella, and I found the Zuni tamal to be a little underflavored, both in the smoked trout mousse filling and the horseradish (barely detectable, and certainly without bite) cream sauce. All the salads were very good - fresh and beautiful. Service was attentive, though a little disorganized at the beginning, as two individuals came separately to tell us the specials. Value for price is not out of line with hotel restaurants in general, which always seem higher-priced. The food flavors are interesting, and I expect to be returning to Eloisa to enjoy them further.
The food and restaurant environment are superb, however this is a very expensive restaurant.
Mario our waiter was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and very helpful with all the wonderful menu choices. The menu had such a rich variety for all likes. I think we might have ordered half of the menu items. We wanted to try everything. It has a great selection of wines. I would highly recommend the place.
Interesting and delicious food and desserts prepared by a chef at the top of his game. Great space for entertaining that deserves to be better known. Cleanest/freshest bathrooms on the planet. My only complaint is that the dinner portions were a bit small. Diners at this level could use an amuse bouche...a clear competitor to Charles Dale's restaurant Maize.
Best meal in our short stay in Santa Fe. Better than another HIGHLY RATED one that we had been to the night before. Mario our server was very attentive, and the wine steward was spot on with his recommendation. It was a lucky find for us since we had been at the hotel's roof top bar earlier and decided to try it.

The food was inspired and delicious, and our waiters Mario, was attentive and helpful.
Eloisa has been consistently excellent with cocktails,service and food preparation. They introduced a new menu which has many interesting offerings. The stuffed piquillo peppers are a must try for a small plate and the salmon was fabulous! We are looking forward to outside dining with live music.

This was our first visit to Eloise but it was so good that we went back the next night as well. When we first arrived we were put off a bit when we realized it was housed in a hotel, but the interior of the restaurant was very sleek, clean and modern. I was especially impressed by the large and open kitchen which was remarkably calm and quiet compared to other open kitchens I have observed. The menu was limited but very interesting and every dish was extremely fresh, creative and well prepared. The tortillas, the lamb chops and the paella were all extremely good. The cocktails were innovative and well made as well. I liked our young server very much. Close to a perfect score!
Great cocktails and an interesting menu with small and large plates. Corn custard appetizer was outstanding, as was the preparation of the Halibut. Highly recommend.
This was absolutely the BEST MEAL EVER! I won’t even tell you what we ordered because I am sure that everything is spectacular! We ordered small plates to start and I thought that I might not order a large plate but I did and I am so happy that I did! Shared dessert and it was so beautiful! Perfect meal and service! (And you might want to enjoy a glass of sherry to end your meal)
Our waiter, Mario, was excellent - we are vegetarian and we requested something that was not on the menu and they did accommodate it to us - food and service were superb!!
All 3 of us thought the food was excellent - delicious and beautifully presented. The service was very good and we particularly liked the fact that at least during our visit, the noise level was low enough that we could hear each other talk. We will go to Eloisa again.

We really enjoyed Eloisa. This is the second time we have eaten here and both meals were outstanding. The food is very well prepared. I love that the menu spans both the New Mexican fare as well as European cuisine.
While I would say things were good, the menu was hard to navigate and just a little odd. We loved the unique corn custard and the pork chop. Generous portions and the mango creme brûlée was very good. The staff were friendly. It was Monday night and very quiet, which was actually nice. I cant quite put my finger on it, but I’m not sure I would go out of my way to go back.
Terrific restaurant! Very creative combination of dishes representing the many flavors of Santa Fe. The combination of ingredients and presentation are outstanding.
The O'Keefe table menu was exceptional. I included the wine pairing which is worth it if you don't mind the cost. An incredibly enjoyable dinner.

Went here based on positive reviews. Food was above average, except by Santa Fe standards. We usually eat OUTSTANDING food in Santa Fe and we underwhelmed by this place. Food was acceptable but price was way above the caliber. We both has a small plate starter that was good then the filet, which was pretty tasteless with the sides offered. Restaurant is larger than most Santa Fe venues and therefor was a little loud for our liking. Service was very nice.
It was such a treat to Dine at Eloisa. We tried the O'Keefe Tasting Menu for the first time. I would highly recommend trying it!! It was so nice to experience some of the beautiful food that New Mexico has to offer. The Black Mesa Lamb was to die for. It was especially neat discovering the ties that that Chef John Sedlar has to the ACTUAL Georgia O'Keefe. Overall it was great, we went on a Saturday night and they did not disappoint! Thank you!!
We've eaten at Eloisa twice, and each was a very satisfying, enjoyable experience. They recently revamped the menu, and it is even more intriguing. The food at Eloisa is subtle, unique, interesting, and visually pleasing. Flavors and textures are carefully blended and melded. Even on our recent Friday night visit when the house was close to full, the noise level was modest. It's getting hard to find a restaurant where you can enjoy a great meal AND enjoy conversing with people at your table. Eloisa has created that environment. Eloisa is now high on our "must go" list when we have out of town visitors.
We arrived on the night a new dinner menu debuted and were delighted by the new dishes! Creative cuisine, deep flavors, excellent ingredients. Tomahawk pork chop with mole and roasted beets was superb. All this and a relaxed atmosphere with great moving art on the walls.
