   Sympa, grande table pour être à son aise. Nous avons pris des petites entrées à partager. Très bon. Excellent guacamole maison ! Un bon petit mexicain de quartier.

   The best Mexican in town. Closer to Tex Mex including homemade tortillas, chips and all the other sauces and dishes. Comfort food deluxe.

   Disaster of a visit. Took quite a bit to get seated despite reservation and tables being open. Then waited 20 minutes for a drink and after 45 minutes of waiting fir food, I asked waitress to just get it to go and we'd pay. She spoke to kitchen and our order hadn't even been started. It was just 2 of us. We said we would just leave without eating. Only plus side was waitress was kind, clearly felt bad and wound up giving us drink for free. I would have at least tipped her if I had any cash. Also watched them not help a party of 8 who they split up with a table of people between them. Clearly the were some misunderstandings, but when an opportunity arose that could have solved the problem, they stil didn't rectify it. Bad service, poor planning on cinco de mayo and overall bad experience.

   This is our 4th or 5th time having dinner here. We live in MD but frequently visit our mother who lives nearby. We’ve never been disappointed. The food and drinks are always excellent as is the service. Each time we bring new family and friends. We’ll be back the next time we’re in the city.

   always great!! their sunday brunch menu is great, but I always want non brunch food .. and they are so laid back and cool about it!! they let me order from the dinner menu. the food is always great.. and I don't like mexican food in general. the salmon is cooked on a slated grill!! great home-made guacamole and lovely tortillas. lucky you if you are dining here!! :-)

    Steak was horrible! Guacamole was excellent. My daughter ain’t like what she ordered . The place was nice. The waiter was ok. Service was good. The food was a turn off. Might not go back because of it . Maybe come back for drinks and Guacamole if I’m near by.

    The food was excellent! Black Sea bass and braised ribs were simply amazing. Staff was pleasant but lagged a bit. Nothing that will prevent us from going back.

    My family and myself, had visited they place for years, everything was fantastic and authentic, but today visit was not a good experience, now they added pineapple to the guacamole ,the tacos already had rajas con crema, I like my tacos the traditional way, cilantro cebolla and sauce on the side Really disappointed with the food.

    They ran out of a dish by the time I got to brunch (2:30pm). I was so disappointed! But the 2 hour bottomless drinks made up for it!!!!

    My old school friends decided to get-together before the holiday rush and a a place that was "centrally" located so I chose El Paso. It did not disappoint. Its right off the 6 train so perfect for all of us. The red sangria there is terrible but everything else was delicious. The ambiance was very pretty and the music playing in the background was light enough so that the table across from us couldn't hear our conversation but not too loud where we couldn't hear ourselves. With great company and good food and drinks....how could we go wrong. Overall, we had a great time.

    Perfect mixed drinks. We've enjoyed margaritas these are right out of a pair if wise bar hands. Our son joined and we had chicken mole, seafood cocktail, a handful of good drinks, chips and red dip.

    The menu on line is not the same as in the restaurant. They added 20% tip (and we paid) but the service was poor and slow. The restaurant was half empty.

    My colleagues and I went for lunch after a session at the Museum of the city of New York. I had made a reservation but there was plenty of room - cocktails and guacamole were offered and arrived promptly, service was quick, cocktails and liquor selection was good, food satisfied everyone.

    I ordered press juice with ginger, carrot and Kale without the Apple. Juice has no ginger taste but has a sour taste.

    This place was really good. We don't eat up here a lot so we were flying blind, but the tacos were awesome and the Vuelve a la vida was flavor-packed without being too salty. The oysters were pretty good, but I was just happy to see them on the menu, and they weren't overpriced. The wine was so-so. I'd come back.

    One of the best Mexican restaurants we've dined at in NYC. Worth the effort to get there if you don't life in East Harlem or on the east side. The food is delicious. Great cocktails (and selection). Decor with artifacts and design from Mexico and not the cheesy beverage company sponsored decor. Great outdoor patio if you are there for warm weather. Can be noisy sitting next to groups.

    always great, my preference here is brunch. but all great. enjoy. neighborhood a bit edgy.. but that can be anywhere in any city. the food is worth the displacement.. especially the guacamole.
