Over the last 5 years, we have dined at Elements numerous times for special occasions or just because we wanted to. We even spent a weekend there because we find the resort/setting so beautiful, even though we live in North Scottsdale. Last night, in particular, was noticeably different.... in the sense that the overall experience seems to have gone downhill. While everyone, from the valets to the waitstaff were very nice, the restaurant, Elements, felt it was showing its age and losing the classy, elegant vibe it used to carry. They first attempted to seat us in a large, conference type room that felt like we were going to have to listen to a seminar on Cremation. When we balked at the seating, since we usually sit in the dining area in a booth by the window, they obliged, however, the host made sure we knew how busy they were going to be. This was 5:30 pm. I think I remeber that the tables used to have tablecloths, which made it seem much nicer than a bare 'Diner' type restaurant. Also, and this speaks to the general public, whatever happened to a dress code?? People were extremely casually dressed, like they had just come from the pool. Maybe it's time to reinstate a dress code. The Pandemic is over, it's time to grow up and dress up. I do wish I could remember our servers name, as she did an excellent job. We'll probably go back to Lon's next time.

We sat inside, next to the windows and the views were amazing. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! We had the tartare for appetizer and the fillet and swordfish for entrees. The server recommended a great wine from Australia. Will definitely go back for another special occasion.

We tried Elements for the first time because my husband wanted to go to dinner somewhere with a view and we've heard from many people that they've had a great experience dining at Elements. When we were first sat, we were immediately greeted by the man who would be assisting with our tables needs like filling water, clearing dishes, etc. He introduced himself and then told us who our server would be and she immediately came to greet us as soon as he was done introducing himself. Our server's name was Shannon and she was probably the most attentive and well-informed server I have had at any restaurant in a long time. The service was really outstanding here, you could tell the staff was highly trained and really cared about the customer experience. Our food was also amazing. We had the yellowtail nigiri, sanctuary oysters, ricotta agnolotti, and corn bisque as our starters and they were all fantastic. The presentation was amazing and the food was fantastic. We ordered the Pork Chop and Duck Confit for our entrees with the asparagus and potato puree for our sides. My husband had the pork chop and he didn't enjoy the sauce it came with (personal preference, nothing wrong with the sauce), when he mentioned it to our server she immediately gave him multiple options and took his plate back to the kitchen to remove the sauce and she brought out another sauce on the side for him to try. Shannon was really incredible with how knowledgeable she was about the different options he could try and we could tell she really cared about our experience with the food. I genuinely think she made the experience perfect in every way she could. When I mentioned wanting a glass of wine, she told me they had a deal on bottles and could cork it if it wasn't finished. When my husband asked about the cocktails, she told him all about the differences between the two he was deciding on to help him with the decision. She honestly made the experience so incredible, I would 100% coming here.

The place is fantastics and views are phenomenal!! I had the halibut and was amazing. Was the other 3 order steak and surprisingly the 9oz filet look small and was cut up in two pieces. It’s was really the presentation…cause the taste was amazing

Spectacular! Such a beautiful and elegant establishment. The food was delicious, executed flawlessly. The best meal I have had in scottsdale this summer. Desserts are a must!
