The restaurant's signature design element is an elegant Ipe (ee-pay) wood from Brazil. It separates the main dining room and the lounge. Greeting you as you enter the main dining room are Koi fish painted on the floor. Above the Sushi bar, a 12' x 8' Japanese inscription screen, hand painted by a Buddhist Monk.

Went there for dinner had Reservations but was sat 20min later. Hostess ignored every one that walked in. Food was average at best.
They had many gluten free options for me and I really appreciated that! I will be going back more often! Thank you!
It wass just perfect the food excelent and the service really nice
I like Eiko but I just wish mostly they would go back to authentic Japanese instead of sriracha on everything.
A large group of us met after the jazz festival. The food and service were great. One complaint...we tried to order 2 appetizers that the establishment was out of! That’s just not a good thing! I can see one item...but both of the 2 items we asked for first?! At any rate...we will return because overall the experience was excellent!
Have been there many times For lunch and for dinner and just love their food !!!
Overall we really enjoyed ourselves. Our server was attentive and informative. The food was excellent. We ordered several appetizers and sushi rolls, all were really very good. The only issue was cleanliness. Our table was sticky to the touch. The wood has clearly not been cared for properly. Additionally we were seated next to the service pass, so there was bits of trash and even a puddle of water on the floor through our entire dinner! Thank goodness no one slipped! We will definitely go back for the good food, but hope to find the restaurant in a cleaner situation.
Eiko's food is consistently dependable - it is one of our "go to" restaurants when friends from out of town visit. We often make a meal from the appetizers because they are so good and tasty!
The lounge is perfect for casual dinner and watching games. Everyone was incredibly nice.
Great sushi rolls and nice atmosphere. Friendly staff although occasionally a little slow. Nice appetizers, and something for everyone. Highly recommend!
Ally and her team are some of the best in the valley!
Wonderful sushi! My family really enjoyed the food. Everything tasted so fresh.
Worst raw oysters ever. Not firm but flaccid and mangled. Sent back and manager apologized. Service poor. Twice had to go to bar to retrieve my drink order as waiter apparently forgot it. Other food good. .
We got the recommendations to check out this restaurant from our brista at the coffee shop at our resort. We absolutely love sushi in this place far exceeded our expectations. Our waiter was amazing and everyone there was so friendly. The food was delicious and everything we could have hoped for. Displace definitely gets a 10 and an A+ in our book.
First of all, the food is great. Each time we go, my wife and I try something different and we are never disappointed. The food is good qualtiy, fresh, well prepared, and simply presented. The down side with Eiko's is that some of the tables are too close (particularly behind the wall near the bar area). It's hard to have a conversation when you're having to listen to the conversations on either side of you. I don't want to know what's going on in their lives nor do I particularly care to share what is going on in ours. Another sore issue is having a family with young children seated at the table next to you. My wife had to put up with a young child repeatedly kicking the bench seat that she shared with him during her dinner. Also, since the space between tables is so narrow, anyone leaving the bench ends up dragging their behind across your table as they head out. Back to the child, once dad left for a few minutes, the child had a clear shot to my wife who, once again, had to put up with the child throwing a coaster to her. Me wife tossed it back to the center of their table with the child's mom giving a heartless "sorry". This is a single episode but one repeated far too often. Eiko's, PLEASE keep families away from couples and adult parties. People come to enjoy your wonderful food and great service, but leave unhappy and put out when their dinner is ruined by a family. Reserve an area to serve families so that everyone can enjoy their dining experience. When I spend a couple of hundred dollars for dinner, I expect to leave satisfied with a feeling that it was money well spent. When children and clueless parents ruin the dinner, I feel angry and ripped off.
Excellent local restaurant in the heart of downtown Napa. Excellent and creative menu. Dougie, our waiter, always makes you happy that you returned. Excellent service!
We stopped in for a meal before going to see a show at the Uptown Theater which is just 2 blocks away. The fish was terrific and the presentation is innovative. The service is friendly but the atmosphere was a bit loud and stark. Overall a great experience and we will go back.
Been there a few times. Always great food and service. Rolls and nigiri are nice portions and high quality ingredients. Cheesecake dessert wasn’t great. Too dry.
The crowd left a lot to be desired at this place. From the crying kids at the next table to the server or hostess who talked WAY too loud to the table next to us it was just hard. Drinks took forever, no idea about portion size so food was too much.
Always busy but always consistent, better bang for your buck than Morimoto & the sushi satisfies those weekly cravings!
Delicious as usual. Very noisy from the bar -- people yelling watching some game -- disconcerting. Nothing exotic, but everything made well.
The food was great with a lot of variety and creativity and super fresh. Service was excellent. Atmosphere very nice for dates or special occassions. There are not too many good Asian places in Napa and this one tops the list
Absolutely love this establishment. This is a great place for date night. Fantastic food, good drinks and just overall a great environment, we will be back soon!!!!
We always have a great experience at Eiko's...especially when Ronda is our server! Service is great and the food is delicious.
The service and the food were wonderful. I would recommend Eiko's for any occasion either lunch or dinner.
Great people watching in downtown Napa.
Really great drinks, apetizers and sushi. The service is excellent. We were there with visiting family and the pace was perfect and not rushed
Food and service were great. Price was not more than I have grown to expect for sushi. The only minor gripe was our seating location - right next to the wait staff register. Quite noisy and had staff and patrons walking past us continuously. Suggest holding out for a better seating location, but well worth the time!
The food was great and our server Ivan was Fantastic! Will definitely come back again when in Napa
Great menu great selections reasonable prices trendy place friendly service
Nina our server was great. Food pretty standard sushi.
Excellent all around! Food was well prepared and amazing, great sake selection. We took our time and stretched out the meal for several hours and enjoyed every minute of it. Our waiter was attentive and didn't at all mind our leisurely pace.
Great sushi, very unique. The restaurant ambiance is awesome. Loved the fried tempura jalapeños!! Sashimi was fresh. Definitely coming back when we are in Napa!
We like going to Eiko’s for the good food and the place. It’s conveniently located in downtown Napa, walking distance to a lot of small clothing stores and boutique hotels. We never had a problem before with service. They’re usually on point. This time though, we were not greeted by a friendly hostess. She was on her phone, texting and didn’t really give us full attention. When we were seated, our server was excellent, she attended to us in a timely manner. But then back to the hostess, another girl took over the young girls place and this time, this other lady was rude to the walk in customers. She basically turned everyone away like they’re not even supposed to be there. What a turn off. The hostess is the first person a customer sees and represents the business. You have to dress appropriately and be courteous. Other than that, everything else was great.
Great food!! Cool atmosphere.
Very pleasant meal
Visited with my 10year old daughter and all of the food was great. I ding them a bit on ‘service’ as the bussers were over attentive; coming by asking if they could take plates away - even ones full of food. My primary constructive feedback though regards the heavy scent of industrial cleaning products. The smell overpowered the food and it seemed like such a miss for a restaurant that otherwise seemed to focus on the details. My advice: Try something unscented. We’ll be back but hopefully next time won’t have to put up with the Simple Green roll!
We loved the crispy rice with tuna, and the fish was all good quality. The spicy tuna roll was better than most spicy tuna rolls, and our more elaborate rolls were great as well. Fun girls dinner and would be a fun date night unless you want somewhere cozy and quiet.
Great resturant! Super friendly wait staff and the food was delicious! Ordered plenty of oysters and they were so fresh. Would recommend this resturant to anyone!
Very busy and service a little slow. But food is excellent.
Best ribs I ever had in my life
