Our waiter, Evan, was so kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and the atmosphere felt warm and cozy after a long day of great skiing.
My twice baked potato was pre-made and cold. I expected a sizzling steak, but instead it was cold on the inside and chewy. On the plus side, our server was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I usually don’t complain about a meal, but at these prices, I expected a top rate steakhouse. The service was top rate but the food was not!
Food was excellent! Shrimp appetizers were fabulous! Love the popovers! Best wedge salad anywhere! Aged steak perfection! Waiter was so sweet and helpful but service was a tad slow. Arrived at 7, finished at 10. I love slow courses but it was a bit too extended! Manager checked on us several times, very nice to do.

Wonderful service with plenty of explanation of the various cuts of meats. Would like to see some seafood dishes. But everything was very nicely done.
The interior is a little dated but that is not a deterrent to enjoying a wonderful meal.
Matthew was an excellent server, but the long wait for the main course was out of his control, so he bought us dessert. The Lobster Bisque was fabulous, and Gluten Free. While the fries were a tad undercooked, the Wagyu rib tip, and Prime filet were both amazing. The Chocolate Souffle and Créme Brulée were delicious, too! Pricey, but the food is amazing if you don't mind a little waiting.
Food was as expected and good. Serving times were a bit slow, but the manager made up for this by comping all of their signature desserts for the table to share.
This was suppose to be our splurge restaurant while visiting Park City. It was my son's birthday celebration and he loves steak. Although this was very pricey even for us Steak House lovers, it seemed worth it. Well that could not have been further from the truth.
Starting with the appitizers, the shrimp was sensational but the salads were a huge letdown. The Ceasar salads did not have enough dressing and were not "mixed". The endive salad was one of the worst salads I've ever had placed in front of me. I think everything on the menu has truffle in it or on it- so if you like truffles this is the place for you.
Once the main meal arrived, our waiter forgot to put in the order for one of our sides, which was my selection of course. Then the steaks came out burnt on the exterior and not at all juicy on the inside. We had 3 beef filets in total and all three were extremely different from one another. One looked like a regular cheap old steak about an inch thick and 5 inches wide. Mine was a small beef filet -one of the "special" Wagyu Beef- well, that was nothing but pure fat. The waiter told us it was marbling... right! It may have been fat marbled with beef. We sent it back, it was truly atrocious. I so wish I took a picture. After returning my meal, I chose to just go without. The waiter came back shortly and had a filet of halibut that he said the chef insisted I have... the least he could do. I graciously accepted and picked at it a bit to keep up with the family. Then once the meals were cleared they immediately brought out the special birthday chocolate souffle' for my son never asked anyone else in the party if we wanted dessert. My son had to share his individual dessert with the table. When we were finally able to get our check to get the heck out of there we noticed that they had removed the cost of the beef filet but ADDED the halibut cost to the meal which was even more expensive than my original order!!!
Phenomenal service! Great food! Generous portions which all courses were delicious! Worth every bit! Our waiter was Evan & he was fantastic! It can be a bit loud if seated near a larger party but that is sometimes unavoidable. We truly enjoyed dining here. Loved the chocolate soufle! Even the coffee was tasty!
Great food. Had a really good waiter. Did not get into the wines and desserts due to traveling all day. What saw looked very good.
Reservation was at 8. We didn’t sit down until 8:30 and did not eat until 9:15. Tables were open but they wouldn’t us to sit. There were about 4 other groups with reservations waiting for tables..
I loved this restaurant! The waiters were very friendly and courteous, and of course the food was amazing! It wasn’t very loud, and it was a very nice environment.
The food is always tasty and this time was no different. We particularly enjoyed the shrimp starter along with the delicious cuts of beef. The dinner was made special by our server, Matthew.
We stayed at the Waldorf and were looking for a great restaurant in the Canyon Village. Edge did not disappoint and exceeded expectations. Edge is an excellent Steak restaurant that rivals NY’s best. The steaks were probably the most tender and tastiest we’ve had. Our server was Sean, who was awesome in explaining the menu and very attentive. If you’re looking for a quiet, fine dining Restaurant with a great vibe, Edge is a must. It’s expensive, but worth the price.
Best meal I had in Park City. The wagyu ribeye cap was outstanding, as was the lobster risotto. Service was awesome thanks to Matthew. Will definitely be back. Its fine dining so don't be shocked by the price tag.

