We requested dining room but had to sit in noisy bar, unique salad but very small portion for $14, was not as described, pork schnitzel was overly fried, and kale with the salmon was very chewy, not cooked enough. Couldn’t eat it.Obviously Mark was not the chef this evening. Salmon was cooked perfectly but had a thick barbecue sauce on it which didn’t taste like Mark’s bourbon glaze. Think we caught it on a bad night, we always love it there. PS. Please get a real tonic for the cocktails, the one you use is always tasting flat.

The featured cocktails are beautifully balanced in flavor and presentation. My guest and I had the lamb terrine to start and the pickled seed garnish elevated it. The lemon sage marmalade that accompanied the elk chops was our favorite bite of the evening, but the bison filet was also perfectly prepared. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious but left us wanting more caramel sauce. The blueberry goat cheese cheesecake was perfect though, so airy and tart sweet balanced.
Our server Arielle was wonderful and we would’ve never known it was only her second night at Elliots.

Chief's take great pride in the food they put out of the kitchen nice to hear how much you enjoyed the dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed this farm to table restaurant. Fantastic service! We were greeted with a glass of champagne which is always a good way to start the dining experience. The duck and JD salmon flown in from Scotland were fabulous. Will definitely return.

Our seating request was followed through with a quiet table for two in the main dining room. We were so grateful for that. The cocktails were perfectly crafted, an old fashion and a Moscow mule, so tasty. The hush puppies were so yummy. The fish special was Mahi and by far one of the best pieces of Mahi I’ve ever had. My husband enjoyed the steak and it was cooked to perfection. So happy with the staff and GM.

Elliott's on Linden was a great discovery during our trip to Pinehurst. While the vibe was kind of quiet (Monday evening in mid Sept where things were pretty slow due to Covid restrictions), the server was excellent and the food delicious. The only negative I have about the experience was a couple seated near us who both had a bad cough...I asked to have us moved, and I don't blame the restaurant, but it's a bit shocking that people would go out if they were coughing that much in today's world.
As for the food, is was very, very good.
We started with the Pork Belly/Blueberry/Scallop appetizer. The scallops were wonderfully seared and sweet. The pork belly had the perfect ratio of meat/fat and was cooked to perfection.
My wife had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon, which was done on a cedar plank, and the presentation was nearly as perfect as the fish itself. I had the Lamb Wellington, which was a nicely sized lamb loin wrapped in puff pastry, if you enjoy a well cooked piece of lamb, and enjoy puff pastry (who doesn't?), this is a great dish and I could not recommend it enough
The waitstaff was very attentive and kind without being overbearing. Overall, a great experience!

The service and attention to detail was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant is frequented by large parties of guests that come from Pinehurst Resort, which can lead to a loud and somewhat frantic atmosphere. Despite that - I would absolutely recommend Elliotts.

Very expensive, but a great place for date night. Food was delicious. The Malbec was delicious. Menu offered limited but great selections. Service was very good, but for the amount of money spent, could have removed wine glasses when not in use, removed bread basket when done. Was sat against a wall with light switches at his shoulder and a light fixture over my husbands head so we move the table closer to me, but one of the two speakers was directly over my head. I did ask for music to be turned down and it was thankfully! Bar looked small but inviting. Gentleman seating us very very helpful and pleasant to speak with.

From the exquisite food, the beautiful plating and the flawless service, my first time dining experience was incredible. I am a foodie, and this was the best meal I have had since moving to Pinehurst one year ago.

A lovely restaurant in style, and we had very good service. The food was good but not fantastic.
Some dishes had too much sauce that overpowered the dish. So difficult to explain, but in some restaurants, when you take a bite, you just are transported to another level of wonderful. This was not that experience. Good food but not that wonderful "Oh My Goodness flavor.
The ambience is so lovely, wish the food was a step up...

Only issue was the music kept changing 15 seconds into a song for the last 35 minutes we were there. Food and service was fabulous.

Really great tasting food and exceptionsl service. Quality ingredients and the Chefs have genuine talent and skills. Fantastic setting and very low noise level. Only complaint is the desert was subpar (but looked amazing) and the bill was at a big city price-level ($175 + tip for 3 ppl no cocktails). Will definitely visit again for special occasions.

Excellent menu, hostess was very accommodating as we wanted to sit outdoors. Waitress was very personable and helpful. She knew the menu well. We came back to eat here after being here 6 years ago from NY. It was a memorable dinner then as it was last night. Soooo delicious!!!

Always excellent and unique food. In an area that is lacking great restaurants, Elliot's fills the void in a much needed way. We love a date night there for a fabulous meal but also enjoy just popping in for an appetizer and a drink at the bar. Try the crab hush puppies, they're fantastic.

Overall, very impressed.
Excellent wine list selection. The old fashion was marginal at best - small volume with lots of small ice cubes.
Crab hushpuppies were excellent.
Strip steak was great. Generous portion, tons of flavor, and cooked to perfection.
Filet was very good. Cooked perfectly.
Stuffed chicken w/waffle was unique. Great flavor with a spicy kick.
Fish special was just ok.

Airy and soothing modern decor at this small, eclectic restaurant. We dined on Sunday at 5 PM, but it started filling up quickly. I can see why, because the menu is unique and creative. My vegetarian cauliflower curry was good, but the chef's version of ratatouille that was the "daily vegetable" was superb. It tasted like Mediterranean sunshine, and I could have eaten a quart of it. The "yesterday's soup" was black bean that had been slow simmered and was delightful. A very colorful take on another southern favorite, chicken with waffles. Great wine list and craft cocktails. Service was very good despite the busy evening. We are new to the area and can't wait to make this restaurant a habit!

Celebrated my wife's 50th birthday and after a few difficulties with my friends canceling their reservations, they welcomed the smaller group without hesitation.
Our server was AMAZING! Food was phenomenal. Drink service was very, very slow. Both rounds of drinks we ordered, it was like the bartender forgot about us including our second round which was two glasses of wine that our server had to get because the bartenders hadn't gotten them yet and it had been awhile. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends, but be prepared for a potential wait.
Food was really good, high quality but a little too expensive for portion sizes. Server was lovely.
We had early dinner reservations sat outside, order a great bottle of wine and 2 appetizers per person; while the food was great, the service was SLOW though no
fault of the server Stormy; the restaurant was understaffed and very busy on a
