Eleven at Reunion Resort Ratings and Reviews
Fantastic service food was amazing and the staff were totally fantastic!! Went out of way to help out and was my husbands birthday made it feel special this is our 2nd time at the Eleven and would recommend to anyone it's is brilliant hats off to the staff!
What a view! At first, I was a little weary about keeping my reservation at Eleven due to reading negative reviews. However, with the addition of Chef Jake, we were blown away. From the manager, Matt, to our server, Jeanette, the entire experience was exemplary. I had tasked Eleven with the tremendous responsibility of a surprise proposal for my now Fiancé, and they handled it grandiosely. We were blown away by the service and quality of ingredients, from the Chef creating a vegan dish from scratch to the wonderful champagne surprise after she had said yes. The sunset views also created a lovely backdrop for our photographer. We cannot wait to be back!
Food was exquisite. Being able to watch the Disney fireworks from the table was also great. However, the service seemed to take a really long time. For only entrées and a dessert I was there for over two hours. Atmosphere is interesting because it's an upscale restaurant, but it's in a resort hotel. This means some people are wearing sportcoats while others are in T-shirt and gym shorts. The big window overlooks the pool where lots of other hotel guest dressed very casually are watching fireworks as well. Overall, I would recommend and will return based on the incredible food though.
Hard to get to the resort first. They stack everyone on one side of the room instead of scattering around the room. Table unlevel. They tossed out my unfinished drink thinking it was a soda. The cedar plank salmon came without the plank and partial raw. They forgot the side dishes. The manager never made a visit as most good restaurants do. Do NOT plan on going back.
For the pricing, we expected a better experience. Everything was good, nothing was fantastic. We wanted to be able to see the 4th of July fireworks, but it was so crowded already when we got there for the reservation. The menu and pricing suggest fine dining, but ultimately it felt like we were eating in a diner rather than an upscale establishment. I live locally, but wouldn't go there again based on my experience.
Non-accommodating...said they were too busy to put two parties together...2 hours later - restaurant only half-filled, waitress refilled drinks once, food forgotten and waitress playing with her child. They think they are quite the special restaurant...they're not.
I was under the impression that this would be a fancy sit down restaurant. We dressed up and were thrilled to have a relaxing evening together. However, this was not the case. The restaurant was extremely loud. We had a difficult time hearing each other and it was far from a fancy sit down restaurant. I was extremely disappointed.
The views from the terrace are wonderful, a great place to sit out and enjoy a cocktail.... The food was very very good, you definitely get what you pay for. We had the unfortunate experience of a wobbly table, which spilled lemonade over my dress and Fendi shoes! The staff were very apologetic and replaced the drinks free of charge. Overall a great place to eat and I would definitely visit again.
I would like to start by saying thank you. My fiancée and I had a wonderful time. Starting from the scenary to the food and friendly service. We had a couple of hiccups with the tables, but never the less we were treated great and accommodated accordingly to fix the issue.
Definitely beautiful view and wonderful ambiance . All we had to eat was salad , soup and a side of potatoes . 1 Diet Coke and mailbu for me and cranberry juice and vodka for my husband and we spent $77 . Overpriced for sure . The service was great and it was a beautiful location . We won't be eating there again but may visit for the view.
This was the most expensive and most disappointing meal we had in Disney. The sides were terrible. How you can mess up creamed corn and sweet potatoe casserole sides are beyond me. Steaks were OK, but overly seasoned and all of the food was way too salty. We told them my son had a sesame allergy and the appetizer we were going to order (filet mignon in a crusted shell), they said was cooked in Sesame oil, we told them not to bring that and to bring cheese and crackers and something else. They ended up bringing out the filet mignon appetizer and the crackers for the other appetizer was covered in sesame seeds! Really? Don't waste your money hear, beautiful place but certainly not worth it.
This restaurant is billed as fine dining. The menu looks good and the prices are high, but it does not deliver. The food quality falls short, and the noise level in the room makes it more like a coffee shop. A long-range view of central Florida is unimpressive.
A carpet is needed on the floor and other acoustical items to absorb sound.
The bread is pretty, but tasteless. The butter spread is cheap and does not taste good. The lamb "chop" is really the tiniest rack of lamb I've even seen. One good lamp chop would have been preferable.
The server was attentive and pleasant, but she could not overcome the shortcomings.
We had a terrible (albeit a few exceptions) experience at Eleven, which was surprising given the level of service and attention we received at the resort as a whole. My wife tried to order a glass of wine, but was brought a martini instead. A simple mistake, but, the problem was that she ordered it when we sat down, and the wine didn't come until after our salads! No apology, no explanation. Next, our appetizer never arrived. Again, no apology when I brought it up, no explanation (the restaurant was NOT busy at all). We both sat with empty water glasses, and I an empty drink glass for the majority of the night. I had to go to the bar to get our water refilled! Now, I'm not trying to knock our waitress, she seemed like a sweetheart, but was pretty much horrible the entire night. From the mistakes listed above, plus the fact that she kept disappearing multiple times, led to a horrible experience. I would've loved to talk to the manager, but he was engulfed in conversation with another table and never came by to ask us how we were doing. Will definitely recommend and stay at Reunion again, but will avoid Eleven.
