Sadly, I only walked in because Ivar's was closed.
HOWEVER, I'm glad I did. The crab was great.
Great selection of fresh oysters, a nice reasonably priced menu, several interesting cocktails, in a pretty room. They've installed plexiglass between tables, are spacing everyone out, cleaning everything all the time - in short, really trying to stay open while keeping safe.
Also, they say that they offer full benefits and allow their staff to call in sick with no loss of benefits, which to me is extremely important.
All around, a lovely evening.
No oysters Rockafeller at an oyster restaurant? The waiter was great until the end of the meal...he disappeared and it took him a half-hour to finally clear our plates.
The food was good, but not memorable.
20% service charge, but the waiter said they only get half of that, so I need to tip more?
Won't be going back anytime soon.
Service was horrible. We cleaned up our own table and pushed all the plates to the edge and still waiting for them to pick them up
Absoeluly wonderful. Amazing food. We will be back!
Wonderful experience for our whole family!!
Waiter was very informative. Come to find out that owner collects the tip and yet the workers took a pay cut. Really sorry to hear that because of the pandemic and we are all suffering!!
Food was great. Service was outstanding and the wine was very good.
The food was terrible and I will never go bcak I didn’t like it there at all
We love the quality of seafood at Elliott's and the service is always great!
We came to celebrate our Dad's birthday and it was his first time dining out since COVID. The experience was more than we could have hoped for and our server Kelly was thorough, helpful, and an absolute delight. We were grateful for a safe and splendid dining experience. Many thanks to everyone for the incredible service and food!
Food was not that great at all considering they are a restaurant on the water.
Tasty food, but be aware that they add 20% on for Covid/service fees. We had scallops and crab cakes which were delicious but the service could have been better. Overall, an enjoyable spot for drinks, food, and to watch the sunset.
The service is probably the best part. Our waiter, Andy was super friendly and gave a personal recommendation which did not disappoint. The food was pretty good. I went simple and ordered the burger, which was delicious but the fries were overdone. My boyfriend ordered oysters and calamari for appetizers, which were top notch.
It was my friend’s birthday.
Came to celebrate our wedding anniversary 2 days ago. Beautiful view, great service. Food was really good! Would love to come back next time we're in Seattle.
Nice to have outdoor dining with a view of the water. We ordered the crab/shrimp salad and clam chowder. Both were delicious! Waiters and servers followed good health safety protocols and outdoor tables had plenty of space between tables. Look forward to returning 👍
Went for my husband's 40th and was able to have a lovely dinner out. All safety measures appeared to be taken seriously and followed fully and well. Wonderful food, great service, and beautiful views (even with fog).
Out to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The meal started out great-our waitress was fabulous and friendly. (I can’t remember her name but she was Korean.). She recommended oysters for us to try...they were great...then that’s where the meal went downhill. There was something going on in the kitchen and our meal took FOREVER...at least 1-1/2 hours. My husband got the king crab - 2 legs, broccolini and potatoes for $78.00. It wasn’t hot, broccolini was undercooked and potatoes overcooked/dry. I got the scallops and though they were terribly unseasoned...they weren’t that bad. Waitress was a sweetheart and we tipped her accordingly but the meal for 168.00 total was definitely not worth the price. I even had a coupon from the website for my meal. Oysters and sweet waitress...great, everything else...a big thumbs down!
Dohui was amazing and very helpful in our wine and oyster selection. Will be back to request Dohui again.
Delicious!! The oysters were perfection, and the seafood pasta was exactly what I wanted. We sat outside, so the view was outstanding. There was a homeless man who walked by our table several times asking for food. Also, they were out of bread for appetizers. Other than those two minor issues, dinner was perfect!
Food was fresh, service was attentive. Would definitely go back.
Neither the host or waiter told us about oysters on happy hour; we assumed the oysters on the menu were happy hour price, so I spent$80 on oysters. Also it took 20 minutes to get a glass of rose.
It was great!
Our server was the best part of our experience, for sure! She was funny, engaging, and simply fantastic! The food was ok, I've had a better quality dining experience here before. I did not appreciate the 20% service charge on an already expensive bill then the tip on top of that ... just charge more for the prices.
Amazing service. Food was good but pretty overpriced. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting
One of the best oyster houses I've ever been to, which, speaks volumes considering it's Seattle. Great service, great food, prompt drink re-fills, be it water, booze, etc. Great view from any seat in the house, couple of TV's so as to keep updated on sports scores. Loved this place, 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 I will be back!
Food was over priced but service was amazing
Out of riwn
Service was excellent. Wish I could remember our servers name and give him a proper review
Our family of four all said the food was great and enjoyed eating, and learning about the the oysters we had as appetizers.
The entrees were also highly enjoyable and prepared just as our server described them. (Wish I could remember his name. One of the best)
The restaurant had a great atmosphere, we sat inside which has great views with large windows The outdoor seating has great views, but rain happens......
The only downside on the experience was a 20% service charge added to the bill that did not go to the server (and of course I tipped 20% more to our waiter) I feel that marking the menu at it’s true price would help people like me that make this kind of meal an experience for the family
Seating was placed in the breezy foyer to keep COVID distance. We had reservations so you'd think the walk-ins would get the cheap seats - we also were there early, so we could see open seating in the dining room that was given to customers that arrived after us. Lots of customer and staff traffic made a Dennys like atmosphere in the foyer. The server was good and the food was excellent. 20% add on for service charge and the fine print says none of it counts as a tip for the waitress. I appreciate that they are trying to mitigate COVID and provide dining in a difficult time, so I'll go back and hold out for better seating.
Thank you for making our milestone anniversary (during a pandemic!) as special as it could be!!
Drinks good but for an Oyster Bar...too few choices for dips and Baywater should be taken off menu!
Excellent service and food! Felt very safe eating outdoors. Was happy to see the host ask a customer to leave who refused to put on a mask. Crab legs were fantastic!
Nick was our waiter and he was awesome! Excellent service. This is our favorite restaurant, period. Menu is still diverse and delicious. Indoor/outdoor dining is safe and accommodating. Thank you Elliott's Oyster House.
Our server Ash was very attentive and knowledgeable about the food and wine. He also overheard our birthday wishes to our son and Ash brought him a nice desert to the table in celebration of the moment. Very thoughtful!
Another great meal at Elliots. One of the really good Seattle restaurants.
We had a wonderful dinner evening at Elliott's Oyster house. I was celebrating my birthday with my family and and treated to an awesome dessert courtesy of the restaurant, very sweet gesture. The hostess was really nice and friendly as well and the views and ambiance were amazing .
Dinner and drinks as always fabulous - Filet was cooked perfectly - Crab legs delicious, service outstanding - oysters out of this world- always an enjoyable experience.
