Southern hospitality, fine coastal cuisine, and well-chosen wines in a comfortable, elegant 1900 mansion have made Elizabeth on 37th a favorite destination in Savannah since 1981. Inspired by Chef Elizabeth Terry, Elizabeth on 37th continues to serve a sumptuous combination of traditional and innovative dishes, directed by Chef Kelly Yambor. The wine program and service staff are led by owners Greg and Gary Butch. Elizabeth on 37th is located in the Victorian District. The mansion, built for a cotton broker, is decorated with historic Savannah colors and patterns, fresh flowers, original paintings and ceramics, and is entered through fragrant herb gardens. *We are able to seat parties larger than 8, please contact the restaurant for availability via phone or email.     I skeptical because of the price but it was worth ! Food was amazing with so many flavors, portions were perfect and the European wine pairing made the dinner !

    A five star review in every category should say it all. Our group of seven friends chose Elizabeth on 37th for dinner during our annual reunion (friends since middle school, we’re now in our mid-70’s). So a very special occasion. We had the tasting menu with seven courses and the unanimous verdict was that every one was terrific. Add to that the quiet and elegant ambience and we had a beautiful evening!

    Really wonderful service, we showed up shortly before they opened and they gladly seated us even though our reservation was for a later time. The 7 course menu was delicious. We’d definitely dine here again!
