Our server Scott was awesome and so was the food. Always 5 stars
Great night, enjoyed the view and the food was exceptional.
Arrived slightly early for reservation - just long enough to grab a drink in Jade Bar - the Mekong was superb cocktail to watch the sunset and relax. Great ambiance & fabulous service. Hostess came to get us when table was ready. with the knowledge we were celebrating an anniversary they gave us a table That was cozy, a bit private, and had a beautiful view. Appetizer, wine, any entrees were all PERFECT. No question this was a perfect dining experience. They surprised us with a complimentary dessert. We will be back!!
The food service and ambiance were superb. It is rare when every dish From the appetizer to the main course is served perfectly. We highly
recommend the sanctuary.
From the superb staff to food quality, Elements and Jade Bar are of the highest caliber when it comes to customer service and delivery of the fine-dining experience.
Lovely experience at Elements. Beautiful setting and ambience outside overlooking the mountain at night was spectacular. Drinks were great. Shrimp cocktail delish and oysters Rockefeller while not traditional were alright (least favorite of the night). Butternut squash soup was tasty and the fish and short rib special also hit the spot. Dessert apple tart was okay with only a tiny bit of ice cream. Would recommend just for the experience, and the food was above average overall.
This is usually my favourite place to eat in Phoenix, but it wasn’t the same the other night. Our soup had hard bits of something. It felt like hairs off a basting brush and we mentioned to the waiter to tell the chef, but the answer was that it was bits of lemon grass. Not sure the chef intended us to sit and pick bits from our mouths with every spoonful of soup. The calamari is usually fantastic but it was a bit greasy. Finally our dinner was served almost cold. Not the restaurant I remember pre-COVID, hope they work out the kinks and get back to their high standards.
It was my girlfriends birthday and Elements provided a perfect experience for us. We were visiting from out of town and it was simply a perfect experience. Thank you for making my girlfriend’s birthday so wonderful
Service was excellent…Julio was a wonderful server
food is excellent. Personally I think it is top 3 restaurant I had in phoenix. Service is great plus nice view.
Great food and service
Absolutely stunning views at sunset so look up when it will be on your trip and book your table for then. Food is delicious and service is excellent but menu is a bit pricey. Nonetheless, I highly recommend.
We are regular guests of elements and love the food. We ordered salad and ordered the ulon noodles as an appetizer. We ordered the special swordfish and the filet. Unfortunately the steak was requested to be pink all the way through and came well done with no pink in it and we had to send it back which resulted in us having to wait or eat one meal. We ended up taking the steak to go. We also ordered dessert which was delicious. Our waiter was excellent and very polite. He comped us dessert and our drinks (sparkling water) which was unexpected and very nice.
This spot never disappoints. Food and service top notch. Recommend early dinner. Cocktails in bar at 4 dinner at 5 to capture sunset views. Highly recommend Mac n cheese with the pork belly. They call it a side but it’s virtually a meal. Thanks to Ashley and Laura for taking great care of us.
Lovely evening on the balcony. Food and service were outstanding.
Everything about our meal and "Happy Birthday" experience at Elements last night was perfection. Our server was so attentive and professional, without being intrusive in the least. We really appreciated the complimentary butterscotch birthday dessert as well. This was just one of many memorable times at Elements that makes it our very favorite place to go for special occasions.
We were so disappointed. The food was mediocre at best. The chicken was terribly tough. Fish was flat. One guest waited nearly the entire meal to receive her dish. Elements has everything needed to be a great restaurant except for great food. The views, cocktails and ambiance are great. Now they need a n unforgettable menu.
My wife and I have been there several times and up until this visit the food was always good. The food was terrible in the case of my wife's shrimp and only mediocre in the case of my eggs Benedict. We will be back but will be more circumspect about our food choices.
Excellent food and service. Ordered the chicken, bass, and Mac and cheese all of which was delicious. Waiter was excellent. Very friendly. Perfect for a date night. View was beautiful.
Second visit, excellent yet again! Delightful staff, delicious food, wonderful ambiance! My new favorite dining experience in Phoenix area!
From the moment we drove up everyone was amazing! Friendly and courteous. The hostess got us seated at a gorgeous window table overlooking the valley. Christian started us off with champagne, a warm greeting and a smile. Michael was exceptional! He took photos of us and made excellent suggestion. He got the wine sommelier to get us the perfect paring. Our food was fabulous and not a detail was missed. I loved it very thing about the evening.
Absolutely amazing! The sea bass was the most delicious seasoned I’ve ever had.
The outdoor patio offers lovely views, quiet tables, and shade in the afternoon. The food and service were both top notch! We enjoyed our lunch and wine very much. Our server was knowledgeable, professional and upbeat.
Spectacular views, superb service and above all amazing food!
It was our 37th wedding anniversary. Everything was on point except dessert. We informed our server of my husband’s nut allergy and the molten lava cake was sprinkled with cookie crumble and several Macadamia nuts! Server insisted he put nut allergy on the ticket, however kitchen didn’t pay close enough attention. Luckily my husband took a bite and spit out the nut. Geez. I felt the sever was not very apologetic, he did say sorry, in a kind of matter of fact way. He should have comped half or part of the bill for his/kitchen mistake. Manager should have been informed. Allergy mistakes are often life threatening, greater care needs to be taken from server to kitchen staff.
Exçellent service and. Jew
Exquisite food. Great service.
Fabulous this is a must go place
Amazing experience. Incredible food, amazing atmosphere, stellar service and a special accommodation for our honeymoon.
Could not have been better. A wonderful meal.
Perfection! Ron was our server and was excellent. Food, views, ambiance all exceptional!
Very wonderful dinner ...very elegant ..and a bit pricey....
The presentation and the taste of food was excellent! My scallops melted in my mouth and my husband’s filet mignon was juicy. However, we did order a side of broccolini, they were cold and needed flavor. They view was breathtaking and very romantic!
Celebration of recent wedding
Our waiter was amazing!!! Thank you for the most beautiful night.
Everything was ok nothing great. Slow paced.
We loved the outside seating during lunch and the food was delicious.
Joey was an amazing server. He was genuinely kind and informative. The hostess on 11/4 @ 10:30 - 11:47 was so sweet. The valet were also great. Elements did a fabulous job hiring the most welcoming and friendly staff. The food was delicious.
Sean our server was on point. Food was great. Standouts were the fois gras, beef fillet, hot chocolate dessert. Great views from the giant windows inside.
Beautiful restaurant with an amazing food and drink menu
