The restaurant's signature design element is an elegant Ipe (ee-pay) wood from Brazil. It separates the main dining room and the lounge. Greeting you as you enter the main dining room are Koi fish painted on the floor. Above the Sushi bar, a 12' x 8' Japanese inscription screen, hand painted by a Buddhist Monk.

Positives first: our seafood (once we received it) was fresh and delicious. We brought our own wine but I had a cocktail that was very tasty as well.
Negatives: Service lacked, to put it nicely. We waited about 15 minutes to order, another almost 45 minutes to receive our food. Part of our order was forgotten, and it took asking two different servers for a dessert menu. On that note: skip dessert. My husband ordered the brownie, which was undoubtedly a box mix brownie with basic store bought caramel sauce. Nothing to write home about. When we received our bill, we were charged the main menu price for our fresh oysters, which were ordered from the happy hour menu. All in all, not the worst experience dining out we have had, but not the best either.
It was a busy night in Napa, but our server was friendly and efficient.
Every table was taken at 5:15pm, and the staff was clearly under a lot of pressure, but you would not have known it with all of the smiles and attention they were giving to each table. Great job. Food was excellent and being able to sit outside on a gorgeous night really made the evening special.
Service was ridiculously slow
We always feel that the food is fresh and well prepared. The fish melts in your mouth meaning it's really fresh and cut correctly. The servers are very attentive.
Okay, nothing special. Very slow
Eiko's is my favorite sushi restaurant in town! They always have great service and food :)
Very accommodating and excellent food! Highly recommend
Best sushi in the City of Napa. Their rolls are particularly outstanding. Yum. Large menu, providing a rich variety of foods.
Great sushi and fun entrees in a casual setting. Exceptional service and reasonable prices. We try to stop in every time we visit Napa.
We were on vacation and unprepared for the chilly snap. The food was amazing but a little slow coming out. The servers had trouble getting the propane tank lit for our heaters.
They were very, very busy. Took a while to be served our appetizers and then receive our other sushi. Servers were trying to stay on top of everything. People were walking in wanting to be seated and being told there is a 2 hour wait.
The food was really delicious and fresh.
Excellent friendly service and food was amazing - definitely will return
Love this place. Food is great service can be hit or miss. Great cocktails
Great food for a good price, and good drinks. The cocktails weren’t my favorite but the sparkling sake was delicious. I brought some friends from out of town. It was their first time and they really enjoyed the whole experience. Our waiter was very accommodating, and the food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. I highly recommend Eikos. :)
Wonderful restaurant. Really good food. Perfect for celebrating an occasion. 1st street Napa is a nice place to walk around.
Our server wasn’t very attentive
Loved the food- was told to suggest “light sauce on the rolls” and it was perfect that way!!
Best sushi I have ever had, and I have been all over the world. The napa roll and the Ricky Ricardo on vacation roll are the best.
The food was amazing. I highly recommend this place.
Sat outside- beautiful patio. Great and attentive service! Sad the toro was sold out, but our server made a quick and thoughtful suggestion of the sea bass nigiri instead and was delightful. The octopus app feature was delicious- tender, crispy- balanced!
We started our memorial weekend at this restaurant. After a delicious meal and relax ambiance we walk to riverfront, (about 10 minutes walk) to get the Casanova Gondola Cruise at Napa river ... love it !!
Outstanding service great food at a very reasonable price.
I enjoyed the variety of sushi. The Happy Hour menu had great choices to choose from. I would recommend!
Food is awesome! Service was a hot mess. Waitress was very nice - maybe it was the kitchen. We had to follow up with server to remind
We go for sushi and always pleased!!!! Best place for sushi!!!!!
Loved the atmosphere, sashimi and rolls. Very lovely design inside and outside dining.
Thank you for your kind service.
Love this restaurant the food is fabulous. Very nice people - business is picking up and they seemed a little short handed or I would have given this all excellent stars!
Disappointed after reading reviews that it was supposed to be a 5 star. We generally didn’t feel well serviced. Not a lot of customers at 5pm. A lot of staff standing around talking or doing nothing. Our waiter acted like he needed to be told what to do. He disappeared for long periods of time and had to be tracked down for us to order and get the bill. One girl stood out as nice and helpful but that was only one out of about 10 who helped us at some point. The hamachi tall was good but not exceptional. Sushi was good, but don’t need to go back.
Excellent food and service!
Shrimp Tempura bento box excellent and good value at 18$. All fish very fresh , rolls excellent.
Great food. Reserve the outdoor patio if possible and enjoy!
We enjoyed our date night dinner from the start with our cocktails and appetizers to the Hamachi & Crispy SeaBass Branzino delicious to the last bite.
service was very poor!!!!!! I guess with the government handouts still going on(thanks JOE) this will be the new norm till the end of the year??? sad
Eiko's was as good as always. We basically had sushi but each piece was prepared well and the Broiled Eel, Sweet Shrimp and California Roll were especially tasty!
Had a fresh-tasting yummy lunch with a friend on the patio. Courteous wait staff, fresh ingredients and perfect ambiance made for a delightful time. Would highly recommend.
Service was super slooooooow but staff was polite. Food was good but at Napa Valley prices $$$. Example $17 for a pap Valley roll. Not somewhere I will visit frequently.
Celebrating my sons birthday. Everything was amazing food and service !
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. The staff was super helpful, friendly. The food was amazing! Thank you!
