   Consistantly good. Great vibe. Nice live music on Mother's Day. Good view if you get a window table. Parking lot is a little far away, so some people should probably valet park.

   We came here to celebrate my friend's bachelorette. The food was all excellent- we started with some appetizers, all had perfectly cooked & tasty entrees, and our dessert was comped. The dessert was some of the best we've ever had! Attentive and friendly staff, and stunning views of the mountains.

   This spot will forever hold a special place in our hearts after getting engaged at the hotel. We came back for the first time for our first wedding anniversary and we’re absolutely spoiled! It was an amazing dinner with a spectacular view. The rose petals were such a lovely surprise. We are so thankful to get to celebrate with you all again. The food is always spectacular and service was 12/10! See you next time!

   My friend and I attended the PlumpJack Estate Winery Wine Dinner at Elements and absolutely loved the entire event. The service, food, wines and host from PlumpJack Winery were all excellent. Upon arrival, you were checked in and assigned a table with open family style seating. My only comment to this was I wished they would of just assigned seats. It was difficult to find seats together because groups had already commandeer spots. Some groups were broken up because of seats already saved. The evening started with a Tray Passed Reception from 5:45-6:15 of 4 different horderves and glasses of Rose champagne. Dinner started promptly at 6:15 with an introduction from the host of PlumpJack Winery. The menu consisted of 5 courses. First dish were Oysters. Second dish was a Fish Carpaccio. Third dish was Duck. Forth dish was a Beef Tenderloin and ending the courses with a Chocolate Fig Tart. All the dishes were paired with a nice pour of PlumpJack Wines. All the servers were very professional in delivering dishes and taking away dishes and glasses. The dishes were all amazing in flavor and presentation. I would love if Elements did more of these wine pairing dinner events. We would definitely do this again. Atmosphere: Wine dinner was done in a private room, beautifully set up. Service: excellent. Food and Wine: excellent.

   Solid kitchen under Chef Matt’s direction. Rich flavors in the French onion soup, tender short-rib and perfectly cooked scallops. Creamiest potato purée you will find anywhere. The Lemon signature dessert with runner-up strawberry cheesecake were creative sweet endings. Good wine list. Service excellence. Ambiance highlighted by nighttime views of the valley.     Have not been here in over 20 years, and they have done a great job at keeping it as magical as it was back then! The place is still as beautiful as ever! Outdoor or indoor dining you will still have a beautiful view. Hostess, server and busser weee super polite, asked wheee we wee from and how we were enjoying our stay. The pork chop was as tasty as it was described. Toro as fresh as if it was just fillet and the muscles… plump and tasty! We had the s’more’s dessert which was like moose on a brownie and delicious!! Highly recommend when visiting the area!!!
