We were in Scottsdale for a babymoon, and elements at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain was a *great* way to wrap up our trip. The view is amazing, no matter where you're seated, but we happened to have a booth facing the mountainscape. I would highly recommend making sure your reservation is early enough in the evening that you can snap a few photos before the sun goes down, especially if you aren't able to return regularly. Our waiter, Cooper, was friendly and very well educated on the menu and cocktail menu (which my husband enjoyed his recommendations thoroughly). He even suggested an off-menu "mocktail" for myself, which was a great surprise/treat. We started with the Fiery Calamari, which had a nice light breading on it, although we would not have called it "fiery" (although being Texans means we have a higher heat tolerance). I ordered the Lobster Carbonara, which was delicious. Honestly, it's the kind of entree that could've been split between the two of us because it was so rich, so keep that in mind. My husband got the Maple Leaf Farm's Duck and he especially enjoyed the leg portion of the entree. We were too stuffed for desert, but Cooper brought by some freshly baked mini-cookies; I believe they were some version of chocolate chip with sea salt on them and it was the perfect sweet bite to end the meal. We will definitely return her on our next trip to Scottsdale.

All of the staff were wonderful! They paid so much attention to detail and were so gracious and friendly that it felt like we were having lunch with friends instead of being in a regular restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and looked gorgeous. I could tell there was a lot of thought put into each dish because the flavors were so wonderfully balanced. And the view was gorgeous and so enjoyable because it was one of our rare cool Arizona days. I want to say that Casandra, who was our server, was especially friendly and thoughtful.
One of our must visits when we come to Scottsdale. Cocktails, wine list, service, food and atmosphere are always superb! Tuna tartare is my all time favorite and I love the short ribs and miso glazed salmon. Going back a second time before we head home.
Valentines dinner was a fixed price menu with wonderful choices. All of our food was great and the service was superb
It was our Anniversary as well as Valentine's Day. Our waiter Dan was very knowledgeable. Everything I had was wonderful. I was just unable to eat it all. I did bring Chilean sea bass home.
For the two of us it was $350.00 with drinks and tip.
My only criticism would be to have smaller portions for those of us who can't eat a whole lot. Half the size and price would be great.

Wouldn’t know there was lobster in the noodle dish. Could have been spam-& for $55. Way too expensive for the quality of food. Very limited menu!
