Amazing evening. Dinner was great and service was excellent. Would dine here again.
Excellent views! Great ambiance, delicious food! The Shishito peppers were divine and the wine selection exquisite 😊
The food was good but nothing extraordinary. The view is lovely but the vibe was very “hotel restaurant”, nothing particularly special. The thing that really put us off though, was the fact that at about 9:30pm - we’d been there an hour on a Friday night - the place had pretty much emptied out & they were cleaning up and resetting the tables around us as we finished our dinner. Not great and we wouldn’t recommend it.
Came all the way from New York to celebrate husband’s birthday and this place did not disappoint! Beautiful, romantic, amazing service and views. I highly recommend Elements
Excellent dining experience. Food was outstanding.
The food was very good, and it's impossible to have better ambiance than what you get at Elements. The service was excellent and everyone from the hostess to the busboy to the waiter were outstanding and very friendly. My girlfriend had the filet with crab and I had the halibut. The filet was excellent and the mash potatoes were amazing. The halibut was a bit dry and a 3 out of 5 for me. Dessert was the salted carmel lava cake and it was delicious. The overall meal was memorable especially due to the location and ambiance.
Amazing food, jaw-dropping atmosphere and superb service!! Laurie had terrific knowledge of the wines and recommended a divine French red. Kuai couldn’t have been more gracious and efficient. We were so impressed! Hope to return soon!
Great food and amazing view. We got to watch the sun go down behind the Praying Monk while we enjoyed our food.
The kitchen was extremely slow
We were sat at a table under a spotlight… The waiter told us about specials the second we sat down before we had our drinks… Food was OK
Great food, view, and service. 10/10.
We always love going to Sanctuary! The food is outstanding, the service, view and atmosphere are wonderful. Highly recommended. Go early and have a cocktail on the outside patio.
This is just a lovely place with beautiful views and fantastic food and service.
Went there to celebrate our anniversary. Excellent service, beautiful views, poor food. My wife had the restaurant week menu, and I ordered some items from the a la cartel menu, pork belly didn’t taste right, tuna tartare was the highlight of the meal, the Korean short ribs dish was served cold. Our server was very nice and attentive though, will be back again but probably only for drinks and the view.
Last evening in Scottsdale and this gorgeous restaurant did not disappoint. Decor and atmosphere was amazing! Food was Devine and service spectacular. Sat outside on the patio, views were gorgeous.
Great restaurant week experience at one of my favorite restaurants. The food was great along with the view. My complaint, 15 minutes to get cocktails, server was great, however service is slow.
It was very dark and extremely cold inside the restaurant. We tried the Arizona Restaurant Week menu and it was ok. When I say ok it means that the food was good, but nothing special as I expected for this restaurant. It was so cold that the raviolis I was taking got cold in two minutes. It was funny... the glass of champagne I took was good, but not cold enough. The service was really good. Thank you!
Special restaurant week menu was outstanding
Our friend ordered the double pork chop and was very impressed with the favor and tenderness of the pork
The view was AMAZING! Great experience. I would definitely visit again
Amazing as usual. Absolutely loved every bite (and the visual) of the Restaurant Week menu. It was very rich but each bite had loads of layered, creative flavor. One of our very favorite dining places. Service was terrific and timely by all staff. Appreciate the accommodation on requested seating through Open Table. Can’t wait to come back.
We were staying at Sanctuary for a weekend getaway. So happy that we booked a dinner Elements. The food and service was great! We are already planning our next trip back and will dine there again.
i had a very undercooked filet :( the manager was more than accommodating however. the ambiance was beautiful and the view
Great service, Great food! We got a gift for celebrating bday and pregnancy which was very sweet. Will be back!!
Food was very good but a little pricy. Probably average for a Scottsdale Resort & Spa though. They definitely don’t need to serve bread. Although it was so good, I had fish tacos and my husband had the Cubano sandwich and we didn’t need any bread. Maybe just serve it when someone orders the soup. Views were gorgeous!
This was my first visit to Elements for dinner. The food was great and the service was fantastic! Thank you Greg.
Worst service! Food was mediocre and overpriced. The only thing the restaurant has going for them is the amazing view. Will not go back.
