Our waiter, Joey, was fantastic
Food was good but in our recent tour of resort dining it missed the mark. The calamari to start was great and the butternut soup was quite good as well. From there the entrees were a disappointment as the NY Strip has to much of a cheese topping and the desert was a bust. You should call a desert strawberry shortcake if there is no shortcake.
Love Love Love!!! Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience!
Spectacular. From the views, the service, food and wine, all top notch. One of our favorite dinners in the valley. Steven and the staff were great, the food was delicious and we couldn't believe the value wine prices! An amazing night celebrating a birthday with our adult son!
The staff is amazing and it was very safe! The food is 100!
Great food, service and view!! me and my wife had a romantic time!
You must order the Peanut Butter bomb for dessert, amazing!!
Amazing dinner coupled with reserve wine 2017 DRC! Patio views are the best, salmon was cooked to perfection.
A lovely lunch with friends up for the day from Tucson. No better setting than the Elements deck with spectacular views ! Between the gentle warm breeze and the pool setting below, we felt like we were transported to Hawaii! The vibe is always right here at the Sanctuary!
Our waitress was both attentive and personable. Our lunches were delicious and well portioned. Our thoughtful waitress recommended a fabulous dessert which featured a peanut butter bomb! Incredible! I would go back just for that dessert! Highly recommend!
This place is a must! The service was great! Michael provided us with such a wonderful experience. The food was the best by far of any of the restaurants we have been to while in Scottsdale on vacation. The view is incredible.
Our party of 4 had a wonderful evening watching the sunset from our newly opened patio table. Dinner and service were most excellent. We will be back!
Great food and great service by staff. Very delightful
Julio was an outstanding server he created such a nice environment and we very much appreciated him!
We ended up getting engaged here Sunday evening at Santuary at the staff was INCREDIBLE!!! So thoughtful, generous and sweet providing champagne, an amazing dessert and well wishes!! Would HIGHLY recommend and we will be here again soon !!
Actually a very disappointing dinner on many levels. Despite making a dinner reservation 5 weeks in advance and requesting a cake, champagne toast to be ready and outdoor seating as the guest of honor and husband was 65+, the restaurant and its staff fell short on each occasion. Food had to be sent back, the cake never materialized; we were offered a ‘sampler’ with dark brown writing on a black slab which you couldn’t see, no taste to the ‘sampler’, entree had to be sent back, name spelled wrong, miso salmon was drowning in sticky sauce, salmon overcooked despite asking for rare, skinny end portion of fish...overall the lack of attention to detail and marginal tasting food made it a lackluster experience. Very disappointed.
We were seated in a room that felt like a banquet room (off of the main dining area where we are normally seated). It was not the perfect experience that we have come to expect from Elements but we still consider it our favorite restaurant in the valley. Perhaps we will need to request the main dining area in the future
It was very easy to make the reservation online. The moment we walked in we were greeted by the hostess and escorted to our table. We were given a booth which was very private and had a beautiful view of the mountain and PV. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. They didn’t rush us with the food and gave us time between the appetizers and the main meal. It may be expensive but very well worth it. My wife and I really enjoyed our evening at Elements
Food was delicious and ambiance was high-end. Had a wonderful romantic dinner.
Requested outdoor seating, but they sat us inside. No vigilance re mask mandate...poor management all around. Won't be back
Always excellent food and excellent service..sitting outside on the patio makes the experience all the better
The outdoor deck is wonderful with a great view of the sunset and the surrounding mountains. The entire place has a laid back vibe with excellent service, terrific food and a leisurely pace.
Beautiful views, amazing food and service!
The HVAC was freezing inside!
The highlight of our trip. Great food, amazing service, spectacular views.
Our waiter always made sure we were good and the food was amazing! They gave us a free little dessert for our anniversary, very appreciated!
Awesome!!! 5 stars!! Loved it!
Wait staff were extremely polite and very attentive
I loved the service. Everyone made me feel welcomed.
Outstanding service particularly when we were celebrating our 41th wedding anniversary.
Great atmosphere and food was delicious.
We dine here frequently and usually have an outstanding experience, sadly the salmon was incredibly sweet, desert like sweet, this time, the high note was the mushroom gruyere cheese tart and of course the pb bomb! The jade bar is out of control with their pricing for call drinks, my wife’s Chopin martini was 20 bucks and to add insult to injury it was a very weak pour! Even during COVID times I still expect value, after all you want us to come back?
Third time lucky on getting our protein cooked to order. Joey our waiter was courteous and knowledgeable, but food servers and beverage attendant left a lot to be desired in both demeanor and knowledge of servings.
Great setting for a date night. Views are stunning. Chef worked some magic with the Oysters, the best Rockefeller I’ve ever had. The lobster bocacini was a huge portion with great subtle flavors. The chicken was another large portion with rich flavors. I was also impressed with the number of options for sparkling wine by the glass.
Can't beat the night scape. We were inside in a private booth facing the amazing mountain view. The food was fantastic & the desserts were fabulous. We did the entire restaurant week menu :-)
As usual, the food and service were exquisite. And the view wonderful. Our party had such a nice evening! Thank you
Service is impeccable their brunch special was great and all with the best view in Paradises Valley..
They changed the brunch menu. And a lot of my favorite brunch items were not there anymore. I got the Salmon bento box and it was just so-so. The chicken piccata was also average honestly, I expected more. The potato chips were good though. Expected it to be pricey. Maybe expand the menu a little bit
The service was great but slow. We get it though, I'm sure it's running with less servers than usual.
The service was outstanding...and so was the food.
Fantastic views, great food, great service
