Excellent ambience, the food was also amazing. They always have new flavors!!!
Service was competent and friendly, but servers were seen chatting and sipping drinks while we waited for a return to our table to take our order. Food was good but very pricey and portions were on the skimpy side of adequate. The soup was disappointing; all broth, and evidently Eleven does not use round soup spoons. Venue is, of course, beautiful. Good experience overall but due to the price (for us anyway), not something we would do often.
The food and service were excellent, and the setting was so beautiful as we sat next to a window overlooking the water. The noise level was a little high, but that is to be expected in an open setting with a lot of people around. It did not detract from the experience, though. I think anyone visiting Crystal Bridges should also experience dining at Eleven...at least once!
Two pork chops we ordered were bloody and raw. Crab cakes were very strange. Food was not very hot. Very disappointed as I took people from Shreveport and Little Riocl
Food is overly priced. The service and ambiance were great, no doubt. Appetizers came out cold and entrees (filet and pork chop) were bland - nothing tasteful for the experienced palate.
Eleven at Crystal Bridges has the best brunch. The variety of delicious food as well as great service. The views from the restaurant are spectacular as you can see the water between the two bridges of the museum. It was our second time visiting and we brought friends who have never experienced it. It was a terrific day with excellent food. We will be visiting again.
Wow! What a beautiful setting! We enjoyed their Sunday brunch which was delicious. My favorites were the shrimp and grits and fried chicken. The desserts were also awesome....I tried them all. The pecan pie was the best I’ve ever had and the molten cake was second runner. The ambience, wait staff, food, and beautiful setting made this a fabulous experience. Oh, and the price was right as well....$24.
A very nice special experience. Too expensive to do frequently, but a wonderful way to enjoy a special day or event.
I made reservations for Valentines dinner and this was a disappointment. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks once we ordered. My wife ordered crab cakes that were $15 and got two that were slightly bigger around than a quarter. I doubt we go back.
The setting is beautiful and the food was excellent. Our server was great, but the kitchen was hopelessly behind.
I'm giving the food 3 stars because of the dessert. We had the banana split. The ice cream tasted like it came from a commercial vendor - not made from scratch in the kitchen. The banana pudding flavoring was weak. Bananas barely crunchy per the description. Overall not a good value. Need to improve this dessert.
Overall we were happy - but have not give 5 for the following reasons. It was just two of us- we were there for pre-Valentine’s dinner. The food was a little colder than expected, even though I had requested for our soup to be super hot. Our Soup and our three starters arrived at same time. I think they should have spaced it out given we had three starters.
Crab cakes were a disappointment- small, cold and dry. The main course of Fish and squash guacamole were both excellent. All the salads served with dishes were very fresh and had a great dressing. The black apple butter, served with biscuits, is to die for.
Mary our server was really good - but it was just very busy. So there was a bit of a wait initially - for her to arrive to our table and for us to get our table. Maybe the staff was not enough.
Again overall good experience.
Great service, the waitress was very knowledgeable on the menu and very helpful with recommendations. The food was fantastic and the evening was very enjoyable
Always enjoy the food and service. The surroundings just can not be beat.
The entrees were delicious but the portions were skimpy (we had the Goat Cheese stuffed Squash and Market Fish). New cuisine, right? If not for the very generous Butternut Squash Guacamole and Chips appetizer we would have left hungry.
The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere and architecture was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!
Great service from Mary, as always!
Not worth the price.

We do a girls Sunday brunch every month. We try to go to a different restaurant every month. This one was raved about on social media. The food choices were great! We love the buffet style so we can try everything. Only thing I would complain about was the warmth of the food. It’s never very warm. As for the price. You’re definitely paying for the museum atmosphere. I think for price mimosas should be included. (Or at least one glass)
Blah, if weird food. Smoked brussel sprouts were frankly over-smoked. Pork chop was underdone. Service and ambiance was excellent.
Beautiful place, food not so good. It looked like coming out of a frozen box. Powder eggs, cold turkey. Too expensive for that kind of food.
We had dinner there News Year Day during a special event so the staff might have been overwhelmed However...
The dining area is lovely. The menu has many interesting choices. Our server was knowledgable. Our meals were tasty .
There were just 2 problems. The main course was warm not hot. We ordered a bottle of wine which arrived at the table already decanted. The server set the empty bottle on the table. I've never encountered this before and would not accept it another time.
Very different at night than during the day. Both enjoyable but really beautiful at night. Generous portions, good food and service
We all enjoyed our food and drinks and had never been to the happy hour before and the waitress was delightful but the service was excruciating ly slow had been there for lunch and brunch before but never dinner but would go back and Hope or faster service
I would recommend the lucnch, but not the supper meal there. Appetizers were very good but entrees and dessert were lacking at the supper meal and prices were considerable for the entrees.
The brunch at Eleven was absolutely magnificent. The meats were amazingly tender, the variety of proteins, fruits, veggies (fresh and roasted), breads and pastries were fabulous. The Black Apple Spiced Cider and the Pomosa were also excellent drink offerings we enjoyed. We will definitely be back!
The salad and salmon was delicious but pricey at $19.00. Would have liked complementary bread to go with our meal.
We loved our dining experience here! We will be back soon.
There were clearly not enough experienced wait staff on duty for the night we were there. Most of our food was very good but the vegetables that were part of our chicken entree were cold when delivered. The fish was almost raw. Our wait staff was clearly overwhelmed and while she was very nice she was not organized and seemed overwhelmed. This could be due to the fact that there were not enough wait staff at all. We will come back anyway.
Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food! Servers were quite busy, so not quick to the table, but very attentive and friendly after.
Excellent Sunday Brunch buffet! Lots of choices and food was very good!
Fantastic! Great food and place.
We had a group of 8....very slow service (on drinks too!) steaks extremely overcooked and the place is quite expensive given the first two facts. Many better places for food but it is a beautiful view!
Food and atmosphere were excellent! A nice special evening to celebrate a special day.
Our server made sure all our needs were met. The dining room is spectacular!
Magical evening celebrating my Dad’s 80th birthday . Everything was perfect (his words). The live musicians made it extra special by playing him happy birthday before dessert. Thank you to the entire staff for creating a memorable night.
We really like visiting crystal bridges. We have had lunch at eleven but this was a first for dinner. The prices are a little high so you would expect exceptional food. I had the pork chop which was very good. The brussel sprouts were not very warm and the last couple were very hard. My wife had the chicken and her whole dinner was not very warm and all the vegetables were under cooked.. super hard. Definitely not good.
Food was ok but nothing spectacular for the price.
Excellent menu with smaller portions.
Absolutely delicious! The flavors were amazing and highly recommend sharing a bunch of dishes to try as many things as possible. Fabulous food and beautiful atmosphere makes this somewhere to return to again and again.