Dining room when full very noisy. Could not hear conversations at our table given noise.
We had wanted to eat here at sunset for a long time and we able to get a lovely table on the outside deck. Before Dinner we stopped at the bar Jade for a quick drink and the service and drinks (and HH prices) were all really excellent. At dinner the food was wonderful, perfectly prepared and presented. Our wait staff was very good, not the best but still very good. The only issue was we asked the bill to be split and they totally screwed it up which was annoying end to the evening. Other than that it was really a nice evening with gorgeous sunset, balmy breeze, lovely food and presentation.
First - kudos to John Cooper Server and sommelier-great pairings with our food! Gold star for service - Pablo and Humberto were also excellent. Food was dynamite and the view was fabulous. The only downside was the noise level of the hostesses and the traffic behind our booth. Loved that the booth was partitioned off from the booth next to us. Started w the tortilla soup, nicely spiced, tomato based, simply delicious. The steak, potatoes and spinach were totally awesome. Steak cooked to chef’s recommendation, spinach not cooked to death, potatoes were killer tasty with the butter and chives-nothing over salted! Creme brûlée desserts was just the right size and amount of sweet. We will be going back for more.
Service was horrible!
Lovely evening with delicious food and a spectacular light show courtesy of a higher source.
Everything was great
Ambience, food, service
Would recommend highly to others
Excellent lunch with my beautiful wife. Great food, service, and view, thank you.
It was a birthday celebration and that was acknowledged by host & wait staff, which is very nice.
It’s clear that the setting is the draw here. We had a booth facing out towards the mountain.
Drinks are interesting but the very large leaf in my small champagne flute was a mis-match.
I opted for an item on the Restaurant Week menu; my husband went with the regular menu.
I had the flat iron steak. It was mostly undercooked which contributed to the springy feel. (I did not send it back).
My husband had the halibut and thought it was excellent. Which, at $49 for a small piece of fish, you hope for excellence. The tomato jam was less jam and more blistered cherry tomatoes but he doesn’t eat those anyway. I ate those.
We shared the coconut brûlée that was part of my dinner.
I was presented with a take home birthday cupcake.
The setting is very nice but food was over-priced. It was well prepared but nothing magical.
The service was amazing. The MOD was very attentive since it was one problem after another with our food. Such an unusual situation at this restaurant. It was a Sunday and Beau was off. Also, slack is cut because it was restaurant week.So I’m coming back to celebrate my son’s birthday on Thursday. If you want to know more, please feel free to give me a call, 602-317-5511.
Service was amazing. Food was great. Views were fabulous. Highly recommend.
This is only my second time at Elements and I would absolutely return/recommend because the food is really delicious, the view is incredible, and it's a great place for a special meal. The reason it is not 5 stars is because the service. I had reservations for a party of 8 during restaurant week for my birthday. Our server was very, very slow for our table, we had to ask other servers/busers for items because ours was so infrequent to follow up and lacked attentiveness. We all felt like because we were a party of 8 and gratuity was added as well as maybe not being their typical clientele, our server put in minimal effort knowing he'd still get a huge tip regardless. ($200+) He was never rude but clearly occupied by other tables, leaving little to be desired and making us all feel out of place, like a bother. And we were not a demanding table. That said, Leo (I believe he was a buser) was very attentive to our table, was kind, helpful, and made up for our server; I hope the tip is shared with him. Our night was not spoiled, we just got to enjoy the view a little longer but I think it's helpful to know this was our takeaway and impression.
Tried this restaurant for the first time as we recently moved to the area. We went there as we heard the views were very nice there with outdoor seating options. The service was the worst I have ever seen. The meat was not cooked to the level ordered-was served rare as opposed to medium rare, and my partner’s was served medium rare instead of medium. No apology was offered or an attempt made to resolve. Then only one soup order came to the table when 2 were ordered. Last, only one desert came when two were ordered. The staff was confused but worse off, no attempts made to resolve the situation. I have never had service like this at an upscale hotel restaurant. Very disappointing.
If 5 Star is excellent we would give them 10! From Welcome, to staff hospitality, to food, to pool and pool service, to farewell a perfect 80th Birthday Weekend. Special thanks to Chuck Wiley, JR and restaurant staff!!!!
