For the Sunday brunch: There is a wide variety of food for any taste, good quality, attentive and well trained staff. Reservations advised but perfect of any special occasion.

We ate at Ellyngton's for the Champaign brunch. The food was excellent. Everything tasted amazing. On of our favorite foods were the waffles.

The food was exquisite, the service was outstanding, and the food options were enough to satisfy anyone. It was a extremely romantic date that will remain a perfect memory

We visit once a year for our anniversary. It was excellent as always, but conversation is a bit difficult when seated so close to the live jazz band.

Will definitely be back, not just for the food but the overall experience. After showing pictures of the dessert buffet our kids will be with us.

Really good food of excellent quality. Music was played at the perfect level to provide ambiance but allow for easy conversation. Overall a great way to celebrate an achievement with friends.

Quality of food was inconsistent. Waited 30 minutes and the spread vastly improved. Keith was a fabulous waiter!

As always, we had a fabulous time at the Easter Brunch. Having the live music is just wonderful and adds a layer of enjoyment onto the top of the delicious food. The service is always good, but this year it was exceptional. Our waiter, Keith, was outstanding and added a special touch to our holiday. Our one and only suggestion would be to add a couple of no sugar added options to the dessert table. Several years ago, there was a sugar-free chocolate mousse that was really good. It would be nice to see something like that back again. We'll be back!

This is our second year at the Brown Palace for Easter Brunch. Ellyington's has a lot of very good food so come with an empty stomach. It's a little bit of a tight fit (one of our party was in a wheelchair) but the service is outstanding and it's just a fun place for a holiday dinner. Good for people of all ages. Would highly recommend. Make reservations!

My food was cold. I asked for med egg came out hard and crusted. Returned came back still crusted. Cost $15.00 for convenience of having a valet.

You should not allow baseball hats and flip flops for men. The sloppy attire of many put a damper on the experience.

This was a birthday that I stipulated twice while making the reservation. This was never acknowledged. Good brunch, however, not worth the price. Champagne should be included in the brunch price.

This is an absolutely gorgeous restaurant as you would expect to find in a 5-star hotel like the Brown Palace. Unfortunately that is the best thing you can say about our experience.

There were not many people dining when we were there for a Saturday morning breakfast. Even so, they appeared to be understaffed. While our waiter was congenial and professional, the service was lacking as it took a while to get anything accomplished.

The food itself was quite pedestrian and nothing was exceptional. I had the Eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce tasted like it was out of a jar. One egg was poached correctly with a nice runny yolk, while the second egg was like a hard-boiled egg indicating it must have been cooked in advance and held too long. Very disappointing.

A pleasant surprise was that an amuse bouche was served. First time I've ever had that at breakfast. It was a small glass of a pretzel smoothie. Definitely different with a unique texture.

The Brown Palace should be ashamed to be serving food like this with slow service in such a beautiful room. You don't stay at the Brown Palace to get this type of experience at meal time.

I was very disappointed in my club sandwich. It was very dry and way too much bread. In my experience, this is unusual for this restaurant, which usually serves outstanding meals.

Ellyngton's like all the restaurants at the Brown Palace never disappoints. The service is impeccable, the food delicious and the ambience unique to each venue. We have visited many times and it was my husband's 76th birthday, so that made the experience even more special. One of my husband's favorite after lunch/dinner experience is a good cigar, which of course, makes the Churchill Room a particular favorite. I would highly recommend Ellyngton's or any restaurant at the Brown Palace to friends and family. Thank you!

Food was good, but cold. The hostess seemed a little confused. We asked if our guests had arrived and we were told no, then as they were taking us to our table we passed them already seated. Our guests were told we didn't have a reservation...rather a mix up.

Our server, Matthew was not attentive. We had to ask for more coffee. We had to ask for more water. We had to ask for cream when he brought the coffee. Our empty plates were never cleared by our server, but rather by other servers and staff members and not in a timely fashion. We were not asked how our dining experience was during our visit. Because of our terrible experience, we may very well NOT return. I cannot recommend Ellington's to anyone based on my last visit. For the $90+ price per person I was charged, I feel ripped off.

My wife and I went to Ellyngton's with our two children for Valentine's brunch. I had the Moet Chandon option. The food was tasty, as usually...especially the chilled seafood section. The service was definitely sub-par. It didn't seem like there was enough servers, as we repeatedly had to track down our waiter to get more water, champagne, etc. Definitely not the level of service I have come to expect from Ellyngton's, especially with being charged almost $400. I don't know if we'll be back.

This was an outstanding spot for brunch , and for celebrating my Mother's 90th Birthday. The table we were seated at was perfect. It was quiet enough so my 90 year old Mom could take in all the sights, smells and sounds with the live music playing quietly in the background. It truly is a wonderful spot for a special occasion.
