Eleven at Crystal Bridges
We specialize in modern American comfort food with an emphasis on traditions that hail from the “High South” region…the Ozarks. High South cuisine follows a long culinary history steeped in generations of food preparation centered on locally-produced ingredients. Careful never to manipulate the ingredients beyond their intended flavor profile, our chefs are nevertheless able to transform some of the simplest, most basic Southern staples into sophisticated presentations of earthy, rustic flavors and textures. The cuisine of Eleven not only nourishes, but tells a story—a story of the American spirit, inspired by the artworks, natural surroundings, and regional history connected to our Museum.
Very enjoyable. We for the Valentines Day prix fixe, and had a beautiful evening.
Wonderful Sunday brunch. Buffet style.
I requested a bottle of wine prior to showing up and it was not there. Oh well
While the price is a bit expensive, the quality (and quantity) of the food makes it worth it. It will have to be more of a special occasion spot for me because of the cost, but I will definitely come back!
Was not made aware when making a reservation that their kitchen was closed and they were offering a very limited buffet. The food in the buffet was mediocre to bad. We have eaten at Eleven many times and enjoyed dinners. We assumed the buffet would provide their usual quality. Wrong. Won’t eat there again until the kitchen reopens. Also, their remodel status should be posted when making a reservation.
An exceptional restaurant, impeccable, friendly service in a world class museum setting. Don't miss taking a look at the Frank Loyd house that is part of the permanent collection. Bonus - there is a full coffee bar too.
We had dinner with some new friends. The food was very good. Loved the selection. We've been here for brunch several times but nice to see its just as beautiful (if not more!) in the evening.
The food and ambience were OUTSTANDING! I’m not a “buffet person,” but the selection, quality, and variety were wonderful. The waitress, and the support staff were all very accommodating and gregarious. In particular, even though she wasn’t our server, “Brittany” stopped by our table and asked if we needed anything, and fulfilled our request. The only negative aspect of our visit, was when we were initially seated. My daughter and I made the reservations, not knowing it was a buffet, and when we were seated, a piece of paper with the #2 written was placed on the table by the host, and he then walked away. When we realized that no menus were left, we were unsure as to what to do next (wait for a server? Go grab a plate? Do we get our own coffee/juice/mimosa?) after almost 10 minutes, my daughter went to the hostess stand and asked for clarity, as a server had yet to come by the table. I would recommend when seating, that they give some basic info, so customers aren’t left in the dark. Other than that initial lapse, I would highly recommend the Eleven Sunday Brunch.
Had the Sunday brunch, service was slow and waitress seemed to have more tables than she could handle. The brunch buffet looked amazing and the flavors were good but nearly everything I got was cold or Luke warm. (Beef, grace, potatoes, eggs, sausage were all cold) disappointing at the price point.
Great end to our day of art. Food delicious, service charming, and great view of Sol LeWitt’s “Loopy Doopy”!
WELL, I for one was extremely disappointed by the change in menu six weeks ago to a buffet
The food was tepid at best and i for one dont wz t cold grits cold cheese and potatoex
The old menu had a very interesting selection , was freshly cooked and delicious
Still the setting was spectacular but I would not go back for Sunday brunch
They had no microwave to heat the food up
For those who dont care about the temperature of their food or got a fresh serving like some members of our party, they were happy
Attended Eleven's Sunday Brunch for the first time. It was delicious - Shrimp & Grits were amazing with a little kick and large shrimp. The biscuits, assortment of Southern gravies, the chef's grandmother's fried chicken and breakfast items were a great representation of the restaurant's High South cuisine. Will go back!
Loved the buffet style brunch. They had everything and more! Will definitely be back.
My wife and I with 2 friends ate the brunch on Sunday , the 16th of December. When we sat down after serving ourselves ,we realized that most of the food was cold or cool. We didn't say anything until our server asked how everything was and I mentioned that the food needed to be hotter. She offered to help but we said we would eat it anyway. Some of the food had sat for awhile since our reservation was at 12:00 noon. We were given a table right away and then offered to serve ourselves at the buffet table which we did. A suggestion may be that someone monitor the food temperature for the entire 2 hour service, making sure that the food is hot for the public. Some of the food had sat for awhile making for some of it to get hard and hard to eat.
Always a pleasure to dine at Crystal Bridges
Beautiful start to a beautiful day in Arkansas. The food was amazing and the view was spectacular.
Food was excellent, easy buffet to serve yourself noise level low, very friendly staff.
Excellent! It was so enjoyable that I would prefer to attend every Sunday. The food was delicious and diverse.
The new Sunday brunch buffet is incredible. All our usual favorites with some innovative twists! We were very pleased. The gluten free chocolate mousse cake is over the top good!
