From the moment you walk in to the last delicious morsel you will taste, we promise to deliver a unique and exquisite dining experience. Our cuisine combines classical as well as modern Asian and European cooking techniques to enhance the flavors of local and sustainable ingredients. Our menu changes often to capitalize on the freshest and most seasonal fare. We believe George Barnard Shaw said it best when he said, "There is no love sincerer than the love of food." We couldn't agree more. From fork to mouth, we wish you good eats.

One of our favorite places for friends, for family events, for lunch, and for date night. Wonderful food and great dining experience.
Expensive but high quality, a favorite special occasion spot. On this night we enjoyed excellent mushroom soup and steak specials. Casual and friendly service. A little loud for normal conversation except when the room empties out for the standard sunset selfies (the sunsets and view are typically superb).
Had another fantastic meal at Elements. Our server was wonderful! Food was outstanding as always. Loved the special appetizer caprese salad!
We have eaten here a number of times, and are greatful this is right in our neighborhood. Food was great as usual and service superb. As is often the case with too many modern day venues, the noise level varies. This time it was fine, but...
Great food. Fantastic wait service. Probably just needs a few tables that are secluded from the one big dining area. No worries, we walked away very happy.
Love love love their food, always fresh. The restaurant is obviously successful, time to up their game in the main dining room. Artwork is super ugly and space could be soooo much prettier
We have been going to Elements since we moved to Durham 2 years ago. The food is ALWAYS delicious and the wine list is amazing. The prawns, the salmon, the sushi and everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. I would recommend you try Elements and I promise you you will be hooked like we were! Enjoy!
Fantastic restaurant. Ambience, service, food: all top shelf! And parking is easy, free and plentiful. We will be back soon, and often! The prawns with candied walnuts are fantastic.
Excellent wine list; willing to prepare food as requested if there are dietary needs; service was outstanding; parking in the deck is very good.
Food- was outstanding. Fresh, bright flavors and beautiful presentation.
Overall, the food was well prepared and flavorful, although the dish my husband ordered was somewhat dry and not very cohesive as a dish. The room was quite loud due to echoing. Service was good. We would go back but ask more questions about a dish before ordering.
Excellent as always! The chef is creative and amazing!!!! Best calamari ever!
Absolutely fantastic! Creative, deliciously fresh gourmet dining! Attentive staff & attention to detail! Very special indeed!
Service was a touch amateurish at times, but my meal was at an unusual time. Food was delicious. Wine pairing with tasting menu was ok, not great, but good.
Our food was delicious and was unexpected (although the reviews were universally excellent). We ordered calamari and cauliflower as starters, and the three of us ordered different entrees — each of which was delicious. Would highly recommend. Excellent wine list, too!
My friend had the Saigon shrimp noodle bowl, and I had the crispy prawns with walnuts. Both came with a wonderful salad. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. Can't wait to go back!
Great food, a little expensive - but I love this place so I really don't mind. I go to Elements quite a bit if its an important business meeting. The service did not disappoint - our waitress was fantastic and everyone loved the food.
Our food was fabulous, and the service couldn't have been better.
We shall return!
This was our first time dining at Elements and we were very pleased with the food and service. My wife's scallops were perfectly prepared and my fish special (tuna and halibut) was also excellent. I'm sure we will be back in the near future.
A genuinely enjoyable spot with a menu that's always intriguing. We were three adults on a quiet evening mid-week. We were greeted at once and our seating requests were honored. We found the wine room rather dark and too cool so we were re-seated outside without undue fuss. We shared a series of small plates, all delicious especially the mussels. One main dish was scallops (5 stars!). The other two mains were the noodles bowls, one with steak, the other vegetarian. Holy smokes, the steak bowl was terrific, as was the vegetarian (delightfully light fried tofu squares). Both were great and the vegetarian option was filled to overflowing with bright fresh vegetables, so many that we passed it around and still couldn't finish it. We'll be back soon.
Never disappointed in Elements. Took a friend to lunch there her first time and she enjoyed it. Very good service from Matt as usual. Food great. Would always recommend Elements to anyone. My favorite restaurant.
delicious, as always! Will be dining there again. The dishes are always so creative.
The food and service were very good however this was another very, very noisy restaurant. Just not possible to carry on a reasonable across the table with my date. Maybe lunch time would have been better
Consistently flavorful food and excellent service.
I have dined at Elements several times and never had a bad meal and have left completely happy with the experiences. The service is fast and the wait staff is constantly available and attentive.
Surprised that the poke was " deconstructed". it was unusual and flavorful.
Great food and outstanding service. Food presentation and taste were excellent.
Our second trip to Elements did not disappoint. Shared the mussels and fresh roll small plates - both delicious. Broth on mussels was amazing. Had the shrimp and salmon entrees which were both excellent. The atmosphere is lively, a bit noisy for our table conversation, but certainly not a deterrent to our returning.
One of my favorite places to eat in Chapel Hill. The fantastic dishes, great service, and pleasant atmosphere make for a super dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant, and actually do all the time.
Service and ambiance were outstanding, but the food was not remarkable given the prices. And it was annoying that inexpensive sides such as bread and extra rice carried charges.
One of the best restaurants on the east coast. Never a bad meal here.
The food was very good and presented beautifully. Service was excellent as well. The main dining area is a little noisy, especially for a larger group to hear one another, but overall it was a wonderful dinner and we would return.
The food was uniformly good and the patio dining was wonderful, although a bit more traffic noise from Raleigh Road than I would like. I especially liked the grilled cauliflower.
Wonderful meal. Great food & service BUT be sure to request seating in main dining room which has attractive decor (as you enter) look right. We were seated in fairly unattractive section,
The food was excellent and the presentation was outstanding. They had some great tuna specials that weren't on the menu. The sushi was a bargain as an appetizer. I would highly recommend the scallop entree! The wine menu was large and the waiter made nice pairing recommendations.
Food was extremely good. The yellowfin tuna special was among the best tuna dishes I have ever had. The walnut prawns are always delicious. Service was prompt and courteous.
Elements is one of our favorite restaurants. We go there for special occasions as well as lunches
s well as their wine tastings and special menus.
We are never disappointed.
With the exception of the noise level, everything about this restaurant was excellent. When the tables are fully or mostly occupied, it is difficult to hear a table companion with out raising your voice level, at least in the main dining room.
Elements is a wonderful restaurant for amazing tastes, quality food and tasteful drinks. Everything that comes out of the kitchen is exceptional.
If it is seeking opportunities to improve, It is noisy.... They would do well to install some noise dampers like soft sheeting on the walls. Aside from the elements is terrific.
Great food and service. Also very good value.
