El Camino Mexican Soul Food & Tequila Bar Ratings and Reviews
The food is AMAZING, the servers are great, and the managers are always on the floor. If you never tried El Camino you are missing out. The only thing is I didn't care for their desserts (I only tried two out of three). The nutella flan and the tres leches but I must say I'm not a big fan of flan and the leches was a BIG slice of cake. But after eating the amazing food you probably won't have room for dessert. This restaurant should definitely be ranked higher!!!!
I reserved the table a week in advance and asked for a booth by the bar. I didn’t get it and had to pay full price for everything we ordered, including the drinks. Happy hour should be for the whole restaurant when your bar space is so limited and always crowded. Who can even eat tacos standing up with a drink in their hand?! I won’t be doing taco Tuesday there anymore because it really isn’t taco Tuesday if you are a working individual who can’t go physically reserve a seat well before 4pm 😑
I have not been getting any points for my reservations. I have had 1200 points for the longest time. Last month when i was in california I didn't receive any points, and now in Florida i didnt receive any points. I would appreciate it very much if you could straighten out this situation. Thank you very much barry Goldring
Great Mexican restaurant with a solid following. Reservations are a must any time after 5 PM unless you want to stand in line. Large portions with very fresh and tasty ingredients. Service is very professional and fast. Tacos, burrito, quesadilla, chili rellenos were all excellent. The avacado salad is exceptional. Good margaritas and beer selection. Parking garage almost across the street is free except on weekends.
El Camino is one of the hottest places in Delray Beach. The food is some of the best Mexican I have had in South Florida and the portions are very large. The atmosphere is very energetic and the service is impeccable. Highly recommend for a casual outing or special occasion. Make reservations ahead of time as the weekends are very popular.
Very fun busy noisy evening. Charming hard working staff. Food came out very quickly. All efficient and professional. Great drinks. I highly recommend the Grapes of Wrath! Yummy ceviche, guacamole and brisket. Valet stand right outside. In sight of the 100 foot Christmas tree. A very satisfying first night in Delray!
