We had out of town guests and wanted to give them a classic Seattle seafood experience. Elliott’s, while expensive, did not disappoint. Everything was excellent and Rebecca our server did an excellent job!

Bad. From food being over cooked, really bad for seafood. To adding a mandatory 20 percent gratuity which they only give 12 percent of to the server. Which means the food price just went up 8 percent and I also feel like I need to add more for the server, and I did because normally tip at least 25 percent. It was only myself and my husband. Would definitely 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND.

Clam chowder, oysters and halibut were the stars of the show - with the clam chowder being the best we had in Seattle. (and we had it every day at a variety of places). The Alder-Planked Roasted Alaskan Salmon was good, but overcooked. All-in-all, good place with good food and service.

Our experiences the past few visits have been amazing. We dined for Mothers Day brunch and our server Daniel was amazing. Great menu knowledge, positive attitude and overall amazing guest service. We've ordered the King crab legs every visit and are always very content, the crab cakes are also to die for, and this last visit the white fish mango ceviche was exquisite! The best part of our visits has been the attentiveness and care we've received from the FOH supervisor Vince. We are very fond of Elliots and will continue to be committed patrons for as long as the commitment to quality and service remain. Thank you!

Elliot’s has the sweetest crab you will ever have in your life, and the best selection of oysters in Seattle. A little pricey, but absolutely fantastic food. It was so good we went twice in one weekend. The only disappointing factor, and the reason I give it four stars, is because the restaurant automatically adds a 20% service fee onto your tab. Only 12% goes to your server, the rest to the corporation. So the servers aren’t getting what they deserve, unless you decide to tip more. That’s just a lot of extra fees and tipping. But the 20% service fee seems to be at all restaurants in downtown Seattle. So disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your concerns about our service charge model. While the company retains 100% of the service charge, these funds support a commission-based compensation system for our service team. Established in 2019, this model was designed to ensure that our staff’s earnings remain competitive and fair. This approach has proven effective, maintaining or even exceeding earnings compared to traditional tipping models. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call us at (206) 623-4340 and request to speak with a manager at your convenience. – Brian Riendeau, General Manager

The oysters were very good as expected. The entree was not great. There were 2 of us in my party, we had no alcohol, we had 1 dozen oysters and our bill was the better part of $300. Of course this is a restaurant with the 20% gratuity built in, wether the service sucked or not. Not a good value, we probably won't be going back. Cheers
