Eleven at Reunion Resort
I had a really great dining experience at Eleven restaurant. My server was Janice, she was very polite and knowledgeable about the wine menu and the dinner menu. For appetizer I had the filet mignon egg roll, for main course salmon with roasted tomato grits and vegetables, and for dessert the chocolate peanut butter torte. Everything was delicious and I would be visiting again.
Four of us had an somewhat informal dinner. We are family with a millennial daughter. Everyone enjoyed their dinner- the flavors were great. My dinner was a bit over seasoned which I expressed to the manager. It didn't ruin my dinner as it was still very tasty- the manager comped our dessert- a fair gesture in my opinion. The service was great! I love the location of the restaurant- Eleven can be quite informal or dressed up- whatever you make it. I always make a point of hanging out at the balcony for a few minutes each time I visit.
Service at the table was excellent.
Service at bar was ok. Bartender went out of his way to mention that blue cheese olives are an up charge. Really we ordered a $15+ Goose martini and bc olives are extra ? And if they are extra I don’t care just put it on the bill. No need to even bring it up in my opinion. Not a very high end confersation to have.
The food was the best we have had there in many years. Wonderful!
First time visitor. Enjoyed the steak and creamed mash (main)and fish cake (starter) which I shared with my better half. Will go again
Dinner with my Wife’s Dad
We ate dinner outdoors on the terrace and enjoyed the viewing and atmosphere. The food was ok for our party that had Filet. I had scallops that were very good, however there were only 3 on the plate- mostly potatoes etc. Our other guest said the same thing about the scallops -great tasting but too few on the plate for the price. Our other person had the sliders and she was pleasantly surprised with them. We had the baked garlic appetizer and it was very good. Overall it was enjoyable.
Good experience. Everyone was pleasant. Out of the way from the main strip of Orlando. Great rooftop view. Went for the Disney fireworks but the view is a lot further then expected. Should have know from the distance of the drive from Disney Boardwalk. Overall good spot and very pleasant. Staff was very accommodating and helpful with Sri I and dessert selections.
Our server Omy A was excellent. He also had a table af 12 next to us but never ignored our needs. We will definitely refer and return to Eleven.
Fantastic food with an incredible atmosphere. Our waitress Rachel was fantastic and even remembered us from the time we were there 8 months prior. Selection of food covered all the bases for sure. A restaurant you won't forget for a while.
What a wonderful end to our stay! The food was exquisite- fillet mignon among the best I’ve ever had - perfectly cooked. Great service and lovely view. Bread and butter pudding was delicious too!
Having read some of the reviews I found the restaurant to be overrated. It’s decor looked tired and dated. The food was average.
The restaurant and food were great but it was our waitress, Madison, who made it the best. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaged. What a delight!
Our experience was average, not what I would consider fine dining. The staff was friendly and attentive. The filet & scallops dish was quite tasty but my companion’s salmon was bland & the presentation left much to be desired. We chose this location from online suggestions that it had soectacular views. We were seated in front of the window overlooking the pool which seemed like a nice choice. During our meal, a family in shorts & tees sporting beach towels around their necks made their way out to the pool and stood directly in front us. Not quite the view I was hoping for on our special occasion. Definitely not a romantic setting.
Great food but seemed short handed. Server was very nice but we didn’t get much attention especially for the price.i would of liked to see the manager step in to help or check on guests during service and not just when they are walking out.
Amazing service, ambiance and cuisine. Will return as soon as I'm able. The view is stunning, overall a bautiful spot to have a nice meal, great staff!
Terrible service. I felt like we were treated unfairly because of the way we looked and our age. Waited to eat for a half hour when I just wanted to finish a beer first. Had no one ask me if I needed anything, but I could see them helping others inside first. When I went to leave they told me the customer has to come in to tell them they're ready to eat. That's not the case. The waiter was just standing around. He didn't even introduce himself. I'm out of town on vacation looking for somewhere different to spend money. After pulling out all my money (to show I had money) is when their whole attitude changed and then I was offered a free round if I stayed and ate but after feeling mistreated like I wasn't up to stature I decided to go elsewhere and spend my money where I'm wanted. I suggest you treat everyone the same.
We selected this restaurant for our anniversary. Only 2 other tables were dining at Thursday night at 8pm. The fillet was cooked perfectly and tender but had no flavor. My husband said it tasted like a burger. The creamed spinach was extremely cheesy that you wouldn't have known it was spinach by the taste. The lobster bisque was large and flavorful, but the flavor of the creme and spices over powered it that it tasted more like clam chowder. The buns tasted like store bought packaged bread. I was looking for elegance and great food. The price was for elegance and great food but the execution was mediocre. I would have picked a different venue had I known. The pool deck looked nice and had plenty of ambiance, so perhaps it's better for relaxing with a glass of wine. The piano anda guitar bar on the ground floor at the hotel lobby was also awful. Great location needs work.
This hidden gem never disappoints.Great food, great service,in a lovely atmosphere.Beautiful views of Orlando.Iris took good care of us making for a wonderful anniversary.
Expected the food to be alot better. The wine list had a pretty good selection. Nothing spectacular except for the view which is amazing.
Service overall was great, although bartender was rude and very unhelpful. The service team working the tables were excellent shame about the guy working the bar !!!
We had a wonderful experience for our Thanksgiving Day dinner. Menu options were both Thanksgiving specifies with ordering off the menu as well. Our party split with half ordering from the menu and half the Thanksgiving day specials. Food was very good. Service was outstanding. Pumpkins cheesecake was the best I ever have had.
