From the amazing service to the highest quality flavors, I could not express my appreciation of this place. It was truly a fantastic experience and worth every dime.
Cocktails were not good-Ordered a Manhattan up and they brought a shot of Rye roomtemp with a cherry in the bottom. Tables are very close together allowing other conversations to filter to our table. The wine by the glass is very over-priced and mediocre. The food was excellent and I loved that the portions were small and not overwhelming. The desserts were delicious and very creative.
New chef is great
We had a truly outstanding meal with amazing and fresh ingredients made with a unique preparation . The decor is chic and cozy at the same time. The server was attentive without being overly so. We opted for the wine pairings which was a great choice - all of the wines were delicious and perfectly suited for each course. We have been hearing for years about how this is the best restaurant in St. Louis, and now we see why. We put it right at the top of the list.

Special occasion dinner did not disappoint. Excellent food, service and wine. Very special and intimate atmosphere with just the right music, all combined to make it very special. Enjoyed every course of the fixed Prix menu with perfect wine pairings. The service was spot on, just the right amount of friendliness without imposing on our evening. Kudos to the chef!
Ambience, service and food was great. The presentation, taste, and overall originality and subtle flavors was quite exceptional. This was chef Aaron Martinez's opening night and the food was spectacular. My only complaint was having multiple flies in the room and in the food. They re made our drink and brought us out new butter, however I expected more. After spending $330 on caviar and dinner for two, I would have expected a fly less meal. I am not sure how I feel about returning again. There are many restaurants in saint Louis that offer exceptional dining experiences for the price point without the uncleanliness.
The restaurant is small, and although we had a reservation we had to wait for our table, but the management comped our drinks and brought us an appetizer while we waited. The wait staff (Lauren) was personable and knowledgeable. It was a fabulous meal.
Even with a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The staff was very apologetic and did their best to make up for our wait. We weren't in any hurry so it didn't bother us. It was well worth waiting for, the food was amazing and we enjoyed every bite. It was a wonderful dining experience and can't wait to go back!

Spectacular food, each course exquisitely prepared and delicious
This booking was by accident. Our first encounter couple years ago was disappointing. This was special. The food both for my vegetarian better half and self was way above our expectations. Food eclectic presentations and super flavors. This is now a return to place. Yes it is pricy but worth it for our special occasions.
My husband and I had the four-course menu with wine pairings. Both the service and wine pairings were great. Warm, friendly, unpretentious. Of the four courses, we each really enjoyed two. The coconut mango panna cotta was spectacular!
Really tasty dishes, a unique experience in St Louis, looks like gastronomic restaurant in France with less amuses-bouche but this restaurant is our top 1 in St Louis now. (We are a couple coming from France, celebrating our 10 years toghether).
My husband and I both had the prefix that was $70, it was an amazing price for the quality and quantity of food!!! Not one course wasn’t amazing.

Delicious dinner with great wine pairings. We did the prix fix dinner with wine pairings. Each course was delicious and our server explained both the food and the wine pairings very thoughtfully. The restaurant was not busy, so we probably got more attention than normal. The evening was expensive but it was delightful for our anniversary.
Service and food were outstanding. I took my significant other for his birthday and we had a great experience.

My husband and I were in town from Chicago. We each did the Prix Fixe option with wine pairings. Besides the fact that each course and wine were wonderfully paired, service was fantastic. I appreciated how the servers worked together as a team, were extremely friendly and enhanced the experience. We greatly enjoyed our conversations with the sommelier hearing about each wine’s background, the pairing with each dish and wine in general. It truly was an enjoyable evening.

I was expecting a Michelin experience at an approachable price point. The dining area was loud, but that was due to the other patrons talking loudly. I would have thought the etiquette here would call for a more quiet and serious environment. The light from the kitchen was a piercing white vs the soft yellow of the dining area, so that created an imbalance in the ambience of the dining room. The food didn’t knock my socks off, which it should have for the price. Definitely a lot of other places to check out before coming back. Missing the mark on this kind of market, which is strange since Olio and Benevolent King are great.
Good service, interesting food but overpriced for value.
Amazing food, great friendly service. I have a gluten allergy and I was well attended to, including fresh baked gluten-free bread that, those who tasted, said was better than the non-gluten-free bread. Each course was tweaked to make it gluten-free. WELL worth the visit. Will definitely return.

This was my second time dining at Elaia. The service and food are wonderful. The wine pairings work well.

Absolutely delicious! Picked this place for my wife and me to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Food was phenomenal, well paired with delicious wine, and left us stuffed with the 4 course Prix Fixe and wine pairing. The staff were quick, friendly, and informative about the wines and what we were eating. They helped us celebrate a special night and we will definitely be back
