Service was amazing. A bit late for our reservation and they were so gracious. The food was phenomenal, closest thing to Spain I’ve had in a long time.
I thought the prices were a little on the higher side.
Really enjoyed the croquetas.
We ordered four tapas dishes. Extremely disappointing food. Wilted greens. Nothing with particularly interesting tastes.
Great vibe, friendly attentive staff and the food is absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back.
Great tapas! Highly recommend the garlic shrimp and patatas bravas.
Love the food, love the atmosphere, love the themed nights! Thursday is Gin & Tonic night (you buy one, they give you another for free). Will definitely be coming back!
We went to El Born for our wedding anniversary and it was lovely. Service was perfect, food amazing.
They have a great wine special on Tuesdays -- half off a bottle priced at $42 or more. Tapas were tasty, as was the paella. Make sure you also try their croquettes!
Excellent service and food, many delicious menu choices
Consistently poor, slow service. I like the concept, the food is good, the wine is good. They need to hire more staff, it's always an issue there.
Tapas very good. Skip the paella. Very little quality seafood and taste was very one dimensional. Service was great and nice ambiance.
Everything was excellent, and the prix fixe menu was a terrific value as well. Will surely be back!
Such a great value! My friend and I got 4 tapas, a paella & bottomless mimosa/sangria all to share for only $60! Best Brussel sprouts I’ve ever had and the vegetable paella was cooked perfectly. Amazing!! I do admit if I was with my bf the portions wouldn’t have been enough but still a great value!
Great food! Our waitress Sarah was amazing and suggested some great tapas for us to try.
Food was delicious and having an all tapas menu allowed us to try many varied dishes. Will definitely go back.
Wonderful for bottomless! The food is delicious anddd we weren't rushed so were able to enjoy it. The staff is super sweet and the restaurant itself is really pretty.
Loved this little spot. Food was amazing but the staff was the best part of our experience.
The food and drinks were amazing. Went for bottomless brunch and it was absolutely worth it. The sangria was great and the waitress was attentive on filling up drinks.
Definitely get the Brussels sprouts and the bacon wrapped dates to start. We got the meat paella for our main course and it was so flavorful. Would definitely recommend anyone this place
That’s to Sarah S for giving such great service! Our food was amazing and Sarah was helpful and made great recommendations. Our glasses were never empty! Best bottomless brunch hands down.
Who knew that Tuesday was Paella Day! We got a free bottle of wine with our meal!
I cannot emphasize enough how GOOD the food was. I got the bottomless brunch option with one friend. From the tapas to dessert, literally every single thing was so AMAZING, the flavors, freshness and overall quality of food was 10/10. The price you pay for the quality of food and service was definitely a steal, it was so reasonable I was wondering if I was even in New York anymore. This place will not disappoint.
You can't beat their $30 bottomless brunch deal! One of the best I've had in NYC.
Recommend going on a weeknight when it isn't crazy busy. I went on a Friday evening and the wait for the food was quite long as well as getting drink/drink refills. Everything was good but not the same quality as it is when I go on a weeknight.
The Born is always a great place, the food and ambience is amazing. Never disappoints.
Great spot for bottomless. Great and friendly service. The food was plentiful for six of us and super tasty. Totally recommend.
In love with the beer selection! We ordered 7-8 type of food. I liked everything except veggie paella. I went there to eat paella, so it was a bit sad. I highly recommend veggie appetizers and fish (especially octopus) though. Thank you for the great ambience!
Absolutely incredible experience. We have spent time in Barcelona and this comes as close as possible to getting on a plane and dining in the stunning light of Spain. Quite possibly the best cocktail I've ever had- (the Wawa) which had the PERFECT balance of spicy, smokey, and sweet- and the braised Oxtail was a thing of beauty. The staff was so lovely (although they need more people when it gets crowded). Every single thing we ordered was phenomenal. The bacon wrapped dates are a MUST as well as the papas bravas. We'll be back soon!
Love it here and always come back because of the wonderful staff and food! Thank you always to Azis, Christine and Henry for looking after me!
El Born is absolutely one of my favorite NYC restaurants -- the food is excellent, the atmosphere is fun and lively, the drinks are delicious, and the service is always friendly, quick, and accomodating.
I highly recommend going with the chef's menu for dinner, their brunch special is one of the best in Brooklyn, and their tapa Tuesday special truly feels like a steal.
Top dishes include: Caneló De Cua De Bou, Gambes Al ‘ajillo’, Cols Amb Pernil, Dàtils Amb Bacó Fumat, Braves El Born and ALWAYS get the Croquetes Del Dia!!!
SO glad I came across this place when searching for restaurants near Williamsburg/Greenpoint. The staff was super friendly, the paella and tapas were both amazing, and we were so pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the bill was after dinner. It came out to about $33 per person (note that only two of us had drinks).
Highly recommend. Wish I lived in New York so I could go here all the time!!!
Lovely experience! Food was great!
Food was really good. The chef’s special is a total steal!
Our table was at the end of the communal table so it was very disruptive for people when I had to constantly get out of my seat to let people out of the small space. We ordered the chef special with paella which we thought was the most bang for our buck. We specifically said no pork and they served us 2 dishes with iberico ham. Instead of replacing the entire dish with something on the menu, they came back with the same dishes, but without the ham. The service was good. Probably would have not chosen the chef’s choice option if we ever decide to go back.
This place is INCREDIBLE! Get the chef’s tasting menu with 10 surprise courses, you will NOT be disappointed!!! I can’t wait to come back.
The food is amazing, but I think the waitress forgot to ring our food in because we were the first table there and everyone who arrived after us got their food right away, but we didn’t get ours until I asked about it (50 minutes after we ordered).
Awesome customer service and amazing food!
The food is so authentic
Best tapa restaurant i’ve been with fare prices and spectacular dishes. Amazing vibe. Coming back
