   Exceptional! I think another star ⭐️ is coming. A well oiled machine with excellent timing, friendly yet professional service and divine food. I read other reviews that said the restaurant focuses more on the visual presentation than the taste. I totally disagree. The visual presentation was beautiful and the balance of flavors and texture was wonderful. I’ve been to many Michelin starred restaurants and this was the first to cool or heat the silverware based on the dish. Attention to detail like no other.

   What a wonderfully playful experience! The tastes were all amazing and the service was stellar, but the style of eating and feeling like a kid again was Epic. From having liquid chocolate poured all over your hands and licking it off, to the delicious Tree of Life bread. The Experience is an Experience you won’t want to miss, if visiting Miami. Just double check the address if taking an Uber. Since just visiting Miami for some golf and meeting some friends, I am not familiar with the massive layout and traffic, so Uber had their location where they were for a short time, but now it’s Cartagena. Luckily the staff at El Cielo were gracious with my lateness. This was a Culinary Adventure with Swell wine pairings and enough whimsical fun to keep this dinner in your mind for many moons to come

   The food was amazing. The service was wonderful. This is our second time going to take friends overall this is a great place to spend an anniversary take friends or clients very pricey, but that’s what makes it very upscale. The experience with the dining and the treatment I would definitely go again.

   I came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and I was blown away by every detail! The flavors and presentation were impeccable, the wine pairing complemented every dish perfectly and the caviar service was one of the best I’ve had. This is also probably the only place in Miami with such clean and knowledgeable tableside liquor service which is hard to come by. The service of Diego and the team were one of the best in all of Miami and I’ll always keep coming back to celebrate here!

   Food was average. Service was awkward. Had a higher expectation but this was a complete miss. Having dined in many Michelin star places around the world, we left wondering how this place got theirs.

   I’ve visited over 100 US Michelin restaurants, and unfortunately, it deserves the worst. Here’s why: 1.Reservation mishap: I booked a table for 8 PM, but after 6 PM, I received an email stating my reservation was canceled. The restaurant called to inform me they didn’t have a table available and moved my reservation to 9 PM if I still wanted to come. 2.Subpar food: 90% dish was a disappointment. The balance of flavors—savory, umami, sour, spicy, or sweet—was completely off. I was genuinely shocked. 3.Questionable presentation: One course involved pouring chocolate ganache directly onto guests’ hands and having them lick it off. But they failed to provide towels before this dish. 4.Hygiene concerns: When I went to the restroom, I opened the door to find a staff inside. He hadn’t locked the door, and he left without flushing the toilet. I didn’t complain to my waiter because his service was good. He was not responsible for the quality of the food, or reservation so I didn’t want him to feel sorry. But the restaurant doesn’t deserve 400pp after tax and tips.
