Not impressed with the service from the moment we walked up to the hostess to the waiter.
Sat outside on deck in perfect weather. King crab legs were excellent. Halibut a little dry. Overall a good meal in a great setting. I would go back
Great tourist fare.
We had a reservation but arrived early, no problem, we were seated at a waterfront table. Our server was very nice, the oysters delicious and the crab legs outstanding, the highlight of our dinner. Great location, attentive and friendly service, great seafood.
A nice finish to a day in Seattle.
Wonderful. Great service.
Fabulous. Tom, our waiter was attentive, professional-simply super.
A wonderful dining experience!
The host said we'd be seated quickly, but then take 15 minutes to do so. It took another 10 minutes for a server to come over, another 10 minutes for drinks to arrive, and the server was rude the entire night, trying to upsell, doing nothing to acknowledge my fiancee's birthday (even though we told her at the beginning), and was hard to find when needed. Food was mediocre considering the high quality seafood available in Seattle.
Elliott’s was recommend by the Hyatt for Dungeness Crab. It is $64.00 there. I don’t care about the price if I can have good crab. In no way did they deliver. The crab was barley warm as was the butter and the crab was to my taste old. I have had crab in Alaska and that was what I expected. It was not good at all.
On an up note the Mushroom pastry from the Appitizer list was fabulous as was the wine.
We had high expectations because this was recommended by a friend. We found the food to be over-priced. The oysters were not a good as I have had elsewhere. The mussels were good but the broth was overly sweet hiding the flavor of the shellfish
Very good seafood. Nice location and staff. Pricey both worth it.
Food was just ok and very pricey. Oysters rock were very large , great cheese, minimal, spinach and spices, quite bland and only served warm, not hot. The alder plank salmon was too strong fish taste - grilled vegetables were good. White clam chowder was good, but not exceptional and again served warm, not hot. Wine by glass was good.
Party of 6 - We all wished our beers were colder and our food hotter. Great oysters.
Great experience. Ate outdoors. Our waiter was an amazing person.
Not what we expected for the price. Ordered the Ultimate and we were sorely disappointed by the quality and lack of flavor. Spicy crab chowder tasted out of the can. Service was pretty good but that was overshadowed by the food. Really bummed because this was our first time and we probably won’t be back.
For A little bit more money go to Elliott's for excellent food. Wait staff very knowledgeable on the menu including the wine. They have outside patio seating as well as inside and it's right on the pier.
Oh what a treat it was to visit Elliot's Oyster House!! One of my favorites in Seattle, I had the pleasure of dining there in the evening to celebrate a successful work trip. My server Chelsea was as sweet as could be, while still expertly juggling her many tables. I was unsure of what I wanted, but Chelsea walked me through the menu, first suggesting an appetizer of crab cakes and the special grilled peach and burratta. They were delicious! For my second course, Chelsea walked me through the many options of oysters available, helping me to choose three which all were interesting and delicious. I especially loved the champagne mignonette granita--what a treat! For my last course, I enjoyed grilled shrimp and a bourbon on the rocks. Just divine, really. The view was spectacular and I loved every minute of it. My only regret--not having room for dessert! I can't wait for my next trip to Elliot's!
Great seafood and oysters, creative drinks, great view.
New employee lunch
Great service and crab legs!
Jason, our server was exceptional!! Halibut was fantastic!!
Can’t beat the view and the food was fresh and delicious. We went twice on our short trip because the ambience and service and fresh selection of seafood was so good.
Our food took exceptionally long to get and didn’t find anything special for the price.
Wonderful experience! Our waiter was super knowledgeable and helped us east coasters choose some great west coast oysters and crabs.
The food was astronomically priced, and it was not very good. Will not return.
We ate al fresco. The sunshine was strong but then subsided. Despite being outside the service was excellent. We ordered too much food but enjoyed every bite. Our favorite was the appetizer trio and the oysters of course.
The service was excellent, James was easy going and helped with the oyster recommendations for our taste. Had a surprise for the girlfriend that didn’t need to be communicated when I arrived. Calamari was good and the sauce had good flavor to complement it. Margarita was good, not too strong and not too light. The starburst non alcoholic drink was surprising in flavor. Definitely refreshing on the warm sunny Seattle day. Bread and butter was good as well. Nicely baked bread including the ones for their sandwiches. The dungeoness crab and shrimp melt was a good size and could barely finish half of it after everything else. We had 3 oysters each on top of everything as well. Great experience.
Excellent Oysters!!!!! Delicious Crab!!!!! Great Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very Expensive but Great for a yearly visit.
Was visiting from Portland to see some friends and then set off for some Jazz, excellent way to begin our evening with drinks and great seafood/oysters. Fun night
Glad we made a reservation as it is always busy. Service was excellent. I ordered the scallops. They were very good, but not as temperature hot as I prefer. My husband had the cioppino, which is a favorite of his at Elliott's. While it was still very good, he found there not to be as much broth as usual and it was thinner in consistency. Also, the cioppino used to come with toasted bread and now it just comes with part of a sliced baguette. Overall a pleasant experience, but just slightly lacking in measuring up to our memories. We'll probably still come back though.
Kenny Chesney concert
Very bad service. Our waiter basically disappeared
Love it !!! Thank you
We were skeptical given the size and touristy location, but the food was exquisite. We had halibut and rockfish. Both were imaginative and sophisticated in taste and beautiful in presentation. Pound cake for desert was perfect as well. Ask for a table outdoors for a lively view of the sound.
Food was fantastic. My wife loved the oysters and had the scallops for dinner. I had them blacken the halibut special and it was wonderful. Very tasty. We sat outside and everything was great! Loved the special evening.
The sauce for oyster was terrible and the big pasta noodle was like paper...
Outdoor seating is first come first serve. Hostesses could provide a better experience. Happy hour served only at bar. For four people, bill was approximately $200. Artichoke dip was good. Our server (whose name I can’t recall) was very personable & comical. She put a bib on my mother prior to meal & cleaned her hands afterward with her special technique using saltine crackers.
Amazing views, servers and food. Be sure to make a reservation. Freshest seafood in town.
