I normally go in the evenings for Taco Tuesday, this was the first time going at lunch and I think they were even better than they normally are.

Finally, great modern and authentic Mexican food in the Delray/Boynton Beach area. One of the best Palomas I’ve ever had, excellent service and a great atmosphere. Congratulations!

We had a great meal - very authentic and not industrial at all. Guacamole was fantastic. Great chips and tacos were superb. Fun and great drinks. Really enjoyable despite large crowd.

It should specify that by making a reservation you are precluded from receiving happy hour specials. Therefore you are paying double the price for food and drinks than the table next to you that did not make reservations.

Delicious. The brisket nachos are so huge you need not ordering anything else. Really fun place.

Came here for brunch last week. We ordered the Taco combo; my consisted of the carnitas, shrimp, and fried fish. The carnitas churrasco steak was delicious and very tasty. The shrimp was bland and the fried fish so salty it was inedible. Next time will stick with carnitas only. The avocado salad would’ve been the best thing on the menu had it not come in a 90/10 ratio of avocado to steak. Would gladly pay more if the dish included more of the tasty grilled churrasco steak which was perfectly seasoned and cooked.

Amazing food here from the homemade hot sauces to the daily specials like the fresh caught swordfish and calabacitas which rocked my world. My kids just love the burritos, fajitas and tacos. If you don't like spicy - ask for sauce on side! The street corn is amazing and the kale salad with cojita cheese, polenta croutons and pumpkin seeds is one of a kind! Spectacular margaritas too!

Even though I try to eat healthy and responsibly, this is my favorite spot when I visit Delray!!! I LOVE the smoked Brisket nachos. You can feed 6-8 ppl with this one order, and the prices cannot be beat! And the drinks are wonderful as well....
You should definitely make a reservation if going on Tacos Tuesday ($2.00/taco). The taco menu is to die for!!!!!

Went on Taco Tuesday. The three tacos I had were very good as was the guacamole. There is a bit of a problem custom making margaritas. My partner does not like agave, and prefers cointreau which the restaurant doesn't carry. She was willing to substitute grand mariner, but for some reason this didn't seem to work out.

The noise level was close to unbearable, and the crowd caused a large delay in receiving our food order.

Apparently a reservation for 6:00 pm does not work. There were others waiting, and all were not happy. If happy hour is going to take precedent over reservations, do not take reservations until you expect all of happy hour customers to leave. Food was average to better; service was good. Seats were comfortable, noise level was too much and could be easily reduced but still at an exciting level. Bar drinks were inconsistent. All in all, not for over 50 YO customers.

El Camino is definitely one of the better Mexican restaurants in Palm Beach County. Food is always fresh & delicious. Great rotaters on tap and tasty margaritas. Great place to share with family and friends. Looking forward to my next visit.

Meal starts off with warm chips and heavenly salsas- one red one green, both excellent. Then, I had the smoked pineapple margarita, and it was so delicious with the mezcal. I only had one but wanted more!!! I finished with the kale salad with a yummy grilled chicken, which they managed to make very flavorful and unique. my friends very much enjoyed their burritos, fresh fish of the day, and tacos as well. We had some vegetarians and food allergies at the table and waiters were kind and attentive to detail. We will definitely go back!

The food is incredible as evidenced by the number of people who want to eat here. I've never had a bad meal here.

Our server stopped us from ordering a third appetizer because he said the portions were big. He was right.

So the food is great. The server did not try to up-charge us. The portions are generous. Though noisy, it adds to the ambiance. I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner.

Had drinks with a girlfriend on a Monday night. Drinks and chips were good as usual. However,I was double charged a tip and I called the restaurant to ask for the difference to be refunded and the manager was very dismissive as if I was some kind of peasant complaining about a $3 overcharge. It’s not about the $3— I left a cash tip, I shouldn’t have been double charged for the tip and I certainly shouldn’t have been dismissed over voicing my concerns. I’m incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service from a restaurant I frequent often in person, and through delivery service.

We were happy to get a reservation at the last minute to dine here. This restaurant is so busy, many times we are not able to get in: lots of young and young-at-heart folks crowding the bar for Happy Hour drinks and tapas. For those of us dining on the regular menu, prices are a little bit more than at many Mexican restaurants, but we feel it is worth it. We love the food. All the standards are there: tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, fajitas and more, but everything is freshly prepared to order and well seasoned. Plenty of choices for cocktails, wines and beers. Plus, the entertainment factor that comes with watching the passing crowd can't be beat!

Food is always great, although the menu is somewhat limited....for instance, no tamales! What they do have is very good! Noisy, but lots of vibe! Looks like a good date/pick-up place. Bar was hopping!

We dined here when they first opened and we weren't overly impressed. I'm glad that we gave it a second chance. While we aren't drinkers, it seems like that have a wide range of drinks to choose from. Our service was great - very attentive wait staff. I would not go here without reservations - especially during season. We had the tamales, carnitas burrito with red sauce, and combo tacos - all very good. In comparing it with another local chain, I'd say they're equal. We will definitely be back.

El Camino consistently provides the best Mexican cuisine available in Palm Beach County. Everything that I have ever sampled has been great. The chicken enchiladas are the best I have had anywhere. The service is attentive, and the margaritas are outstanding. My only complaint is that the noise level often makes conversation difficult. Overall, El Camino is a special restaurant worthy of a short detour.
