   Great looking place, heated patio is great. Food is good, but the prices are outrageous for the amount of portions. The ceviche is so not worth it!

   Our server Ashley was outstanding. She was personable and friendly and quick. Everyone that we interacted with was upbeat and helpful. We had the margarita flight, mojitos and other margaritas and they were all very well made and delicious. Tableside guacomole is a must. Overall we couldn’t believe all the little details from the drinks, to the food and to the decor. Highly recommend.

   Chilaquiles are to die for Michelada and mangonada are great drinks

   We had a very good experience at El Catrin. We arrived 45 mins early during the Christmas market. Hungry, we hoped we could get in early and were seated right away. Food was delicious as were the drinks. Service was great and ambiance was great as always. Thanks for a great visit!

   Fantastic margaritas. I loved my ceviche. The decor was beautiful. This is a great place to eat at when in the Distillery district.

   One thing I didn’t like was that if you don’t have a reservation, they seat you at the bar, even when half the restaurant is empty and there are plenty of reservations available online. If the place isn’t busy, why not accommodate walk-in customers like most other restaurants do? That said, the food was great and the margaritas were delicious.

Regarding walk-ins, we do our best to accommodate them whenever possible. However, our reservation system helps ensure that guests with bookings can rely on their tables being ready at the promised time. and while the restaurant may appear less busy at certain times, many of those tables are held for upcoming reservations.
