Awesome dining experience
Just so perfect!!!
One word-amazeballz, go if you haven’t, you will not be disappointed
Wonderful experience for a special night! Always great food that is really excellent. Hard to find here in the valley. Northeast food is great and hard to compete with but Elements always succeeds unlike others who try in the valley.
Elelments gave a feel of the very rich's hangout, but we were given a private booth by the windows, which satisfied our expectations and desire. The service was amazing and since the dinner was a Restaurant Week price fixe, I gave the food 4 stars due to the limited menu.
I am sure if we come back and eat off of a full menu, the food shall be amazing. Thank you for a special evenning.
This place was absolutely stunning - both the view and the food. Outstanding. Highly recommend.
Excellent restaurant with a wide variety of menu options. Fun atmosphere. Great service. A special place.
Great view and atmosphere. Food was good but service was terrible/
We have been going to restaurant week for a few years now in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, and this was by far the best place we have experienced it! The service, food, and atmosphere was top notch!
Unbelievable cuisine, staff was superb , and the view could not have been better!
Bread was dry and hard as a rock. Food temperature was just barely warm. Very noisy. We booked a nice table for a birthday but got a table in dining room. No extra care went in to make sure we got a nice table. So noisy waiter screwed up dessert. But glad he did because dessert was terrible. Lava cake was a dry cold lump. Only reason to go is for view.
Service was good as always. Food was not - second time in a row it was horribly disappointing. I ordered the halibut and it was completely over cooked, very chewy, and the sauce it came with tasted like pure salt. The vegetables were weak - hardly any tiny carrots soaked in the salty sauce with one piece of bok choy. It looked like they ran out of vegetables. Last time I went, I had the tofu and don’t know if it was possible to add any more oil/butter into the dish. It was ruined. I would expect the quality of the food here wouldn’t need to be covered in salt, oil/butter, over cooked. Hope things change because I love coming to Sanctuary.
Everything about Elements is absolutely over-the-top! If you can, request a seat outside and go around sunset... The view is absolutely beautiful! We had the tuna tartar, the lobster and shrimp dumplings, steak and salmon- exquisite!
From the moment we arrived, We knew we were somewhere very special -
I would recommend the Elements restaurant only for very special occasions. I liked Elements but felt taken advantage of because it was Mother's Day. A three course meal was $95 per person. I'm not cheap but this meal was not a good value.
We went for Mother’s Day Brunch- a Prix Fix menu. Food was fantastic! Between the house made cinnamon buns and appetizers we were stuffed and still had the delicious entree and dessert coming. We had a nice private booth overlooking Camelback Mountain and Sean, our waiter, funny, responsive and knowledgeable. It was an unforgettable Mother’s Day
Phenomenal food, service was mediocre at best. Forgot to serve the first course, so they brought it with entrees. Definitely go for awesome food and tolerate the level of service
Our meals were delicious, and the views were fantastic. We had the chicken and sea bass. It was Mother's Day and my birthday - we got to meet Executive Chef Beau MacMillan, which made the day even better!
Great food . Loved it . Very nice staffing . Nice views
There was never any indication of brunch cost. Not noted on OpenTable (not that it's your duty too), not on the menu. The only time I knew what the cost was when I received the check. Regardless of how expensive or inexpensive one might perceive their experience, it's not ethical to inform only at the point of giving a check.
Unfortunately our server was MIA most of the night, but the food was amazing.
Beautiful view-great food and service-love this place!
Great food, views and staff!
Excellent food and service as usual. The views of Praying Monk on Camelback Mountain are amazing. Our favorite AZ restaurant and resort !!!
Would definitely recommend great service. Great view
It was our anniversary and from beginning to end we felt celebrated. The atmosphere was stunning overlooking the mountains and watching the sun set. We started in Jade Bar with special cocktails. We moved into the dining room where our cozy booth for two offered a romantic, private setting to enjoy our food and watch the sunset. We enjoyed e eye bite of our food and Tiffany was so attentive and friendly but still very professional. I want to go back way before the next anniversary!!!
Most amazing view/setting for a deliciously prepared meal!
Beautiful restaurant with upscale food. Food and ambiance did not disappoint. We had soup, calamari, the special sea bass and pork chop. Ended the dinner with the coconut brûlée. Mike was our server and he was outstanding. Will definitely visit again!
View is spectacular. Service and food are great.
The space is lovely (although seems a shame the design of the resort seems to have too many views of building tops from the restaurant and more especially from a negative-edge pool...probably just a result of being built some time ago and putting more buildings on a small property...?) We went for lunch and our waiter, Jennifer, was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for taking such good care of us! Our party of 4 first shared the potato chips and caramelized onion dip, which we all agreed was to die for. My husband and I then shared the grilled chicken club sandwich but would have sent it back if we had been eating on our own instead of with friends (didn't want to delay the lunch and their meals were hot). The grilled chicken was so tough it was hard to eat and even cutting it with a knife was challenging. Their rough cut fries with the skins were just very "meh" and we didn't eat many of them (especially after all those perfect chips). Overall, for our first time there, doesn't seem to live up to the "hype" but we would still try it again, maybe for dinner (with an order of chips to go for the next day!).
Our favorite place for a nice night out. The food and service are reliably wonderful!
Incredible view. Food and service were exceptional.
Amazing atmosphere, food, and service!
We dined outside and the view and overall experience was outstanding!
The food was delicious and we enjoyed a quiet evening watching the sun set.
We were excited to spend the last night of our vacation at this highly rated restaurant. Unfortunately our excitement turned to disappointment. Things began well. We were seated, as we’d requested in a booth with a great sunset view. Our waiter described the evening specials. I ordered the pork belly appetizer he recommended. My husband chose squash soup. We wanted a leisurely dinner to savor each course. I made this clear to our waiter who assured us we would not be rushed. The soup was delicious. The pork belly was just OK. The most upsetting part was that as soon as the plates were cleared, our dinners arrived. The restaurant was packed by this time and we felt we were being rushed in order to seat other patrons. I’d ordered lamb chops, and my husband short ribs. After having just finished our appetizers, we were not ready to enjoy the main course. We had a choice, wait and allow the food to get cold or eat what we could, knowing that much of it would be wasted. We were checking out of our resort the following morning and could not take leftovers. Our waiter, who was also taking care of a huge party, seemed perturbed by our dilemma and directed a manager to the table. She offered us a free drink or dessert. It was our wedding anniversary. We’d been looking forward to dessert after our meal, but not in place of it. I managed to eat two of six lamb chops. My husband couldn’t finish his meal either. By this time we were very disappointed. We accepted an offer of 15% off our food and left. If you want a great sunset, this is the place to go, but if you enjoy a leisurely dining experience, have a drink, watch the sunset and dine elsewhere.
Everything was delicious! You can taste the high quality flavors and care they put into each ingredient. The only thing I can critique, is, I felt the seafood tower was overpriced and not a great value. I understand its in the middle of the dessert, so getting fresh High quality seafood will have it’s cost, but it was not a great value. Everything tasted good, but for the price, not enough king crab or lobster. Would go back in a heartbeat for everything else though.
We had a great anniversary dinner on a Weds night for sunset. We were visiting from Boston and asked to meet chef Bo. He came out to chat and take photos with us. Food and service always great at elements
This is our go to place for Anniversaries, Birthdays etc. Never lets us down.
We had a wonderful meal here! Gorgeous views, great service & yummy menu.
Dinner was excellent! Food is great! Delicious
Wonderful food and wine selection. Seafood is very fresh and the drinks were great. Ambiance and awesome view is a plus.
