SUSHI NIGHTS- Thursday, Friday & Saturdays starting at 5 pm.
From the moment you walk in to the last delicious morsel you will taste, we promise to deliver a unique and exquisite dining experience. Our cuisine combines classical as well as modern Asian and European cooking techniques to enhance the flavors of local and sustainable ingredients. Our menu changes often to capitalize on the freshest and most seasonal fare. We believe George Barnard Shaw said it best when he said. There is no love sincerer than the love of food." We couldn't agree more. From fork to mouth, we wish you good eats.
Chef Michael and the Elements Team
All was great, EXCEPT the waitress started clearing the table before we were all finished with our dinner!
We ordered a dish to be gluten free but was delivered with spring rolls containing gluten. I ordered the special, black grouper, and after a few minutes was told the item was no longer available. After selecting a different item I was told they had the black grouper. Other than that we had a great dinner.
It would be difficult to find a nicer place. Our experience is with several visits at lunch for both family and business events. We give our enthusiastic review
Delicious Asian fusion menu, we enjoyed a wonderful birthday lunch with friends.
We really enjoyed our visit here with friends visiting from out of town. Terrific, unusual menu and flawless service.
Had a lovely time with family visiting from out of town for Thanksgiving!
Not so good if you want a fancy restaurant, but good for not-so-formal dining. The price is a bit high, the sushi is good, the Thanksgiving menu is so so, and it is a little noisy.
The Walnut Shrimp is fabulous and everything else is at least wonderful.
We LOVE Elements!! I can’t think of a better place to go out to dinner !! Great menu and always with great specials and the service is amazing !
We were extremely fortunate to enjoy Thanksgiving lunch at Elements. The service was impeccable and the meal, while traditional Thanksgiving fare, was expertly prepared and the best I have ever eaten. The servers were extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome. We hope to return often - and definitely for another holiday meal.
We enjoyed our overall experience at Elements. The food was beautifully prepared and tasted great! The service was warm and hospitable. The servers were knowledgeable and the timing of each course was well executed. The price was a bit higher than expected.
The food was exceptional as usual. One of our favorite restaurants.
Four of us enjoyed a birthday evening at Elementals where it waiter was very much available and accommodating to some odd requests and made our bday gurl feel special. Dirty martinis and Manhattans made just right! We indulged in the specials and crabmeat noodles. Do not miss the coconut cake with dolce de Lethe. Atmosphere is very plain. Not modern- plain. !
It was OK but nothing special. I dined there a few times in the past, my biggest complaint is that their menu is not changing for years, so everything is too predictable.
We dined at Elements Nov. 21st. I order the double boned pork chop which I had had in the past and thoroughly enjoyed it. Recommended it to my guest and he ordered it as well. The chop arrived with only one bone and not nearly as tender as I have in the past.
My wife ordered a sushi dish which included a tuna sushi but to her surprise the tuna sushi was sparingly dressed with tuna. No repeat on that dish.
Please do not get me wrong, we love Elements, it is a go-to restaurant for us. This is the only somewhat negative experience we have ever had there and we will certainly return.
Both food and service was exceptional. We will be back soooon!
consistently excellent; particularly the sushi. Service excellent. Can't go wrong.
Outstanding Food and our waiter was fabulous.
The service at Elements is always good in our experiences, this time it was exceptionally good! The entire meal and experience were outstanding.
This was our first visit to Elements although we were very familiar with the Chef from 'an. Every item we had was absolutely delicious and we were so happy to see that the walnut prawns from 'an had been retained on the menu. The wine list is also one of the best we have seen.
Elements continues to please every time we go. With a constantly changing menu and wonderful daily specials you will never be disappointed.
What a refreshing dining experience. A wonderful visit with great staff, food and ambience.
The pumpkin soup was a hit, not too sweet. The prawn dish was A+++.
Will visit again.
Great food. Eclectic environment. Superb service. Highly recommend.
Great food and service. Intriguing and eclectic menu. We will be going back!
Can’t wait to go back! Happy, festive ambience, friendly staff & very delicious tastings, wonderful wine selection!
Elements consistently serves fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented food. I highly recommend!
The food is always excellent and very creative.
Excellent menu, attractive food presentation, attentive service, enjoyable meal.
What a great find. First time to Chapel Hill. Food and service exceeded our expectations. Try it. You will be glad you did!
Two couples on a Tuesday night - arrived to a gracious welcome and seated promptly. We ordered two starters to share: Calamari (VERY tender, interesting seasonings) and charred broccoli (unique, delicious). Moved on to the Waygu steak, crab stuffed flounder special, ahi tuna tacos, a starter but perfect for someone with a small appetiite. Lovely, delish. Can't rembember the 4th entree right now.
Very professional but not intrusive service, just there when we needed him. Plates cleared promptly, silverware replaced frequently. The words "no problem" were never uttered. (My pet peeve! We are guests of the restaurants and it's not a problem to serve us? Pleezz!)
Relaxed intervals without any pestering. Ordered two shared desserts, coconut cake and bread pudding. Also delish!
We've been dining out around CH for a very long time and this is one of the top meals ever. We've visited Elements before (nice) but this night was very different. Exceeded expectations. When we left three hours later, we were still in a state of awe. Congrats to the staff.
Great menu! The food was creative, yet authentic! The recommendations were right on! I would return!
What a great find! Staying at the Aloft, we decided to try Elements out and boy were we pleased. The food was wonderful (best described as Asia-fusion) and the wait staff outstanding. Our first there we were served by Matt and more recently by James - both extremely attentive. We would highly recommend it!
great meal and service, as it always is, elements keeps getting better --- and the drinks, fabulous. could not have been better
Always our favorite place to dine in Chapel Hill. Food and service are always outstanding.
Consistently great food and service. Love going here! My only complaint would be that the lighting is a bit too bright in the dining room. Lower light would give off a more elegant dining experience.
This is my favorite restaurant in Chapel Hill. The food is great, especially the tuna tacos and the beet salad, and the service is excellent. It is a bit loud, which could be a problem for someone who has hearing problems, as I do, but I asked for and received the corner seat that opened up, and it was not a problem there. I have been there half a dozen times, and everything I have tried there was great.
First dining experience at Elements. Cocktails were creative and wonderful. Food was also creative, beautifully presented and wonderful flavors. Four of us dined, each having something different and we all loved (AND SHARED) what we had. We will be back.
just amazing food and great service. one of the best restaurants I have ever been to!
The food was terrific. This is a local restaurant and we go there relatively frequently for dinner or lunch. This was one of the best meals we’ve had there. Tuna three ways, sushi, asparagus and scallops all very well cooked. My only reservation ins that we had a group of 6 seated near us featuring two women with braying laughs which contributed to a fairly high noise level but not much Elements can do about that. All in all a very enjoyable meal.
The food was amazing and our server was so sweet and helpful! She took the time to thoroughly explain all the vegetarian options for me and the best fish and sushi options for my partner. Everything was fresh, healthy and delicious. There’s plenty of wine options and creative cocktails. Dessert was a bonus we didn’t need but so worth it. The ambiance is perfect for date night and the restaurant is both comfortable and classy. I highly recommend it and we will be coming back whenever we are in town.
