Always amazing for special occasions. This time it was a birthday celebration. Service was outstanding and the food was top notch. The configuration of the dining area made the ambient sound manageable.
Awesome Dinner and Service
We chose this as we wanted a nice steak house for my husbands birthdays. We looked at the prices on the menu on Open Table and were fine with them. $40 for a filet as thats what we wanted. We get to the restaurant get seated and the pricing was WAY off. $60 for the filet. That is a HUGE difference. Of course at that point you can not say anything as its rude. The food was good but was totally taken back from the pricing discrepancy as we would not have gone there knowing the steak was $60 and not $40. The service was a little slow as well. If you are ok with the real pricing of $60 and not $40 and a little slow service then the steak was excellent and cooked to perfection.

We had over cooked steaks. Waiter apologized but the manager refused to remedy the situation when told. The manager argued that the steaks were cooked as ordered. Very unpleasant experience.
Edge has lost its Edge! Kids chicken uncooked, multiple unattentive staff standing around with no knowledge of customer service; the Manager ended up delivering drinks and food to tables... Every table around us also was waiting over an hour for bread and 1st round of drinks, then another hour for appetizers and dinner.... Train your staff on basic restaurant protocol!?!

Incredible restaurant with exquisite food. Our waiter, Jacob, was so knowledgeable and a great touch to our evening. Definitely recommend for a nice dinner.
What a wonderful evening. Our waiter Matt and Sofia his good right hand did an outstanding job of keeping our time with them special and nicely paced. With two young children in our party of six Matt was a master of planning so entire presentation was seamless and fun for all ages present. Management, waitstaff and kitchen pro team delivered as did facilitators at front of house. Well done to each and every one of you.
This meal was one of the best we have ever had! Our server (Shawn) was phenomenal, each course was better than the last, and the dishes were almost as gorgeous as they were delicious. This is a wonderful steakhouse that will provide you with a truly memorable dining experience!

The service at Edge steakhouse is excellent, and that compliments the wonderful food that is prepared and served. This is not just going to dinner, it is a dining experience.
Very over priced food. The mac and cheese saved the dinner everything else was pretty sub par and not worth the money, would have much rather went to ruths chris for that much money. Our server wasnt around alot but the manager Gregg was super nice and helpful and he was more of a server to us instead of the waiter. It wasnt terrible food by any means but compared to how much they charge was expecting something much better. Very disappointed.

Our first visit was for our 29th anniversary last December and we have been meaning to return. So glad we did! From the ride in the shuttle with William to the service from the entire wait staff, it was a fabulous time! We will be back!
We went to Edge Steakhouse to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. The reviews online sounded like folks really enjoyed the food. We ordered salads which looked fantastic and tasted fine. The issue was with our main course. My wife ordered the filet medium and I ordered the 18 oz bone-in ribeye also medium. We were very excited to enjoy a good steak however the filet came out gray - my wife ate it anyway and the ribeye came out medium well. I could live with the fact that it was overcooked but the taste was terrible. As I cut through the steak, there was hardly any marbling and each piece I tried to eat tasted very gamy. I left more than half of the steak however before the waiter could get back to our table, a bus person cleared our plates away. I was going to mention the disappointment but he informed us that they were providing a complimentary dessert due to our anniversary. I didn’t want to ruin the evening so we left without saying anything to the waiter or management.
Excellent service! Food was amazing! Steaks were perfectly cooked, all sides were great, and the desserts were out of this world! Superbly delicious!

What a hidden gem! My wife and I needed a getaway and dinner at the Edge was the perfect start. New York Steak was perfect. The Asparagus is amazing and the chocolate brûlée is the best dessert we’ve ever had. Top it all off with truly exceptional service and ambiance and the Edge is not just another Park City Steakhouse... it is The Park City Steakhouse.

the food was exquisite. My wife got the wagyu beef steak and I got the angus beef steak and both were phenomenal. the sides were enough to make you cry. we got the grilled asparagus and fingerling potatoes and both were so good we tried picking apart how they made them so we can try making them at home. the service was also above and beyond expectations. They knew my wife and i were there for our anniversary so they gave us a complimentary chocolate saufle souffle with ice cream. will recommend to everyone I know

Celebrated our anniversary there, and highly recommend the restaurant as one of the very best. The service and food were excellent.
Service and food (both from presentation and flavor) was excellent. Although my first pork entree was to dry for my liking. It was immediately replaced with one done to my liking without hesitation on the part of the staff or chef.
Extra attention to detail (I had mentioned in my OT reservation that was our anniversary) was perfect.
Our server Derek was very professional, knowledgeable and approachable.

We celebrated our first Anniversary there. The ambiance was romantic and the food was spectacular. Our waiter (I think his name was Derick) paid great attention to us and made us feel taken care of. We both had steak and both the Filet and the Dry Aged Ribeye was one of the best I've ever had. We will be visiting here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Edge! The food was excellent and the service was great as well! We were celebrating our anniversary and we were surprised with an awesome surprise dessert. We would definitely recommend Edge to others and will definitely be back if ever back in Park City!

Without a doubt one of the best meals we’ve had. The service was outstanding. Not one negative thing from our evening.
Upon being seated, on a hot summer evening, we quickly realized that the temperature in the room was really uncomfortably warm. We asked our waiter if the air conditioning could be ramped up and were told they would do so. Unfortunately it took quite a while to notice the difference in the room to the point where we asked to speak to a manager. He told us he would take care of it, which he did, and we could finally feel comfortable proceeding with our delicious meal. For our first course we split the herloom tomato salad which was very tasty. I then ordered a Cap steak, which was perfectly cooked and really out of this world. This was a special on the menu and is a cut of meat you rarely find anywhere. My husband had the local trout which he thoroughly enjoyed. We split a HUGE twice baked potato which was yummy as well. Our waiter was excellent...well informed and very efficient. We shared a nice bottle of red (Turley vineyard, I believe) which was very good, and. cost around $70. This is a lovely restaurant. I just wish it had been cooler upon our arrival.

My husband and I went for our anniversary and we couldn’t have chosen a better restaurant. The service was impeccable and the food was exquisite. The pork belly was a culinary delight.
