   When we arrived at 7:30 on a Wednesday evening in mid-August no one was there to greet us. Despite there only being a few people there, it was loud. It was also way too dark. We waited for at least 5 minutes and no one showed up. One of our party even walked to the back of the restaurant to the kitchen to see if anyone was around--no one was there, either. El Mansour is poorly managed. Bad service keeps people away even if the food is OK, but we didn't want to risk anything.

   Great food, great service, great ambiance. Loved the belly dancer. Good for large groups and celebrations.

   Excellent place for a fun night out with friends and family. We were there for a gathering and there were a lot of families, some with very young children. They have a belly dancer who performed twice during the time we were there. During the performance, the belly dancer prompts people, not aggressively, to join. After a few drinks, we did, along with several cute kiddos from the table next to us. Hence, this is a great place for families and friends. We had reservations but several of our friends were stuck in traffic and they accommodated us half an hour later. They were very nice about it. Not only that, we unknowingly stayed until they closed (all other chairs and tables were put up) and no one interrupted us. Additionally, the food was very good! What a great place to dine! We'll definitely be back!!

   We've been coming for 40 years and it has maintained its high standards and consistent good food during this whole time. It's fun for groups especially on the weekends with the belly dancer. Great for families. The price for all the courses you get is a bargain.

   Dining at El Mansour was an amazing experience. Walking in the front door surrounded by tiles the interior environment transported us to Morocco. Comfortable low banquets with pillows and ottomans surround low circular tables. Each of the multiple courses was delicious. We were especially impressed with the sweet/savory pastry (Bastela du Chef) that came before the main course course, and couldn't stop eating it, though I feared I might not have room for the lamb and chicken kabobs. The hand washing offered at table added extra charm. This was prior to the meal and after the main course - at which point we were offered the addition of rose water, which was softening and fragrant. Everything was distinctive and delicious, from soup to dessert. A belly dancer performed during our meal. She was charming and her performance was family friendly. She engaged many of the patrons to participate in dancing and it was delightful. A wonderful evening!

   Great ambiance. Yummy food. Spent over three hours eating drinking lounging in between. Very enjoyable. Great service.

   Had a real nice birthday with my family here Sunday. The owner met us and checked in on us frequently, as did the waiters. Outstanding service. The 5 course meal was very good, and one of the few times I can remember where both my teenage kids liked it. The bellydancer was also great. We are big eaters, and we were all pretty stuffed with the courses. It was not cheap by any means, but for something a bit different, you cant go wrong here. All the meats were perfectly cooked, and sauces very delicious. Again, quite expensive, but you get what you pay for.

    We have gone to this restaurant many times in the past and generally had a good time. This last time, however, the chicken was over cooked, the service was rushed and not as personable as it was in the past. One of the fun things about the restaurant is the belly dancing. This time the music was too loud and it seemed like the sound system did not work well which did not add up to a relaxing fun experience. For the price point, I expected more and felt like the service is not the same as it has been in the past
