Food was exceptional and service was way above average. The restaurant was noisy but my girlfriend and I were able to hold a conversation with little issue.
The food and service were outstanding. I have been coming here since 2005 and have never been disappointed. Bravo Edge for being so consistent
Excellent meal. Fun, creative menu. Service was pleasant but somewhat slow.
Never a bad meal at this place. I had the breast of duck this visit and it may be my new favorite dish. Looking forward to my next dinner here.
College visit to Lehigh with our sons. Nice variety of small, medium and large plates to choose from. Sharing was encouraged and they are happy to facilitate it. Nice drink menu with both alcoholic and non alcoholic choices to complement the menu items.
First time here. Great food, nice beer selection, good time visiting with friends.
Excellent meal as always, with wonderful service.
I highly recommend Edge. One of the best restaurants in the Bethlehem area. Met several work colleagues who had travelled to Lehigh Valley for college tours from around the country (OR, NY, CO, CA). We had a great table in a quiet corner. No pressure to rush. Wonderful service. Even better food. The crab cakes were especially fabulous, as was the pear salad.
Looking forward to going back again when we're in town!
Pleasantly surprised for a Monday evening. Great food. Great service.
As always, everything was terrific!!! The tuna tartar is the best I’ve ever had I think!
Great Ambiance and our Server was very attentive and had GREAT suggestions.
I can't wait for the weather to get nice so that I can enjoy the outdoor seating
that is available.
Always Enjoy dining here
I think Edge is one of the best places in the Lehigh Valley. Food is awesome and the wait staff is the best around.
Great food, great drinks, great service!
Great service, delicious food and perfect atmosphere for my birthday celebration!
Amazing service and amazing food. 10/10 would recommend.
Edge is my #1 restaurant in the valley, always a wonderful experience
Fabulous food and drinks. Also the service is always very good
Food, drinks, server was on point. The restaurant was dimly lit and cozy. Great for any occasion. Shall return!
I took my wife to Edge for her birthday. We were treated very well, and the service and meal were flawless. We were not rushed, but were served in a timely manner as well. It was our first time at Edge but we will certainly return again soon.
Everything was wonderful
Excellent service- excellent food-EXCELLENT PEANUTBUTTER PIE!!!!!!!!!!THE DUCK WAS AMAZING!!
A bit pricey but worth it!
From when we first walked in, the attentive service was wonderful. Drinks were awesome and the food was fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Looking forward to our next visit!
Everything about the evening was just right. Our server gave us just the right attention throughout our experience. Excellent drinks and starters were followed by equally delicious entrees. Two of the entrees were steaks and both were done exactly as requested. The evening ended with exceptional desserts. All in all a really enjoyable dinner experience.
Our 13th wedding anniversary
Really good food, drinks and attentive staff. The spicy tuna tartar is out of this world!!!
I enjoy bringing out of town guests to Edge. There is something on the menu for everyone. Special diets are well accommodated. Consistently excellent.
My boyfriend and I went to Edge for his birthday dinner. We were seated quickly and the restaurant was clean/had a good ambience. We were pleased with our food- he ordered the dueling bourbons and penne; I had the Orange Mango martini and European roasted chicken. We split an order of the hummus as an appetizer and ended with the dessert trio. The food was very flavorful and the pace of the meal was good- we didn't feel rushed. The only thing we weren't as thrilled about was the bread- the rolls were small and each person was only served one, versus having a breadbasket on the table. As far as service goes, our waitress was knowledgeable and offered good suggestions. The issue we had with the service was that we were charged for a glass of champagne that came out with the dessert trio- which we didn't order- and the item was listed on our bill as "Celebratory Champagne", which leads me to believe this happens more often than it should. It really takes away from going to Edge for a special occasion when you're charged for something you didn't ask for, which is why I'm giving service only three stars.
Very good meal. Valerie was very friendly and attentive. European chicken was flavorful and moist. It was St Patty’s day so the place was busy and loud. Crab cakes were crispy and moist. The sauce and salad complemented the dish.
Great service , great food . Been coming here for years and I love it everytime ! I recommend the duck or steak . Great location, great place for a date and plenty of bars in the area for after
We tried this for a very late Valentine’s Day dinner instead of going to our usual restaurant a block away. Food good, but there were Inadequate portion sizes for the price. If you love crabs cakes skip them here.
Wonderful service, delicious food!!
Wonderful food and cocktails that were so good we went back two days later for their special brunch.
fantastic all around experience. will surely come again!! and will recommend to friends!
Amazing food drinks and service! Price was very reasonable also!
The burger was delicious but after almost 10 years of patronage there I have to say it was my first time having it bc their menu is so interesting and multifaceted that it's never happened to be my fancy before. :) the cheese platter was amazing as well!
We really enjoyed the food, but unfortunately my husband and I were both sick all night
Fantastic. Food A++++. Our waiter was very attentive. Loved him. All in all a delightful evening.
Really good! First time there! Will definitely go back!
* The server we had seemed sweet and well-intentioned.
* Interior decoration was modern and spacious.
* My pan-seared duck breast was cooked to specifications.
* My husband's Thai dish tasted as if Panera's served Thai food. It was off-balance, and flavor balancing is paramount in Thai cooking.
* The escargot was flavorless. There should have been an acid component to give the flavors more depth.
* The terrine was trying to be more than it was, again lacking seasoning and depth, considering there were so many ingredients.
* If you serve both sparkling and still water, servers should ask which is preferred before pouring it.
* Being an exclusive restaurant means you treat every customer like a VIP, yet it took 3 times asking for the owner by name before he stopped by.
