SUSHI NIGHTS- Thursday, Friday & Saturdays starting at 5 pm.
From the moment you walk in to the last delicious morsel you will taste, we promise to deliver a unique and exquisite dining experience. Our cuisine combines classical as well as modern Asian and European cooking techniques to enhance the flavors of local and sustainable ingredients. Our menu changes often to capitalize on the freshest and most seasonal fare. We believe George Barnard Shaw said it best when he said. There is no love sincerer than the love of food." We couldn't agree more. From fork to mouth, we wish you good eats.

Always a pleasure to eat here! Great service and a wonderful menu!
Husbands scallops were but soggy and not much taste; disappointed. But my sushi was superb as were our friends specials of the day
Elements is one of our "go to" restaurants for date night. Very consistent serving great food and good service. Interesting menu options and good wine list.
Our meals were outstanding! Flavorful and wonderfully prepared.
Elements is phenomenal. Great food, great service. Chef is awesomely talented. Among the best restaurants in the area.
We celebrated a birthday at Elements. Our table elected to order the Chefs tasting menu. Every bite was delicious. This is a resturant that delivers only the best food and service.
Fantastic food and service! Great place to celebrate a special occasion.
All the food was tasty - just not amazing. I hate that they now charge for bread.
Wonderful ambiance, food and amazing customer service! Chef Chuong took some time for some very nice personal touches by chatting with us and also sending us a delicious vegan dessert to help celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely be back often and will be one of the first to visit his upcoming Cary restaurant.
Always consistently excellent food and service! One of our family favorites! Appropriate for any occasion!
Absolutely fantastic food and service.
Elevated Asian fusion cuisine. Beautiful decor, impeccable service.
Great spot for friends to catch up over lunch. Great food!
Drinks were weak and food was cold. Server was great.
After theater. Appreciated the longer opening.
Just outstanding from start to finish. The whole team ensured my wife and I had a memorable anniversary. We were treated like royalty. Thanks to all that made it happen
Our first visit to Elements and it was wonderful. Service was excellent, and the food delicious. Will definitely return.
Yummy recommendations from our Great waitress, Jenny!!
I would definitely recommend Elements.
Always excellent food and drinks. Quiet dining outside
Superb meal. Always excellent!!!
The food was really good. The setting was simple and elegant. The service was excellent.
We had an amazing dinner at Elements last night. It started with a top-shelf hostess who greeted us warmly and made sure we were seated comfortably. Our server was the perfect mix of attentiveness (our needs were met before we knew we had needs!) without being intrusive. The sushi was of the highest quality and the options were interesting and creative instead of the usual standard list of sushi options. Everyone’s main meals were prepared perfectly and delicious. I was especially impressed with my meal as I had sent them a long list of my dietary restrictions. They asked what looked good to me on the menu (um...everything!) so they could adjust the dish so I could eat it safely. The resulting meal was one of the best prepared and perfectly seasoned I have had. Many restaurants don’t take the time and care to find something interesting and tasty I can eat, but NOT Elements! They truly care about their guests and do not fail to deliver a very special and delicious meal! We will be back!
Wonderful food - never disappointed. And our server was appropriately attentive. Noise level always a little high
Delicious appetizers and entrees
Waitstaff was great: appropriately attentive and helpful with selections
Hostess was also great
Love the food. Service a little slow because of very large party in event space. Service quality was excellent!
Really enjoyed lunch, the poke salmon was delicious. Atmosphere was great and acoustics very good too.
Excellent food and service. My favorite restaurant.
We always enjoy dining here.
We love to go to elements for special occasions. Food is fresh and delicious. Only drawback is parking a little tight at that shopping center.
We have visited elements a lot, but we think the food quality keeps dropping down. Too salty and the specials are not special at all with bad tasing.
We were pleased with our wine choice from a very good list. We started with the calamari for the table and it was served promptly and nice and hot -- excellent. Everyone was happy with their entrees in particular the walnut prawns which I can't help but order every time!! we are in our late 60's and noise level has become a huge issue for us as diners but it was completely acceptable for us at Elements. our server was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. think there may have been AC issues that night as it was a bit warm in the restaurant area but not unpleasant.
As always, food and service was great. Diverse menu with plenty of options to choose from. Specials on a nightly basis. Staff are always very knowledgeable about menu and able to offer suggestions.
This is and excellent asian fusion restaurant, perhaps the best in Chapel hill. The chef/owner is creative and careful with his preparations, staff is very congenial and the atmosphere is subdued and noise level quiet.
We had Red Drum prepaped in a beurre blanc sauce and their Noodles with Beef. Spring rolls however were a bit ordinary and greasy.
We've been to Elements several times and it's consistently very good. I highly recommend the honey-walnut prawns! The wine list is also very good - a range of prices, and excellent choices. It's an attractive restaurant, with very professional service, and a nice quiet ambiance.
Had not been here for dinner in a while and was pleasantly surprised. We had a very nice dinner and got a nice quiet table. Recently took a group to lunch and large table was noisy and food choices were not so great . Better for dinner. Had crab pasta which had lots of crab and was tasty -all diners liked their dinners.
Our food was outstanding. Our service was excellent. It was a bit of a noisy dining experience and we even had to speak up to hear people at our own table. LOVE this restaurant though and the food and service was above 5 stars. I highly recommend this as a great dining experience but you need to make a reservation!! Wish they had more parking too.
We found the food at Elements to be excellent as was the service. We shared the beet salad and bread basket, the Chinese buns in the basket were interesting and went well with the salad. The beet salad was well done, though I thought the carrot curls accompanying the salad were too long and care was needed with the beet juice.
The Hanoi Lamb was the best lamb dish I have ever had, and the sea bass my wife had was excellent as well. I am not sure I could go back to Elements and try anything different unless they take the lamb off the menu, I'll have to get it every time I go.
The only quibble I have is with the seating, I found the chairs quite uncomfortable
AGAIN, wonderful meal and service! Flavor of food and blend of spices and etc are outstanding as always. Has easily become one of our favorite restaurants.