We went skiing for the weekend and wanted a nice dinner for our last night. Edge did not disappoint, the food and service were superb.

The Edge is absolutely the worst restaurant experience I ever had.
The place is nice and food is good, not great. Everything is expensive in Parck City but this place is way over priced based on the 4 different items our group ordered and the srevice we recieved. The place was no where near full but it took 2+ hours to get our food.
We stayed at Westgate, and were surprised to find such a top notch steak house in the Resort. Service was great. We have two kids 9-7 and they have a special verbal kids menu...my daughter had chicken and veggies and loved it...my son had a small Waygu filet which was amazing!!! Appetizers were awesome....cheese plate was great but the Waygu Tartare was out of this world. We shared a Waygu steak which was amazing. Don’t be afraid, this looks fancy but it was a great meal slope side.
The Edge is clearly one of our favorites in the Park City/Salt Lake City area - it is MY favorite. A wonderful Steak House with all of the special accoutriments and superb service. This is the place for a special dinner or just to celebrate a great life ! We love it !!
Great steakhouse although a bit pricey. You could likely share a steak as they ran $70. Twice stuffed baked potato excellent. Overall it was a good place.
Over priced & they try to sell you the $300 + bottles of wine ....
We have been coming back for 4 years straight & will not waste of money anymore. Same owner with no loyalty to return families

Although the service started a little slow, with the delivery of our cocktails, everything else was wonderful. The decor was very nice, however I felt the noise level was a little high. The dinner was well paced and the attention of our waiter was right. I was there with my three sons on our annual ski outing. The recommended shrimp appetizer was very good. All of the steaks were cooked perfectly and were delicious. We had the three potato side as well as the brussel sprouts. None of us cared for the texture of the garlic mashed potatoes, but the were perfectly garlicy. The last time we were in Park City we went to Ruth Crist's. I would definitely go back to The Edge before considering returning to Ruth Crist's.
We have returned to this restaurant for years. The service is incredible and the food is out of this world. Our server Greg was amazing and attended to all of our needs. Matt the manager is amazing and very welcoming. And, we adore Nicole the other manager. We tell everyone about this restaurant - the lobster risotto is my favorite.
Edge Steakhouse is a 10 in every sense. A MUST when in Park City!!
We ate here 4 years ago, but we were disappointed with this visit. Service was discourteous and rushed, although the restaurant was not at all busy. The food quality was inconsistent.
We have been here several times and have not been disappointed; however, this was the first time that we have been here that the meal started off not very good. They always start off with fresh popovers and in the past they have been fresh and warm - this time they were cold and did not seem that fresh (very disappointed with this) - other than that the meal was really well done.
The service and the food was impeccable. If in the Canyons, this is a must visit
Very good meal. Waygu steak was best I’ve had. Wasn’t expecting this quality of a meal in the resort hotel.
We went to Edge for the first time last year and again this year and WOW. We had, quite possibly, the perfect meal. Everything was prepared to perfection and our server was unbelievable! Very attentive, fun and really took care of us. We could not have asked for a better experience.
We started with the wagyu tartare, lobster bisques and caesar salad. Then we moved onto wagyu ribeyes, wagyu ribeye cap and a 16-oz dry aged NY Strip with 2 sides of their truffle mac & cheese. We ended sharing a chocolate souffle and some vanilla ice cream. Everything was cooked to perfection. Absolutely delicious.
The waiter whose name I think was Bill was friendly and proffesional. The food was twisty and we felt relaxed.

two of us ordered the chicken dish which was delivered to the table cold . the wait staff were very apologetic and we were given new meals after a bit of a wait. all the food was delicious and we were given a dessert free as an apology which was very nice.

The Japanese Wagyu steak is amazing, very tender and richly marbled. It does not take a lot to fill up on it. Also the Truffled Lobster Risotto is very rich and tasty but be warned, the risotto is cooked to al dente. The 3 way potato side is great and enough for 2 to share. Leave room for the chocolate souffle for dessert.
