Exceptional views and service. We had the grilled octopus, which was a little over charred and burnt, but edible, and the wagyu pot stickers which were delicious! For entrees, the Korean short ribs and Lobster pasta were very good, but a bit on the high end for price. Overall, a delightful venue, amazing city views and excellent service and very good food vs value.

Our meal took over 2 hours. Our waiter was nice but asked us the same question multiple times. We were seated inside but had to keep our jackets on the whole time because it was freezing. The food was excellent so it’s worth going if you are not in a hurry and are appropriately dressed.

Shabaz (sp?) is an amazing server - provided great recommendations, knew the menu, and was simply superb! He is probably one of the best waiters we’ve had in a long time. The food was phenomenal - we had the sea bass, salmon, and branzino special. Plus multiple desserts which were all decadent!

Elements is a special dining experience. The setting at sunset is spectacular. CJ our server was attentive, friendly but not hovering. The food is never a disappointment.

Excellent choice for a special evening. Show up if possible before sunset and grab a nice cocktail at the bar. The Lost Dutchman drink is a nice choice. French guava juice and tequila. :)

Been here numerous times. Food is still outstanding but the service has dropped off from checking in to wait staff. Other than doing a nice job recognizing my wife’s birthday and providing a complimentary dessert, the rest of the time was a lot of waiting with no explanation. We were not the only table who noticed this. Had to find someone twice to refill my coffee. Elements used to be our go to place for special dinners. We always left feeling appreciated and the money we spent was worth it. Not this time. I don’t think this was an off day. Overall, it was a huge drop in service and vibe. Not the special place it once was. Hope they fix it.

Our friends only a year here in Arizona, wanted to try this restaurant. Having been here before, years ago we decided to try it again. We live 30 mintes away, so it's not on our usual list. A beautiful entrance and atmosphere, it was not very busy on a Sunday at 1130am the time of our reservation. We were seated inside at a booth that overlooked the view. The service was pleasant but not professional. Not for this caliber of dining. Then a table of 6 or 8 people sat at the high booth beside us with the child in the party climbing to the top of the booth between making screeching noises. It was about 20 minutes of annoying noise and they must not have stayed to dine for very long if at all. Thank Goodness. The food came to the table with the food runners and it was an 'auction' at best. The men were served first and the auctioning of each plate continued, handing hot plates to us. The food was adequate but not fantastic, and not worth the 30 minute drive. Perhaps the staff was having a tough day, but we won't be returning for a while. There are too many other great restaurants with views to explore in this city.

On their menu, they spelled Char Siu wrong - it is spelled on their menu "Char Sui" and the wait staff argued with me saying that it is on their correctly. I am Chinese and I would know...sooooo....please change it as it is embarrassing for such a nice restaurant to have this kind of faux pax...

Dinner was just okay for the price. Felt extremely rushed. Considering the price and the fact that we were resort guests, the hurried service (although pleasant) was disappointing. Breakfast was great and much better paced.

We love Elements and we highly recommend going there. But it is not perfect. The food is enjoyable but I expect a little more. They had very few tables that had people sitting and I think it's a mistake to hold $25 per person no show fee. That probably is the reason. The silverware setting was not complete. There were coffee grounds floating in my coffee. I give them a soft five stars overall but think they can achieve a bit more quality.

Steven was great! Oysters and lobster bisque were excellent. Oysters Rockefeller arrived barely warm. Very Japanese influenced menu had no Riesling by the glass to pair, disappointing.

Overall, I would say try this restaurant. My biggest complaint was the service I received. I sat on the patio for 30 minutes while waiting for my table without anyone approaching me and asking if I wanted anything. Although other guests came after, and were approached. At dinner, my server did not give me as much attention as I witnessed other servers provide to other guests. I can only speculate as to the reason why I was treated so poorly. I also noticed after the fact that my bill was incorrect. However the food here is very good.

Sadly, the food was horrible. Dumplings were undercooked and cold and the sauce was extremely salty. The pork chop was tough as a boot and the broccolini was cold and improperly cooked. Service was slow. Our waiter was very professional; but was probably responsible for tables in another station, causing him to be away from our area for periods of time.

Had a great time at elements! We had both dinner and breakfast here, and I can say that there wasn't one bad meal the whole weekend We stayed at the hotel! The Branzino, the steak, and the brocollini were the standouts for dinner. The pancakes, oats, and the hot chocolate were the standouts for dinner. For drinks, the French Spy was delicious and strong without any bitterness or burning. I highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant!

I have enjoyed Elements many, many times over the years and it has always been spectacular. Last night, however, the service was so slow and inattentive that it ruined the evening. I am not sure where our server kept disappearing to or why it took so long to receive drinks and appetizers. Perhaps she was spread too thin. It's not clear. I will definitely be back, but will hope that this was a one-off.

The service was not aligned with the high end prices. The host initially just pointed to our table without walking us over to sit. The waiter seemed to disappear for long periods of time, perhaps waiting on too many tables? Ambiance is great!

What happened elements? I have been coming here for 12 years and have been largely satisfied. However, last night was a big disappointment. Ours was a party of 7. We all agreed that the food was hugely under-seasoned and unimaginative. It's rare that I need to salt my food, but last night kept adding more because the food simply lacked flavor. The service was slow and disinterested -- indeed, annoyed when we asked if someone could take our order. The table had little spacing between it and the others (we had to turn sideways to navigate between them). The noise level was so high I could not converse with the person across from me -- only the individual seated next to me. At this price point (which is so much higher than it used to be, while the value has not been maintained), I expect more...a LOT more.
