   We had a terrific visit once again. Personalized service and excellent food and wine choices with a view of the Granbury town square will keep us coming back. Many thanks to Martha and Damien for a great evening!

   1890 is a very pleasant fine dining experience. Our server was very adequate, but inexperienced. We had to reach around the table for the olive oil, wine came after food service, etc.. Nothing put us off, but for a top notch experience, you need a bit more attention to detail. The food, wine and ambience were excellent. We are going back.

   The food wasn’t warm enough because they had to re make my green beans so they let everything sit into the new green beans were finished. My husbands pork chop had little to no flavor. This is a first we have been very happy the other times we have been. The manager Martha was very sweet and personable even before our food was brought out. She is a very kind person. We will go back I guess it was just an off night

   We were visiting Granbury to see a play at the Granbury Opera House. We did our research and decided to dine at the Eighteen Ninety Grill. This is a great restaurant for a fine dining experience. New ordered steaks which were simply delicious. Our service was prompt, but not rushed. Overall, we will definitely recommend the Eighteen Ninety Grill to anyone traveling to Granbury.    The hostess was kind and helpful in allowing our group of 3 reservations and another group of 2 reservations to be seated and served together! Service was great! Food was delicious!

   Both of our steaks were dry and overcooked. Even the mashed potatoes were dry, like they were old and reheated. The ambiance of the steakhouse was great, wait staff was superb, the food was not worth the price.

    We had a wonderful dinner. Our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Very professional. The food was excellent. Our table had the duck, skewers, salmon, and filet. Everything was cooked perfectly. The escargot was delicious, we’ve never had it with the cream sauce before and it was amazing! After dinner we had coffee & a couple of the desserts. Everything was perfect and the timing was great. We would love to visit again the next time we’re in town. We were able to park behind the buildings just off the square so it was easy access walking to the restaurant.