The night we had dinner it was the first night for buffet EVER at Eleven. I was not excited about it before I tried it. Now that I have experienced it, I without reservation I recommend it!!! The food was amazing and the experience was outstanding.
We went for a nice Sunday Brunch and enjoyed a beautiful fall view, delicious food and excellent service. Enjoyed it very much!
Wanted to give this place another try, since it’s nice to combine dinner and a museum visit.
Their vegan options are non existent and the waitress was not very open to changing a few items off a vegetarian dish.
There was only one entree item that was vegetarian.
The portion sizes were so small and so expensive.
$19 for quinoa with almost raw carrot and the very end pieces of asparagus, also hard to chew
Our appetizer was forgotten, even though only 3 tables were occupied that evening.
The only two things that were pleasant was the atmosphere and the food was spiced well.
I spent over $100 for 4 people eating the vegetarian entree and one appetizer, the falafel which had only 3 falafel balls and we left still hungry. We only drank water btw
I wish an amazing museum would have amazing restaurant like it once was.
In the past, there was bread or a salad served with your entree, at least for the price, one could get full.
Anyway, I won’t return until the menu changes to have some vegan items on it for an affordable price.
Our brunch was very good, but the real star is the restaurant itself and the views. This is a spectacular venue and we will come back when we are again in the area.
I recommend a better chef that knows the menu and who does not leave out ingredients. The Bloody Mary's we had were too spicy and had an odd taste. Bloody Mary's are supposed to have a rich tomato taste. And there was no alcohol in it. The eggs benedict - the eggs whites were under cooked and not served with yogurt. The grits and shrimp did not have any andouille sausage or bell peppers as stated on the menu. Pricing would have been fine if we were served what was on the menu. I really like the concept of a restaurant in the museum but it needs to reflect the quality of the museum. Much improvement needed.
The food and service at Eleven was exceptional. The selection is small, but everything on the menu is delicious. This is the first time we tried the brunch, and found that we prefer the ambience of the evening lights better than the day. The flow of people walking through the restaurant area is my only complaint. But not enough of one to miss the delicious food! I'd recommend a day or night visit to Crystal Bridges and meal at Eleven to anyone!
Great food and server.
Had the lamb which was excellent. By friend had the pork chop which was even better. Amazingly quiet with a pleasant hum that still allowed for conversation. Acoustic engineering must be impressive because it looks like a place that would be noisy. Beautiful views out the glass walls.
All of our meal was wonderful save for the dessert, which was average at best.
We were very disappointed and left without eating. The brunch advertised vegetables, freshly made Eggs Benedict, and a great buffet. Our reservation was at 1 PM and we were told no more eggs, there were no veggies, the grits looked dried out and the salad was very picked over. At $24 per plate, this was not acceptable.
We had the Veterans Day Brunch it was delicious!! The Shrimp and Grits were delicious as was everything else. The 24.98 for the Buffet was definitely worth the price!! All the food was Fresh, Hot and Tasty. Even had a Bloody Mary Bar. Don’t miss attending a brunch here.
Our waiter was very accommodating to our son’s gluten free needs and asked questions to clarify.
There appeared to be too few wait staff. We waited 50 minutes from ordering to getting our food. Our waitress, Mary, busted her butt but there was nothing she could do to speedup service. The long wait has happened before. Will try the Hive at 21 next time attending an event at Crystal Bridges.
EXECELLENT FOOD... HORRIBLE SERVICE! Had to ask our waiter where our food was and he said they were very busy yet other tables around us were waited upon well before we were! Needless to say he only got a 10% tip
My husband and I both had the pork chop which was amazing. The setting was glorious and the food was exceptional. Our server was wonderful And offered me fresh fruit instead of bread when he found out I was gluten free. And he brought cornbread bread for my husband.
Only one drawback to eating here is that it’s slow food. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. That said, it was well worth the wait.
We enjoyed brunch before touring the museum and exploring the trails. Service was good however food took quite a while to get which we did not mind because of the beautiful views around us!
Love this restaurant. Always a treat for me and my hubby for Sunday brunch.
This is an elegant museum restaurant with great options for both lunch and dinner, very good wines, good service, beautiful views, reasonable prices. I couldn’t have been more pleased..
We had dinner at Eleven on our recent visit to Crystals Bridges. The menu selection was impressive and the food was very tasty. Our waiter, Matt, was great. He made suggestions about the menu and also gave a lot a good information about the museum. The setting for restaurant has a beautiful view of the water feature and the another portion of the museum. Matt pointed out some of the art we were looking at and was knowledgeable about the artists.
Come for the incredible art and nature venue, stay for the food!
Beautiful. Love the food. Fast and courteous service.
