From there, the menu moves into heartier territory with vibrant staples like guacamole, refried beans, and house-made tortillas — familiar, beloved flavours that set the tone for what’s to come. Next, we honour classic brunch dishes with layers of depth and tradition. Chilaquiles and enmoladas arrive as a duo — humble, soulful, and full of character — bridging the past with the present. The fourth course brings a trio of bold, savoury dishes to the table: breakfast birria, chicken tinga, and mushroom tacos. Each is served in harmony, offering a snapshot of Mexico’s diverse culinary landscape through texture, aroma, and slow-cooked richness. To finish, a goat's cheese cheesecake provides a final note of indulgence — unexpected, balanced, and deeply satisfying.
