Pros:
* The server we had seemed sweet and well-intentioned.
* Interior decoration was modern and spacious.
* My pan-seared duck breast was cooked to specifications.

Cons:
* My husband's Thai dish tasted as if Panera's served Thai food. It was off-balance, and flavor balancing is paramount in Thai cooking.
* The escargot was flavorless. There should have been an acid component to give the flavors more depth.
* The terrine was trying to be more than it was, again lacking seasoning and depth, considering there were so many ingredients.
* If you serve both sparkling and still water, servers should ask which is preferred before pouring it.
* Being an exclusive restaurant means you treat every customer like a VIP, yet it took 3 times asking for the owner by name before he stopped by.

TLDR: Came here for Valentine's Day. Not worth the $10-20 for apps or $25-40 entrees.

I hate giving 2 or 3 star reviews and ruminated for a couple days about whether or not to post this review. I am just hoping it was a Valentine's Day fluke. They did have a special menu for Valentine's day but unfortunately I was so unimpressed by Edge's mediocrity I doubt I will be coming back to give them a second chance to try their regular menu.

I thought it was wierd that they have a large plate of olive oil front and center on the table but instead of giving a bread basket they walked around and placed a singular tiny bread roll on your plate. We got 2 sangrias (one white and one red) but they both tasted the same. The alcohol was weak and they both only had a lime and lemon wedge in it. Surpisingly, the sangria did not have even a smidgen of lime or lemon taste - it tasted more like it was made from a "just add water" instant packet. The dessert (Apple tart) was good but the accompanying ice cream tasted like Dryer's from the store. Food was subpar. I appreciated that they gave approx 5 or 6 large shrimps for the app shrimp cocktail "martini" but the shrimps were soft and not crisp like fresh seafood should be. It was also presented on a flat plate and not a martini glass as the name would suggest. I wish they gave more cocktail sauce as there was not enough to go around. It was wierd that there was a fist full of plain salad (without any dressing) on the same plate as the shrimp. The potato croquette's redeeming features was that it was crisped well and the sauce reminded us of delicious Indian butter chicken but there was only 1 croquette patty for $10. The crab cakes were mediocre and fishy. The penne was a just bland. I had to resort to asking for salt and pepper but in the end, took over half the pasta home to season it some more. I wished they came around more often for the water service as they aren't coming to the table unless absolutely necessary.

My wife and I were there 2 days ago and we loved it. The atmosphere, food and service was super. Thought it was a bit pricey though. Would recommend it.

Our server was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. She did a great job. We had the calamari app and it was very good. Extremely tender, and the sauce was great. We both had the penne pasta for entrees. We thought it was okay. The sauce had very little flavor and the chicken was somewhat fatty. Definitely wouldn't get the pasta again but would give the restaurant another try thanks to the service and appetizer.

We went for dinner later in the evening, menu was limited since a few items were sold out, then after finally ordering we had to wait an hour and a half for our dinner. The waitress never came to check on us once we got our food. We will not be going back.

Food was great, the service was great....my only concern was the amount of time it took to be served. I don't feel it was the servers fault, I felt that the kitchen was not keeping up with the amount of people dining on a Saturday night.....and you were out of to many things early in the evening.

Food was great, maybe the best burger I've had in a long time. Nice ambience, attentive, friendly service, our meals came out well timed with our appetizers, very hip vibe, would go again for sure!
