Edibles Restaurant & Bar is a casual eatery and bar in Rochester's "artsy" neighborhood. It's located in the Flatiron building which dates to the 1850s, and the interior has not been much tampered with. The original wooden floor and the tin ceiling are still intact. Edibles Restaurant & Bar has a full menu along with happy hour specials. We had a great meal. We were eating early. which is unusual for us and were surprised by how busy the restaurant was. We were glad we had a reservation.. Service was a little slow but we were not in a hurry and enjoyed the evening very much!

The breast of chicken wrapped in proscuito was exceptional and I would return to order that same item.

I have had lunch at Edibles a couple of times recently and loved it! The food is great, best tomato bisque I have ever had! Service is good, décor is unique
I look forward to trying it for dinner sometime soon!

Once again, the food and atmosphere did not disappoint! Everything from the wine to the entrees to the service was spot on! We will definitely be back!

I've eaten at Edibles several times and have never been disappointed, this night I took my parents and they too were impressed with the delicious food and nice atmosphere. My dad and I enjoyed the flat iron steak. My mom had the bourbon glazed salmon and loved it! Great service, great food!

My mother was in from Florida and choose Edibles where she has dined before when she lived in Rochester. It ended up being a great choice and was an excellent time. I requested a specific table through my reservation and it was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. The service was great, the timing perfect and the food delicious. They had NY wine selections which is always great to see. The roasted beet and goat cheese salad was my favorite and my mother was raving about her Braised Short Ribs special. It was an excellent night and we recommend it to anyone looks for a elegant night out.

I came with my adult daughters for dinner before going to the Auditorium Theater. I had heard good things but was really amazed at just how good it was. It was the kind of experience that I had to be careful not to allow the audible sounds of satisfaction to be too loud. The Pierogi's were melt in your mouth, died and gone to heaven good!!!!!!

Just wanted to have dinner out for a change before going to GEVA; delighted with our choice! Plenty of parking for a city location, food was enjoyable, wait staff MORE THAN HELPFUL when I accidently got the tomato soup on my slacks. She saved the night!!!

We got seated on time but unfortunately didn't get even a drink order until 25 minutes until we sat down. Mind you it was Valentine's Day. Food was good though.

Lovely exposed brick restaurant has a great romantic feel. Attentive and professional waitstaff. Appetizers were wonderful. Beet salad-delicious. The Kale Sweet Potato cakes were the major standout. Could have eaten ten of them. Caramelized brussel sprouts-can't go wrong. Unfortunately, they did go wrong with the seafood "Cioppino" which the waiter described as a "thick stew." It was not a stew (which sounded good in subzero weather), it was a a little bit of sauce dripped over a big piece of sea bass, surrounded by mussels and shrimp. The sea bass was a nice cut, but it was barely warm and definitely hot meal temperature hot. My wife's asparagus were a bit overcooked and her steak was unremarkable. Excellent evening in many ways, but we hit some so-so entrees.
