Elements has changed their menu twice within the past several months. It seems as though the food options and quality have diminished with each change. It has been my go-to place for a decent meal for quite a while, but no longer. I am not sure if/when I will return.

Great experience! Nice service, and delicious food. Loved the rolls, the bowl the potatoes were served in, and the frozen strawberry lemonade! Seafood pesto pasta was amazing too, but the presentation wasn't as beautiful as my friends' food, and I thought grilled seafood would have made it even better!

I had requested a table by the fireplace online and we were given one right next to it. That was very nice on this cold night. The food was delicious and the ambience was perfect. The service was very good as well. Elements is a favorite for our family and this night definitely shows why!

Our waiter was fantastic. Always there right when we needed him and yet not to much. The food was fantastic. Second time I at Elements in week and it was better the second time around.

The Pork chop was pretty dry and even though the server spilt water on the table she didn’t wipe it up. It seemed like she was focused on something else.

I enjoy dining at Elements other times, but Elements was stretched too thin on V-Day. With a reservation we still waited 10 mins to be seated. We were awkwardly seated in the way way back on cheap lifetime tables at a dirty, stained and crumb covered table. By 8:30 things were no longer available. Limited menu. It was unprofessional looking. Our waiter was stretched thin. My steak was ordered medium well and it was mostly rare. I was looking forward to this night out and had expectations based on previous visits. We rarely go out and this fell flat. I don’t think I will be coming back. I’d rather spend $75 on food elsewhere.

I would recommend the kitchen to send food out on the table once previous meals are finished or when diners are ready for the next course. Otherwise it feels like we were there to just full tummies. I reminded staff to coordinate with us for how we progressing with food. And overall the staff understood and we enjoyed the food and ambiance!

Everything was fantastic for the Valentines Buffett. The food itself was great, especially the beef tenderloin. The only issue we had was with the fact that they ran out of creme brûlée at 7:30pm even though the dinner service ran until 9:00pm. We will definitely be back next. The best part of the evening was that there was no pressure to leave. We were able to relax and enjoy our meal.

Elements is awful during valentines. We had very little choices and waited 2 hours for a main dish and a dessert. It wasn’t even busy. We have gone once before and didn’t like the restaurant but we got a gift card and tried it again. It wasn’t worth it.

Menu much more limited than it used to be. Seems that instead of fine cuisine-now has more casual foods. Disappointed with limited menu. Also seems louder than it used to be-always thought of it as a quiet date type restaurant -now more for families. Don’t think it will be a first choice for us anymore-Coppermill seems to have better ambiance these days.

The website menu lists crab cakes, which used to be a menu favorite before new management bought the restaurant. Unfortunately, crab cakes are really not available at the restaurant. The food is acceptable but way overpriced.

I feel like elements has gone down hill quite a bit since they got new management and new chef. The staff is very nice, but the waiters seem frantic quite often. Food takes longer to get. I’ve been a regular there since they opened years ago, and this may be my last time. The biggest change has been the food. I’ve had almost everything on the menu so I know what the taste used to be like. Now anything that wasn’t removed was redone for the worst. The flavors just aren’t appealing. It’s like when your Dad goes off script with random spices instead of following the recipe for your favorite meal. At least change the Caesar dressing back please! Besides the flavor, the food is often undercooked or over cooked. This time I had a pasta dish and the chicken tenders. Two of my favorites. The pasta was cold and many noodles weren’t cooked all the way. The chicken tenders were way too salty and slightly burned. On top of that, the portion sizes are smaller. I thought they were perfect before, but now even special ingredients are scarce. For example, the pasta I ordered was the Sea Pesto Pasta. Normally they would add big chunks of Salmon equaling about half a filet, and about 10 shrimp. Last night there were just flecks of Salmon and 4 shrimp. Anyway, just sad to see this happen since there aren’t many good/unique places to eat in Logan.

Bad service. Food took long to come out. Was cold. Meatloaf was dry. Pasta was with very little sauce. Wont go back.

Out experience was absolutely terrible. Our waiter was slow and not “all there”. Our food came out cold and it was not edible. It didn’t even serm to be cooked. The flavor was odd. We just didn’t enjoy our experience at all. For that reason we defiantly won’t be back.

My husband had the halibut it was very dry. I had a pasta dish which was okay slightly on the dry side

The only criticism would be how cold it was. Every time the door opened, you could feel the cold from outside. Our table was directly in front of the door, although there was a curtain attempting to protect from direct air.

Our server was Amazing. She was extremely attentive.
But, as a Vegan, I WISH that there had been more choices for me. They had salad, beans, and carrots. I also have a gluten allergy, so I was limited there too...I realize that it is hard to please the masses, but I feel that it would be a great idea to have more options available for people like myself who have such strict dietary restrictions.

Over all the staff, and restaurant provided a very nice experience.

When reservation was made I did not know that we would be unable to order from the menu. Only option was buffet. Very expensive for one of our party with dietary needs.
Desserts were still frozen. Not impressed for a meal costing over $100

Stopped by at the recommendation of a local. We were visiting Logan for a few days. We sat in the bar and enjoyed a college football game. Our server was friendly and our appetizer and entrees came out quickly.

I’ve gone many times to Elements. This last time the food, some of our favorites, tasted weird. It wasn’t as good as usual. Flavors were different. I found out they have a new chef. When we left we really thought we might never go back. We had 6 unique items off the menu and they all had new sauces that were very different from before in a negative way.

Other than the food changing, it’s a nice place to eat. Usually great service and good ambiance.

I can never understand why this is called fine dining when it couldn't be further from the truth. There is no chef's menu, it is the same awful menu every day. Nothing interesting or appealing, which is unfortunate in a town where there aren't many options. This place could really monopolize. Service is awful. We have a reservation but arrive and spend five minutes at the host desk while they try to figure out life. All three of us were in the middle of eating (think silverware in hand, plates over half full, actively chewing) when the server came over and asked if we were ready for the check. It was actually quite embarrassing considering that we were hosting a special guest visiting from out of town. I realize that customer service is lacking all around in Utah, but again, that does not mean that you can't have higher standards.

Ask for a booth, walked by three open ones to ge seated at a table in the middle of noise. Favorites gone off the "new improved" menu. Favorite chopped salad now includes frozen eggs that were watery and grainy egg white texture.
I will say the waiter was a great guy. He delivered food quickly and was polite.

Our food was cold and bland. It wasn't the Elements we first fell in love with. What happened? Sorry, but we can no longer recommend Elements to our friends. Terrible disappointment for a double date on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018.

Service was wonderful. Food was good. Different but good. The chef gets creative with most dishes which is either good or okay. I guess I tend to enjoy traditional recipes with a little less creativity.

Everything was very good, and the steaks were cooked as ordered. I like the fact that there are some smaller dishes available, so that we do leave the restaurant miserably overstuffed. The service was attentive. Place mats on the outdoor tables would have been nice.

We enjoyed good food in a very comfortable outdoor setting next to the river. The only complaint we had was being served warm prosecco, a first for me.

Really great food and excellent service! We loved watching the ducks on the patio while we ate our dinner next to the river. Lots of yummy appetizers to choose from and many delicious menu choices to choose from. Great beverage selection as well. Overall a great experience!

Our experience was profoundly disappointing
After being seated, we waited 45 minutes before we were served with a drink. It was at least an hour after being seated before any food arrived.
The salad was OK.
I ordered scallops for my entree. They were cold and I suspect had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. They were also tough. The accompanying vegetables were also cold, rubbery and tasted of cooking oil.
Overall a very poor experience
The following day we ate a couple of blocks away at the Beehive Grill - much less expensive and MUCH better food
