Made a reservation two days prior - got to restaurant for a 7:30 booking only to be told seating is pushed back (10 tables were empty while we sat at the bar) waited 45 minutes and left angry because others came in and were seated - bad customer service - I believe unless you are rude and dripping in money you are
Hotel needs wine decanters and proper stemware for wines if it wants to be a 5 star steak house
The resort was beautiful but restaurant was just ok. We went to see the fireworks and we were disappointed that they were a long ways away. Service was slow for uncrowded restaurant and food was just ok.
Beautiful evening with a nice view for the middle of Florida with Disney's fireworks in the near distance. The rooftop is lovely & peaceful and waitstaff friendly and accommodating. My son loved his steak Frites and my Brussel sprouts were excellent if you like a kick, however, the French Onion soup was unbearably salty illustrating an immature chef as one should under salt the broth with Gruyere's sodium potency. House Cabernet smooth & we chosen but pricy. Overall, it was a memorable evening due to environment and wait staff.
The restaurant is beautiful. With scenic views of Kissimmee and Orlando the location was wonderful. I didn’t like the food. There was not much to choose from on the menu. The food is very overpriced. I understand that you are paying for the ambiance and experience, but I don’t think it was worth it. Everything was WAY overpriced. $9 for a small dish of mushrooms, creamed corn, or mashed potatoes. Maybe this is normal for Florida but not for me, I’m from Michigan.
Food was excellent! The server was not attentive and left my date and I wondering if she would ever return. We will definitely give it another try in the future.
Awesome, best dining i have had in a long time!
Made a reservation to sit outside and they were unable to give us outdoor seating...even though we saw tables that never had anyone there. This was frustrating but then our waitress was so busy working other tables and service overall was really slow. We were also told the bone in ribeye was sold out (something we came for as a friend recommended it ans it was Sat of a holiday weekned) so they didnt do a good job of planning for the weekend crowd. Overall the food tasted great and the resturant was nice but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here like we did.
Food was very good but the service was awful. You have to wait long time for eveything.
As usual, had an awesome time. Our server, Sean Okeef, was awesome, and the reason that we keep coming back!
Made this reservation based on the other reviews available online and trusting that a highly ranked steakhouse would be good. Perhaps the worst steaks we've ever had. Sent both back refusing to pay for either. Tough, taste of anything but good steak. Full of very casual resort guests in their shorts and island shirts, and the average age there appeared to be retired long ago with their canes, walkers and stylish orthopedic footwear. The panoramic view was fantastic as advertised. Would recommend going for a drink and to see fireworks, but I'd never intend to eat there again.
We had a Valentine Say special. Meal was good. Service was very slow.
This was not our first time to dine at Eleven. It’s been a favorite. We enjoyed our meal; however, for the time, I had a couple issues. I did not get a proper glass for red wine, rather it was a typical white wine glass. When asking the server for a red wine glass, his reply “Those are for upscale orders”. I had 3 glasses of MacMurray Pinot Noir ($13 each). I don’t mean to sound picky, but we came to Eleven on Valentine’s Day, because we consider the restaurant fine dining. Maybe at Applebee’s I would expect this, but not at Eleven. Again, this was the first time I had experienced this at the restaurant. Also, my arugula salad was not it’s usual. It was missing the caramelized nuts and cranberries. On a positive note, my husband thought the bone-in ribeye was wonderful and I enjoyed the bone-in pork chop.
First time visit. It was great. Can't wait to dine there again.
To be quite honest after all the ballyhoo that I heard about this restaurants food , I was to say the least disappointed in the service
Our initial drink order outside on the beautiful veranda was not only was wrong but also took almost 20 minutes to complete even though only 3 tables were occupied
When we sat inside the restaurant for our dinner although there were only 6 tables occupied, again we waited for a server for nearly 15 minutes without even a “be right with you nod or comment “
I found the menu to be creative and varied
Our food order placed, my wife and I sat back to hopefully enjoy the rest of our experience . Our salad was brought quickly and then within 2 minutes our appetizer arrived before we even had a chance to enjoy our wedge salads. We sent our app back as we felt rushed and did not want to rush through the rest of our meal. After maybe 12-15 minutes we were asked if we now wanted our appetizer at that time and we replied that our app was sizzling garlic and after the time that had passed it could not he sizzling anymore
Our steaks arrived and they were exquisite
This restaurant although serving great tasting food from a creative menu needs a crash course in service
I don’t always spend $150 for dinner for 2 but when I do I expect the service to be better than we received from 11
I had breakfast the next morning at Cracker Barrel and my wife and I agreed we received better service there than the evening before
