I found the steak was too salty. The Caesar salad dressing was ok but not great. Didn’t make me want to finish it.
Bernaisse sauce was congealed. So over rated as a restaurant. I would have enjoyed another drink with my dinner but no waiter was by to ask.

We made a reservation and we were seated right away. The staff was very friendly and the dinner was cooked to perfection.

Celebrated a birthday there last week. The food was amazing. I’ll name a few items that were ordered and all were delicious. Absolutely no complaints.
Wagyu, Filet Mignon, Dry Aged NY Strip, Mac n Cheese, Cream of Cauliflower with Pork Belly, Roasted Chicken (for a non-steak eater and they loved it!), Scallops, Crab Legs, fries, Chardonnay. All of it was absolutely great!

Service - wonderful! Couldn’t have asked for better service. Even our children were impressed. =)

Ambiance - Relaxed feel. Classy. Quiet but not toooo quiet. Felt just right.

Price - worth every dime. You get for what you pay for, right?

Overall - highly recommend Edge. I am a Las Vegas local and only recently discovered this hidden gem. Totally unexpected when there’s so many “famous” steakhouses on the strip. To be honest, Edge is at the top of my list.

Pure and simple, it's a must have when we are in Vegas. The service is 2nd to none! Felix is the man!

Our service was great. The food was really good. Awesome rolls, wine and dessert. The steaks were quite good too.

Our waiter didn’t spend enough time with the table. The food was expensive, however didn’t taste good. The occasion was birthday and the birthday dessert was special and presented very nicely by the waiter. The dessert was the only thing that was amazing!

Best fine dining experience in Vegas & it’s not even close! We did the 6 course tasting menu & 5 glasses of wine for $130 a person plus tip & tax.
Highly recommend & we would have eaten here on another night but due to COVID they are only open Thursday-Saturday. Raymond was our waiter.

Dinner was amazing, I chose this Steakhouse on reviews because I’m from out of town. It was perfect, food was great, service was great and the Ambience was perfect.... bone in rib-eye was also perfection!

It started out nice and we had a well server but it got busy and very loud I could barely hear my husband sitting next to me. We did the menu tasting and it was okay... wish we would have just gotten a steak. They did give us a nice anniversary dessert.

We always have a great meal and wonderful experience at the Edge - love Raymond, Mikey, Mark, Sergio, Cheryl and the rest of the staff....you can't beat the Edge experience. Order the special shrimp as an appetizer, any steak choice, and the salads are awesome.

Very nice hidden gem and great food

Everything was wonderful except our server, Limon, disappeared for awhile. Never came to check on us. We didn’t see him for at least 25 mins or so..thought he’d left! We actually made a comment & he mentioned that a large bachelor table decided on separate checks. That delay was disappointing. Otherwise the food was great. I would suggest some more ‘specialized’ desserts..I think creme brûlée and ice cream is pretty run of the mill.

Front desk ladies were very friendly. Our server (I think his name was Tim but I could be wrong), was amazing. We were probably the only people with a child in the restaurant and our server was very sweet to our son and found something he would like. We got the cold sea food for two, the scallops, truffle fries, and the wine tasting. Everything was incredible!! We will be back next time we come to Vegas.

Anniversary was amazed by the plating and taste of 6 course meal chef choice. The wagyu was on point and the wine pairing for my wife was awesome!!

I could not reccomend this place enough Mark and Martha were are waiters they were the best are drinks and food were so amazing. Food was far beyond expectations we will be returning next vegas trip I highly reccomend the 6 course meal!

We are locals and dine out often. Are you freakin kidding me, this place blows out everyone in town! Bobby and Felix were fan damn tastic. The 20oz Ribeye is the best steak I've had in town, which includes the local hangouts. I highly recommend the Edge to anyone that will listen. Only problem is that I can only give them a 5 start rating. Way to go team Edge.

The staff at the Edge never disappoints. Very accommodating and knowledgeable of all the menu items. We opted for the six course tasting menu.... WOW! Each course was absolutely delicious. Definitely bring your appetite because we were pretty tapped out by the third course haha. But we fought through and made it to the end and it was worth very single bite! The staff explained everything and made the experience even better. They even brought out a delicious chocolate cake in celebration of my birthday.

Very good food. I'll be back soon. Very good steak.

Everything we had was outstanding. The four of us all enjoyed it and your waiter Bobby was excellent along with his helper Alex.

When I tell you this was a great place to eat it was AMAZING ! The hospitality was amazing the food was great especially the spicy shrimp ! Before deciding to eat there I heard the steak was mouth watering, and when I tell you the chicken is great. Definitely will go again .

We love our steakhouses and I have to say I think I have a new favorite. Locally sourced, innovative dishes and fabulous service. We’ll be back!
