   Wow! What a fantastic experience! Our server, Luke, was spot on with menu suggestions, timeliness, and friendliness. Escargot was delish! Black Cod baked in papette that they cut and remove fish table side was superb. Halibut, poached, with a wonderful pea foam broth - wowza! So good! Beef Wellington- beautifully presented/ combination of meat and puff pastry- incredible flavor! Chocolate and a Pistachio Soufflé served at our table- light and delish! Love The Eiffel Restaurant in Las Vegas!

   Amazing experience. We made a reservation online and we were seated at that time, no sort of additional wait. The service was great and the ambiance was amazing. We had a great view and our server (Trevor P) was attentive and helpful. The most important was the food. Everything was cooked to perfection and my friend said it was the best chicken she ever had. 10/10

   There were 6 of us celebrating our 75th birthdays and our experience was so far above and beyond anything we could have dreamed of - the view the food the ambience and even without any of that our server Leah was the best ever -she made our night just the best mat imaginable- can’t say enough to show our appreciation ❣️❣️❣️❣️🥂

   I cannot say enough good to explain my experience at the Eiffel Tower restaurant in the Paris, Hotel, Las Vegas. The food, the ambience, the view and the service were impeccable. For my dinner, I started with escargot for an appetizer, served with Artesian crusty bread and It was the best I’ve ever had. And then I chose the lobster bisque and it was so full of flavor and the serving size was very nice also. For my entrée, I decided to go vegetarian and I had a very large crêpe filled with choice vegetables and Gouda melted cheese. And, for dessert, I chose a soufflé with strawberries and rhubarb and a cup of Americano, dark coffee. So delicious! I had dinner with a friend and she was just as impressed with what she ordered. I have never had the quality of service that this restaurant gave us. On the way out, I even asked to speak to the chef and so I could complement him! I highly recommend you put this on your list of special things to experience.

   Fantastic dining experience! Food and service were both excellent and the beautiful view of the Bellagio Fountains was the icing on the cake!

   Wonderful food, service, and special occasion experience! Our waiter Roman was a delight and took care of us with his professionalism and white glove care. Everything was delicious from the duck, braised short ribs, and pork belly to all the sides and desserts. Definitely will be going again. Thank you!

    Igor, Luciano, Cui, were fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. They were very accommodating and adjusted to stemless glassware for our sight impaired friend. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
