We had been to reunion several years beforehand and had been amazed by the quality of staff and the food combined.
However after our meal tonight I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone who looking to treat themselves with a fine dining experience.
The atmosphere was of like a sports bar with hockey being played at the bar and chanting going on but yet the restaurants advertises a classy rooftop elegance which just wasn’t the case.
In addition to this our starters resembled game day food with overly fried starters and finger food being charged at fine dining rates.
To conclude the main courses were a disaster we sent our steaks back after the it had been overly salted after waiting 20 mins and our sides had been served well before our steaks we were returned with a rare steak and still overly salted. We ended up leaving without eating our steaks.
Although our server was pleasant and had no fault and the manger agreed to deduct the value of the steaks and wine away. The evening had been spoiled beyond repair and we left without desert or any evening drinks.

When I made the reservation I specifically requested a table outside at no time did anyone from “11 restaurant” contact me to say that the pool was being renovated and the outside terrace was closed to diners. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary with our daughter and son in law and were excited for them to experience the alfresco dining and the fireworks from the roof top terrace. I was so very disappointed to be told that was not going to happen when we arrived, unfortunately it spoiled our evening.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks and kindest regards,

Michelle

Eleven is considered a 5 star restaurant and it is definitely not. The food is way overpriced and it is not near the level of 5 star. I think the items on the menu need to be updated and selections of sides with entrees are very limited. I had a gift certificate I used for this meal and I would have been very disappointed if I had to pay for this meal. If you compare this meal with other 5 star restaurants, I think it would be rated more like a 3 star. I have read other reviews about the food being just ok and I do agree. Why not hire a chef who knows how to create meals that are more appealing and up to par or adjust the prices to reflect a 3 star restaurant? More people may patronize this place if it had better food and lower prices. Not everyone that stays at Reunion resorts has so much money they don't care the cost of meals. This restaurant could be so much better.
I had the large scallops and it was served with way too many tiny potatoes with a sprinkle of lettuce covered in butter. Looked very bland, tasted bland and needed something to give it color and variety such as beets, broccoli and baby carrots and slices of lemon for the scallops.
The wait staff were very good. They were very friendly and helpful. We did not want to make a big deal about the poor quality of the food as we were only there for one day.
I would not recommend Eleven for my friends as I know they would be very disappointed.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate not only mother’s day but our anniversary as well since it was the day after. We found this restaurant online and I was just hoping that it wasn’t going to be packed since it was mother’s day. To our surprise it was very intimate with beautiful views and amazing service. Rosalyn (I think it’s how you spell her name) was amazing! She was so attentive and so was the manager. The food was also delicious. My husband and I had an amazing time here and we will definitely be coming back. Worth the money for sure.

The food and waitress Raquel was wonderful. We told her we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary,so they surprised us with a great piece of chocolate cake along with best wishes to us written on the plate. When we return to Reunion we always come back to Eleven.

My husband and myself were guests at reunion for a family vacation and on the last night wanted to have a date night so we made a reservation for eleven . When we arrived at 8:30 we were promptly seated , we asked to sit outside but we're told for exclusive guests only our waitress said tap water for you (rudely ) We ordered our drinks an appetizer and dinner and our server never came back to the table once , she came with check in hand at 9:00 left all of our empty dishes and never came back .

Extremely over priced and noisy restaurant. No gluten free bread available. Server was lovely but even she struggled to hear us over the noise. Our bill for two of us for one course of steak (no starters or desserts) and a couple of beers, was over $165!

Overall it was a great dining experience. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Loved that a fine dining restaurant had a children's menu - and that it included a STEAK option! However, steaks were a bit overcooked. Desserts were delicious and just the right size! Pricey, but that was to be expected for the location. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area!

Mediocre food. Overcooked our streaks, re-fired new ones.. waited 25 minutes when they said it would be “exactly 8”. Mushrooms were totally gross and slimy. The tomato salad was completely over seasoned with truffle salt. We go to reunion every year for two weeks and this was easily the worst it’s been. Hoping they try harder and change up the menu. Not impressed.

We have been to Eleven several times and have had a very good experience. However this time, my husbands steak was overdone so he returned it for another one. Well, he never got another one until the rest of our dining party was finished. They forgot him! There was no charge for his steak. Not the norm and we will be back. Their staff was overwhelmed that night.

Went for my birthday. Went early to have a drink on the balcony and watch the sunset, which was beautiful. The building is the tallest for miles so the view is lovely. Dinner was delicious. Two of us had steak, which was cooked beautifully. Another had the scallops, which literally melted in the mouth. The service was attentive, without being overbearing.
My only criticism would be that as it’s part of a golf club, there were some noisy golf boys who’d obviously had a good day! Can’t really fault the restaurant for that though...

I had the filet as my wife and I celebrated our anniversary and it was perfectly cooked and excellent. The bearnaise was really good. The missus had the seared salmon, which she deemed outstanding. It's the 6th or 7th time we have had the salmon dish in the last calendar year and it is always really good.

Mark is phenomenal at the bar and the service is commendable all the way around. It is my favorite restaurant, quality and value considered, in Orlando.

Do NOT go here to see fireworks. Sure you can “see” them, but they’re so far awag its not worth it. That said, we had a 7:30pm reservation for dinner at a table by the pool and it was lovely to watch the sky change colors with the sunset. Wheelchair accessible. Kind staff. The caprese salad was WAYyyy over salted. But we loved all our other food — lobster bisque, scallops, and crab meat/grouper.

This certainly is not the elite dining experience it is supposed to be.
First off be warned - even though we are renting a house in Reunion we and everyone else who drives to the restaurant is assessed a $30 valet parking fee. You can self park but it’s a long walk.

We arrived early for our reservation - were told were trying to get a table for you it will be about 20 minutes but if you want to sit outside we can sit you immediately . We decided to sit outside - this was a mistake as we had children running around the outside area - which was not restaurants fault but still. We had a table by two outdoor heaters - low and behold they ran for about 3 minutes but then ran out of gas- so we got moved inside

The restaurant tells you that they slot you for 2 1/2 hours, this equates to very slow service - the restaurant had 25 people in it and it took forever to get wait staff attention

Now to the food - definitely not worth the prices they charge. We could see our food up on the pass but there it sat for a good 5 minutes before they brought it out - but took another 5 minutes for them to bring out a baked potato

Would not recommend this restaurant at all - it certainly would not remain open back in the Northeast as the entire evening was a severe disappointment

We have dined at Eleven several times as we are members of the resort and noise levels are usually an issue at this restaurant. This last visit was extremely bad. We had a nice window seat as requested but the group of gentlemen behind us were very drunk, noisy, shouting profanity throughout the course of the meal. After the gentlemen( term being used very loosely) finished their meal, they played cards at the table for about an hour, continuing with their obnoxious behavior. This is suppose to be a fine dining restaurant not a games-room. The manager and wait staff should have dealt with the situation instead of ignoring it. The food was excellent but hard to enjoy it and our own conversations with the behaviour going on at the next table. It was a very unpleasant experience for our table and other patrons.
Likely wont be booking this restaurant again anytime soon.

Nice views from on top. Food was good. Service was erratic. First trip we were served our soup but had no napkins or utensils. Next trip, there were 5 staff standing around but many tables still needed to be bussed and we still waited for drink order. They were not that busy so not sure of the reason for the slow service.