Arrived on time for my reservation and it took the hostess 30 mins to seat us then once seated at 9:50 pm was advised by server we needed to hurry and order because the kitchen closed in ten mins at 10 pm!!!
Fifteen mins after our order was taken was told sorry we ran out of bread smh.
When our entrees arrived the steaks that we requested medium were rare....overall just a bad experience for my fifth anniversary.
Great food - unbelievably noisy!
We were really looking forward to this dinner. It was a disappointment right from the beginning. The restaurant was freezing cold which made for an uncomfortable dinner. The server had little to no understanding of their wine list. I am a total novice and I knew more that she did. The restaurant was very noisy. There was a table of 8 men who were incredibly loud and obnoxious and the staff did nothing to quiet them down. We were a table of 4 and we couldn't hear each other talk. The food was good, but not great for the cost. They had a guitar player on the patio who was just awful. If you are going to provide live entertainment, you should make sure they are a talent equal to the expectation of the restaurant. Overall not worth the price of the meal.
We enjoyed a casual family meal on the outside patio. The appetizers were outstanding...highly recommend the calamari and bacon dishes. The French pinion soup was too salty to eat. Cocktails were delicious- I particularly enjoyed the eleventini. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to our children as well. If you go to see fireworks while you eat, you’ll want to be outside or go outside as its difficult to see them from outside let alone sitting inside.
Waited 40 minuets after reservation and never got seated. At least 5 open tables in restaurant. Left without eating. Went to Wine Bar George and had an excellent dinner.
Had alot of good reviews so we Decided to try here for our Anniversary dinner. By far the most best dinner experience every the food was great, the atmosphere was romantic and the view was amazing Also Madison was the best, she took care of us from the time we walk in the door to make our night more awesome. She also went above and beyond to set up the table for us with some beautiful roses, Thank you very much so making our night so special. I would definitely recommend this place for any special occasion for a night you won't forget
Food was absolutely gorgeous - I had the crab encrusted grouper. We had a great waitress, AJ, who when she found out it was quick to organise a little surprise at the end of our meal in the form of a chocolate birthday cake. Wine selection is great, we had a nice New Zealand wine. It is fairly pricey by Florida standards but well worth the price for the setting and service.
We had such an amazing time 2 years ago for my boyfriend's birthday that we wanted to recreate the same dream celebration again there. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the end. Food was good but took a while to arrive.. we had live music that was singing off-key and loudly and it didn't help the group of buzzed men seating next to us to join the commotion and throwing the F bombs. Needless to say my boyfriend and I had to shout. Disappointed! Felt like another Alehouse/karaoke bar, only a pricey one. We wanted to leave so fast,we didnt even enjoy the nightly fireworks. A manager stopped by and apologized(thank you) I would give it one last try but not on a Saturday and probably not anytime soon.
Excellent food service and ambience and was a fantastic night
The view from the 11th floor was nice. If there had been a sunset it would have been wonderful. The food was generally good. The wine list was a bit short but adequate. The waitstaff was attentive. We enjoyed our meal. The only issue was that the dining area was so noisy it was hard to talk. Perhaps some artistic hung cloth would make the environment more suitable to the price of the food. I think the restaurant needs to decide if it is an exciting night spot with 'energetic' sounds (for less money) or a high class kitchen with gastronomic delights. I don't really think that they can do both at the same time successfully.
Lovely rooftop restaurant with both indoor & outdoor seating with fabulous view or Orlando. You can even see the Disneyworld fireworks from the outside dining area.
Food was well prepared and tasty. Service was proficient and friendly, for both adults & the 3 year old in the group.
Went for my husbands birthday. Wanted something new, off beat. Found this gem, amazing food and atmosphere. Got the steak, could cut it with butter knife. I tried the lobster bisque best I have ever had. Amazing food and great service.
Awesome service and very accommodating to my vegan diet. The food was still awesome!!!
my boyfriend and i truly enjoyed this restaurant for dinner the other night. the scenery was gorgeous, the wait staff was great and the food was amazing. i would definitely recommend it to my friends and family if they plan to go to Kissimmee.
Really lovely setting, we sat inside. Service was excellent as was the food, will return during our next visit to Florida
Lobster Bisque was terrible. Salty and Lobster was like chewing gum. Steaks were decent but not outstanding by any means. Service was good. Just an over all very OK experience. I dont like to be overly critical as it could have been just a bad night for them
Staying at the resort
Everyone was very accommodating when we said we were there to watch the fireworks they went out of their way to get us the best table!!
I went to this restaurant during Magical Dining Month. It rests at the top of the Reunion Resort. Service was excellent, with all staff attending to us at various times (i.e., nobody walked past our table without smiling, asking if we were okay, or taking an empty plate). The food was very good. Fresh and flavorful. This restaurant did not have the biggest portions (compared to other like-restaurants), but what we had did fill us up. There are views all around. No matter where you sit, you will see skylight. If you choose the pool-deck side, you will get a wonderful view of all of Disney. The outside dining is quite comfortable. Our waitress (Iris) told us a bit more about Friday nights there. They have live music, followed by a DJ later on in the evening--all of this happens on the pool-deck side. She was very helpful, knew the restaurant and the menu well, and provided top-shelf service. I highly recommend this spot. It is upscale, yet comfortable. Check it out if you want a break from the ordinary.
