Atmosphere and service were excellent, food was great but a little on the expensive side.
Outstanding. Staff led by Gary was exceptional.
The restaurant itself was beautiful and warm welcoming. The service was great and the food very tasty. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who comes to Savannah.
Amazing food and atmosphere.
We enjoyed Gary and all his knowledge.
Enjoyed our time and all the food.
Food, service and ambience were incredible. Wonderful restaurant for a special occasion
Elizabeth on 37th was amazing. The food was incredible. The service was impeccable. Everything out this experience was wonderful.
The food and service were amazing! Great atmosphere in an old historic home!
We had the she crab soup special. We had the chef’s special flounder and shrimp and the red Georgia rice with shrimp, clams, okra, grouper and andouille sausage. All were amazing and fresh. We also had the pecan pie and seasonal strawberry pie desserts. I would highly recommend Elisabeth’s!
Great food. Fantastic setting. Recommended for a visit to Savannah along with The Olde Pink House and Husk.
Our favorite meal of our week long vacation due to excellent food and fabulous service in a beautiful historic mansion!
Good food and fine service in a beautiful old mansion. A great dining experience!
A staff member or some signs indicating parking would have been very helpful. We drove around for fifteen minutes and finally I saw some of the kitchen staff at the back door and they were very helpful in directing me where to park.
The dining experience was amazing.
Absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about it. Service was top notch and everything we ate was amazing.
We had a wonderful dinner here on our first visit to Savannah and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional and the servers were very helpful and top notch. We loved the biscuits, the crab soup, oysters, the flounder with shrimp (the sauce was delicious), the spicy Savannah red rice with Georgia shrimp, and the fruit cobbler! It was all great & we are glad we were able to get a dinner reservation here. Highly recommend!
Great experience as always. Great food, great service.
Always such a treat!! Thank you for great food and great memories!!!!
The drinks, dinner, dessert and service were outstanding!!! Highly reccomend!!!
We love to go to Elizabeth on 37th every time we are in Savannah. The food is outstanding, the service is over the top. The ambiance is romantic. The same family has been involved in the place for a very long time. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Great food in historic home.
We requested a quieter room and were seated in a room with a lively and very LOUD party of 8. The entire room of diners noticed and were disappointed. The cheddar biscuits upon seating were delightful with the orange marmalade. Our drinks arrived within minutes of ordering. The salad with fresh tangerines was full of flavor. Our entrees were just OK. Hubby ordered chicken the menu stated chicken breast with gravy. It was a quarter leg piece and NO gravy. The chicken was very dry He loved the Visalia Onion pie though I ordered the porkchops the meat quality was mediocre I’ve had better. The apple slaw was not good at all, however, the Mac n cheese was to die for! Bottom lines we loved our sides and not the main dish. The service was OUTSTANDING! So much to spend on average food in a loud environment. Still looking for an intimate quiet place to dine on the weekend in Savannah.
A must try when in town, food, service above and beyound
We are local to the area. We went with a group of friends for my birthday. Everything was excellent as usual. Remains one of my favorite spots in Savannah.
Outstanding! A unique experience!Food was excellent! Beautiful restaurant!
The food here was excellent! But the service was not our favorite; we were there for our anniversary and no one at the restaurant really acknowledged it or spoke much to us at all. When our check came out, the waitress dropped it off, picked it up, and brought the receipt back all without saying a word or thanking us for coming in. It certainly wasn’t bad service, but given the price point and quality of the restaurant, we expected a bit more hospitality.
We had a wonderful evening.
Service was spot on, interactive, and attentive.
Food was delicious and the chef catered to our table’s seafood and gluten allergies.
We were sat immediately at our reservation time.
Service was amazing... people were so nice... and food was the best I have ever had!
My wife and I ate at this fine establishment for my birthday.
We were impressed with every facet of the experience. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming! The food was delicious and cooked to perfection.
We will definitely be coming back!
Excellent food and service this past Friday night. My wife and I had wonderful experience as we dined through multiple courses throughout the evening.
The meal was fabulous. The soft shell crabs were the best I ever had. The service could not have been better. Beautiful decor. Upscale and worth it!!
Got my entree wrong then brought meal overcooked - food prices high - not worth it
Food and service were excellent. Especially the oysters and the flounder special
Perfect for a special occasion. Service is always top notch. Parking is a challenge but so is it everywhere else in downtown.
This is a family and both the owner and his daughter personally served my table. They were both wonderful people and highly professional; their timing, suggestions, and friendly conversation was superb. The setting is in an old mansion and absolutely perfect for a romantic dinner. The food was delicious, and the pacing was perfect; if you want to a truly elegant Savannah experience, I’d go here!
Our 10 year anniversary celebration at the restaurant was incredible. We couldn’t decide between two dishes so our server brought us both dishes have to so we can each have them. Food was incredible
Great place to eat. Parking a problem though. Food fantastic.
This was a beautiful restaurant! Very beautiful, historic house. The staff was very friendly and attending to us. The food was amazing. Note: This place is very fancy and formal. Dress accordingly. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate our new engagement.
This restaurant exceeded all expectations. Service was impeccable. The soft shell crab was superb. Then wine list was extensive, making it a favorite. Wonderful experience.
Just wow. Exceptional. Don't think, just go. One of the best meals I've ever had.
Elizabeth's is a most memorable and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. Each of the dishes were unique and flavorable. Even the amuse-bouche (a mussel w spicy remoulade) was tantalizing. The salmon melted in your mouth and the grouper celeste is not to be missed. My partner who is a very good cook and inquired about details on almost every dish - such as the use of smoked tomatoes in the remoulade, the aging of the ingredients in the light salad dressing. The server had been working there since the mid 1980's and could answer any and every question with precise detail. Much to our pleasant surprise it turned out to be one of the co-owners, Greg Butch. A truly enjoyable experience. This is absolutely the best restaurant in Savannah.
